This is our staple faves but have also enjoyed the Army Stew, Bulgogi, Tonkatsu, Gimbap, BIbimbap, Ttokkboeki, Short Ribs & Tofu soups. We've never been disappointed. We do refrain ordering the Army Stew or Tkbokkboeki if there isn't at least 4 pax in our party. The portions are large. And yes, they serve at least 8 types of banchan with your meal Service is always friendly & when Jean is around, expect that she is circulating & chatting with the patrons. Ingredients vice it is just what you eat at buffets that has hot pot or malatang section. I found the lamb to be a bit better quality than buffets, fried egg old and stale (the only disappointment), green veggies quite a surprising delight (I usually don't eat that). Pig intestines, beef tendon are well cooked and seasoned, which were also delightful.
