I went to Leo with 8/10 lower back pain. It was so bad I couldn't sleep well and it completely stopped my sports and fitness regimen. Dr. Matsumoto is a professional who's not only knowledgeable about chiropractic works, but his knowledge extends to exercise as well. I had an unbearable pain in my shoulder and neck that flared up when driving. After my first visit he gave me some exercises to do at home. Those simple exercises nearly eliminated the pain. I've been seeing him for about six months now and will continue to me him to prevent future injuries. Now it is on me to keep up with the exercises. So my issue is mainly with my misalignment of hips, one leg is slightly shorter than the other haahaha. I wasn't born like this and it just happened over time! Location: I got lost the first time, but there are two entrances. You can either enter through the front door on Spring st, go up the stairs, go all the way down and make a left into his office OR you can enter through temple through the back-way, go up those stairs and his office is the first door to your right. From the minute my referral was authorized, Dr. Leo has been attentive to my chiropractic needs, complaints, concerns, and goals. I have gone to a number of chiropractors in the Long Beach area and was always disappointed with the results. They would typically do the same handful of adjustments like a one-size-fits-all and I always felt like they weren't looking for (or capable of finding) the root causes of my imbalances and helping me create long-term solutions.
