We had our house fumigated by New Systems after we discovered evidence of drywood and subterranean termites. Jesus came out the week before and told us everything we needed to know about the fumigation and provided a fumigation checklist and bags for sealing our perishables. Communications with New Systems Exterminating about our roach issue was easy and quick. I called, they asked me to send an email with my address, and when I asked some questions in the email, they called me back within 5 minutes to answer my questions. The exterminator got here exactly when we agreed. I was not home when the gentleman came but my husband said he was friendly and professional. He closed up holes, and got behind things that we had not moved in quite a while (like the dishwasher).The gentleman even went through all of my cabinets and found that we had lots of beetles... we had NO idea. Since then I left two messages to have the recommended treatment implemented, once I got a machine and once I left a message with a live person, and a week later I haven't heard back. But what good is the inspection if you can't get a call back to do the work. Recently moved in the area with my boyfriend and after letting my car sit for a couple weeks during quarantine my car was infested with spiders! My absolute nightmare and New systems sent somebody out within an hour to do the job quickly and explain exactly what and where they were spraying! They provide a 30 day warranty for the services as well so when I spotted another spider they were quick to advise me on what to do and whether it warranted a second service within the warranty. I hired these guys a couple of years ago and both Carl and Jesus were very professional and friendly. They were able to solve my rodent problem for about a year Unfortunately, last summer I noticed the rats and mice returned so I did not hesitate to call New Systems again. Once again, Jesus came out and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. However, that was the last I saw of Jesus and when the real work needed to be done, a man named Oscar came out and basically mailed it in. I told him I was concerned some dead mice may be in the attic and he told me: "After a few days, it will dry up and no more smell" He never even offered to remove them! He seemed to do the bare minimum and the problem was not solved. I called back multiple times and requested Oscar not be the one to come out, but was told 'It has to be Oscar' Since he was a friendly person and did technically set traps and seal a primary entry point, I was nice and paid them $200. But now that my house has rats again only a few months later, I wish I called my lawyer instead! read more

Called New Systems after reading reviews on Yelp. Jesus showed up promptly the next morning and proceeded to search for a mouse that's somehow avoided the glue, spin, and electronic traps I've set out. He checked the exterior of the house and attic for any possible entry points or evidence of activity. He sealed a vent which was an unlikely entry point, just to be safe. Because we have small children and didn't want to use poison, he gave us some extra large glue boards and advice for setting traps. After a thorough search, because he couldn't find a definitive entry point he ended up not charging us anything! It was a lot more than I expected from a free inspection. read more

Carl unfortunately does not service my area but he talked me through several causes and gave me some ideas, including calling the gas company to check for a leak, which flies can be attracted to. Our living room was invaded by a swarm of termites (maybe 100 of them) three weeks ago. I thought it would be a good idea to have the house inspected. Company #1 thoroughly inspected the house and found almost no infestation. I accompanied him throughout the inspection. Nevertheless, I was presented a quote for $3000 for local treatment and $5000 for fumigation. This didn't make sense, based on what he actually found and what we both saw. I then called New Systems who came out and of course saw the same things. The New Systems inspector believes nothing needs to be done at this time. He thinks the swarm was an isolated incident, and the termites did not bore into my house. FINALLY, an honest, impartial inspection. You can't ask for more. read more
