I have a lot to say. To start, this is the best damn Veterinary Hospital that I have ever been to. I have one negative thing to say and it's about the Yelp reviews the other people post giving this place 1 star. This place is busy because of how awesome it is. There are 2 vets I believe, working their tushes off saving sick animals that are coming to them in high numbers, and getting them all taken care of in a timely fashion considering the amount of patients they have. They deserve a lot more credit than a 1 star review. It is important to take a deep breath and realize the situation. Patience is a virtue. Back to the positives... This place is ALWAYS there when my boys need them. They always recommend everything he needs and it always ends up making him feel better soon on the same day... always. This is again amazing considering how busy they are. They were able to help me track down crystals in my dog's urine just by minor symptoms that I thought could be a tad unusual. This was diagnosed in the blink of an eye and thanks to New River it was only another blink before Kenai started feeling himself again. If it weren't for the awesome team at new river, my boy could've gotten bladder stones and been in loads of pain. My heart could not take that. You can tell that their priority is to care for your animals. I've been to some places where you don't feel that type of love. This place rocks. Another thing, I am a 21 year old working really hard to support both my dogs' and my own health, both my boyfriend and I. New River's prices are the most generous I've seen. You don't spend an arm and a leg and there are options with payments. I hate to bring covid into this, but during the high point of covid they were awesome with keeping safe and they kept their prices lower because of the horrible work loss everyone was going through. So cool of them. You just feel like your animals are truly cared for when you walk out their doors. I'll leave it at that. thanks new River for taking care of my pups.

I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

Before training, Maggie was almost impossible to walk, constant leash pulling, barking, and reactivity that made it embarrassing to take her anywhere. Since our very first lesson, she has completely transformed. She's calmer, more responsive, and so much easier to handle. Now I can take her with me to Lowe's or PetSmart and she walks right next to me, relaxed and focused. I even get compliments from people about how calm she is. Bob explains everything clearly and gives you tools that actually work. If you're looking for a trainer who truly knows what he's doing, this is the place.

I am a black 22 year old woman and they were completely prejudice against me. Our current team lead is a white 20 year old woman. Spraying the park is a two times daily procedure. I would spray the park (exactly how the team lead would do it) and somehow it was always wrong. They fired me because I informed them I had another job and was flustered by all the training I had to do. They did not let me put in my two weeks, but let the other two white women put theirs in. I told Audrey that I still need the job. She showed no empathy when I told her I needed the job for my bills, while I got my other job and training dates in order. Instead she hired new people and fired me on my day off. She is a micromanager, egotistical bitch. I would not bring your animal to this facility, due to the incompetence of the owners. I liked working there for the time being, but to be fired on my day off is absolutely insane. By the way their turn over rate is insane. The 3 weeks I worked there, I saw 2 people get fired and like 3 quit. Don't even get me started on the customers. People would bring their dogs to daycare and by the time they picked them up, their dog would be soaked with piss. John and Audrey said they would not put any money into repairing the facility. I got scratched by a dog and she left a huge scratch on my arm. Audrey insisted that it was my fault and that I didn't have the dog under control. Fuck both of them. They don't care about you or your dogs, only your $25.65.

I did a search online looking for a local dog daycare for my mom's German Shepherd. This was the…read moreclosest one I could find to her. It's located in Peoria, AZ which is northwest of Phoenix. It is near Bell Road and the 101 making it accessible for people like me traveling from nearby cities. The facility is in an industrial type zone. The building is sort of a large warehouse that is shared by several businesses. The backside has large garage type doors. I only know this because Google Maps led me to the back (south side) of the building initially. The map has been updated to hopefully prevent others from getting lost looking for the entrance which is on the northeast corner of the building. Every Doggie Has Its Daycare has applications online that you can download, print, and complete. The information provided online makes it easy for you to prepare for your first appointment. You'll need the latest copy of your dog's vaccination records including Bordetella. Plus, you will need the paperwork showing that your pet was spayed or neutered. Even though my dog has a tattoo indicating that she was spayed, the paperwork was required. I appreciate that the business has high standards and requests these records. It lets me know that patrons of the business care for their dogs and that my dog will be in a healthy and safe environment. Before allowing your dog to use their services, you will need to schedule a free, 3-hour temperament test. This allows the staff to assess your dog's energy level and comparability with other dogs. Based on this, your dog will be paired accordingly for future play groups. Please note, some dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance policies of the business. While the facility does not offer a webcam remotely or on site, the staff do actively take and post photos of the dogs on the business Instagram and Facebook pages. They post pictures pretty much every hour and try to capture every new dog entering the facility during that hour. Once your paperwork is in order, the temperament test has been completed, and your dog has been approved for services, you can start bringing them to daycare or make appointments for boarding services. Daycare doesn't require advanced bookings. I love that you can bring your dogs in and drop them off at the spur of the moment for a half or full day of play. This is so convenient for those days when you have extra work or maybe aren't feeling well enough to give your dog the exercise and attention he or she needs. My dog needs socialization on a weekly basis. She hangs out with humans daily all day, but benefits from the play and mental stimulation she gets from daycare. She always comes home relaxed and tired from her time at the facility. The facility is temperature controlled so your dog can safely enjoy play during the hot summer and cooler winter days. They do have access to an outdoor area too. It has high walls, so there is no chance of escape. You can pre-purchase packages of half day or full day passes to daycare. So far, I have just been paying as I go which is also acceptable. It's about a $40 saving if you buy the package, but you have to use it within 90 days. They take all credit cards. It's important to note that late pickups will be charged $1 per minute! That's a good incentive to make sure you arrive before they close at 7pm during the weekdays to collect your dog from daycare. I've booked a boarding reservation during the holidays. There is a deposit required during this time period because of the increased demand for services. They ask that you bring your dog's food measured out for each meal in ziplock bags. They provide everything else your dog needs for the overnight stay, but you are welcome to bring your dog's bed or blanket that provides familiar smells and will help your dog adjust easier. Also included in boarding is daycare. There is no extra charge for this ensuring your dog gets lots of exercise during the day so she can get a good night of sleep too. I'm delighted that I found this business. The staff have been super friendly in-person and on the phone. Their website has detailed information so you can get your questions answered, but call or stop by if you need additional information. I'm certain you will get the details you need and feel assured in your decision to leave your furry family member in their care.

When "Joy" in the reception area returned him, he was in acute distress. His face & chest were frothing drool and had difficulty walking. I asked what was wrong, she said Danes "are prone to bloat, there's an ER up the street if you want". He then had a partial collapse in the parking lot and grey(blue) gums. Went back inside to ask if something had happened while he was there. The yard person "Aubrey" said she "noticed he was lethargic but thought he drank too much pool water". There are cameras in the reception area and THEY RECORD EVERYTHING. I'm sure Karen has destroyed this evidence. Immediately went to Blue Pearl ER where they put him on an oxygen tent. The diagnosis "near drowning/near choking". He was seen by a holistic vet and Arizona Animal Hospital (Brett the Vet's clinic) who confirmed the ER diagnosis.
