We stumbled upon this gem and I'm so glad we did! It's like hot pot's cool cousin -- all the comfort, but without the pressure of cooking everything yourself. Instead, they bring out a beautiful tray of fresh ingredients -- veggies, tofu, quail egg, corn, greens, and more -- all portioned for you, ready to drop into your bubbling hot stone soup. We tried the Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles and the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles. The original came with a rich, creamy pork bone broth that was comforting and mild -- perfect if you're craving a soul-warming classic. The spicy brisket? She's bold, she's Szechuan, and she doesn't play. Deeply flavorful with just the right amount of kick. The broth stays hot the entire meal thanks to the stone bowl. The rice noodles however was just a tad overcooked I would've like to be a little more aldente Ambiance is casual but clean, service was quick, and the whole experience felt like a warm hug on a rainy day. I'd 100% come back -- especially on a chilly evening. It's like a cozy DIY soup adventure without the hassle.

Over the years I've tried different Yunnan rice noodles and in the previous experiences it was not my preferred meal. Ten Seconds Yunnan Noodles opened in the Olferts Center and takes the place of the seafood boil restaurant. We went for a late lunch, there were only two other patrons dining. We ordered the Takoyaki which was actually quite good. Two different Yunnan noodle broths Hot and Sour Pickled Peppers broth and the pork bone broth. Each of the noodle orders come with a bunch tiny toppings. IMHO everything could have been dumped into the hot broth and served. The major difference in the quality and taste of Yunnan noodles is the broth. Ten Second Yunnan has upped my opinion of Yunnan noodles. Service is good. Plenty of parking.

Ordered the pork short ribs on a cold night and this hit the spot :)) the staff were extremely kind even though we came pretty close to closing. The place is clean and spacious and ambiance is casual. The broth was nice and flavorful but not too heavy and we really liked how much variety there was in the toppings. We also ordered the fried chicken. It was pretty juicy and nicely flavored but nothing crazy extraordinary. Overall super yummy and would visit again!

Great concept, and loved the sheer variety of toppings! Only thing was that it felt like I only got a sample of each topping--wish I could have requested for more. Not sure about the ham topping though--that felt a bit out of place. Got the A1 Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles. Noodles themselves are quite high quality and springy. Carbs are my fav and I was glad to see that ordering extra noodles for a few dollars yields an identical portion of noodles that comes with the meal. It was a bit bland though, but you can ask for a numbing house chili sauce which is delicious. Staff was quite cordial and polite, but agree with the other yelpers that it was hard to flag someone down The not-so-good: it took forever for us to get a seat on a Sunday. I saw a few empty tables that just needed to be bussed but the staff were frantically running around everywhere. Took us almost an hour to get seated

This place is located in an outdoor mall in Dublin. The place is clean and a decent size. Parking can be difficult depending on time of arrival. The ordering process is efficient and the food arrives fairly quickly. We have tried several dishes while dining in this restaurant. Some dishes were spicy and some were not. They were all delicious! The customer service was wonderful and the employees were very attentive. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Good place for a cold weather meal. The broth comes piping hot and you add the ingredients yourself at the table. The Goji berries were very sweet and I really enjoyed them in my soup. Broth was flavorful, but had a bit of a spicy kick, even though we asked for mild.

Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles opens where Hot Crab was before. Inside dining with small & large tables. Decor limited to signage of Ten Seconds' logo. Offerings: sides, appetizers, add-ons, Yunnan Rice Noodles variants: pork bone soup, tomato soup, hot & sour pickled peppers, Szechwan hot & spicy soup. Menu seems smaller than S.D. Location. Ordered with waitress when I was ready. Others ordered by QR code when it got busy. Was confused initially. Never seen so many versions of noodle.. Eats: spicy pork cartilage rice noodles (16.99) mild -premade soup, freshly made noodles & pork cartilage, & 11 ingredients (lettuce, corn, bean paste, ham, green onions, quail egg, dried bean curd, dried gogi berries, chives, snow fungus, black fungus) brought out in separate containers. -all goes into soup with the ingredients lst, then the noodles, & the pork cartilage (soft bone with attached meats). -mala was barely tasted. Just a slight kick. The thick pork broth overwhelmed. The new pork meat was too chewy, not tender. 4 stars for these 2 issues. -portion size may be intentionally "small" to replicate The original formulation which had chicken broth. -the soup when combined had many levels of Unami taste, nothing distinctly unique, just all food notes combining for a perfecto meal. Taste 5 stars. Origin of Ten Seconds Rice Noodle -centuries ago a scholar was studying for the Imperial exams so intently he sometimes forget to eat. -his wife worried about his weight loss. Developed a noodle dish with 3 main groupings separated, then combined before eating. -she had to cross a bridge with the soup contents on the ends of a long pole carried on the shoulders. Thus the name "crossing the bridge noodles" -the scholar passed the exams, the noodles became a treasured cultural tradition celebrated by many. *many of the variants to 10 second noodles were created later ...

With the exception that food get served pretty slow, food tastes pretty good. Their house tea needs improvement. I asked for hot water and the waitress asked if I want hot tea instead so I gave it a try but the taste of the tea was really bitter and bad. It's worse drinking the tea than not drinking it at all. So stick with hot water or water. I tried the tomatoes soup base w fish this time. It was good. However the wait time for my food to come was almost 25minutes so don't come if you have limited time for lunch.

I already loved this place. Not all appetizers are available yet. But super tasty with the pickled broth

Absolutely love this place! I used to drive to the SL location and now Dublin opened a new one right by koi palace. Location is larger and super clean. The service is excellent and I love the young female waitress that is always so helpful and kind. I always get the spicy tripe, one of my fav dishes and the spicy fish soup. Huge portions and the combination of all the ingredients they give you makes a perfect noodle soup bowl. Prices are reasonable and tons of parking. Love this place

Love the noodles and the piping hot soup! I got the original broth and it came with all the tiny dishes on the side. It only came with three slices of beef but I didn't mind since I'm not a huge meat eater. The broth was tasty and the rice noodles were perfectly cooked. Service was quick and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. Keep in mind they do close at 3 pm for their lunch break!

My favorite combo: Takoyaki, super fruit tea and Green pepper noodle. Great service as always

At CA Noodle, you get what you ask for - you can see the rich, red chili flakes and oil floating in the broth which adds a nice kick and great flavor to the freshly made noodles. I just wish there were more chunks of beef that were included - the dish is very carb heavy. We also shared a plate of the pig ear appetizer which is soaked in a rich chili oil. If you like more of the chewy/cartilaginous type of texture, which I do, this dish is absolutely amazing. Overall, would recommend this spot if you're looking for a comfort meal.

Seeing CA Noodle show up on our yelp search and it was nearby, we decided to check it out. The location is pretty convenient, located in a plaza that shares parking spaces with several other restaurants and a McDonald's. The inside only seats about 10-14 parties of 2-4, so a pretty small restaurant. They had 2 waiters staffing the entire restaurant, but the menu and ordering system is all done through a POS via QR code. The menu was quite large, offering no many choices like pot stickers, noodle soups, chow mein, and little appetizers like pig ears. We ended up ordering the pig ears, pot stickers, pork pan fried bun, and 2 noodle soups. The good: pig ears. The pig ears were cut in various sizes and the flavor was spicy. Definitely to our liking! The neutral: the pork hamburger item and pot stickers. While the bun was tasty and crispy, the mean in between was a bit dry and the taste was a bit mild and less salty. We made it better by adding pig ears with every bite lol. The pot stickers were fine but it didn't really give a crispy bottom taste and more of dry pan sear. It definitely needed sauce as the filling was a bit mild too (very consistent mild tastings after the pig ears. The bad: the soup dishes that we ordered were definitely needing a flavor bomb. While the noodles we ordered were great and had a ton of chew and the protein in the dish was plenty; the soup lacked in taste. My girlfriend had to ask for additional salt to add to taste and it made it so much better. I ate mine as intended and I wasn't as satisfied as compared to if I were to eat at ox9 or muragame. Overall, I thought our meal was about a 3.5. While we enjoyed watching the World Cup while eating our food, the taste of our food was much more desired and it didn't scratch our itch for a rich soup. Unfortunately, many of the other patrons seemed to catch on and order the chow mein instead. If we come back, it's probably what we would order next. Until next time!

The chicken was cold, not like it had been sitting out, but more like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The peanuts were actually a nice touch and added good flavor and texture. I also liked the ginger sauce they poured over the chicken, but there really wasn't enough of it. I wish they gave extra on the side in a separate container. The side veggies were okay too. It came with cucumbers, quail eggs, and fungus. I ate everything except the fungus. It had a very unique flavor that I just couldn't get into. For anyone coming, the parking can be really bad as it shares probably 20 or so spots with several other restaurants. It's near impossible to park nearby with the alternative of parking near the Panera's or even the target. There's plenty of tables and seats inside, and it was pretty slow when we dined in. Convenient televisions on two different sides where all the workers were casually watching, and quite the chatter in the kitchen where they're all watching the World Cup. That doesn't really affect service however as they're quite attentive when called for. We ordered the salted fish and chicken fried rice, and the medium bbq platter with char sound soy sauce chicken. All very delicious! The only thing is that they can bit on the pricier side with $20 for the fried rice and $30 for the bbq plate. Overall, I thought grand cafe definitely scratched our itch for Cantonese style dining experience. It typically comes with great food, good service, and a bit of nostalgia from being from the Bay Area.

My brother and I met a few friends here for dinner on 11/28/2025. At around 7:15pm, the place was completely full. Fortunately, our friends arrived a little earlier and secured a table. The interior was clean. A couple TVs on the walls were showing different sporting and news programs. Their menu featured a wide array of non-Americanized Cantonese fare. We decided to do family style and got half a dozen dishes to share. They were: Beef Filet with Mixed Mushrooms, 1lb of BBQ Pork, Fujian Fried Rice, Beef Chow Fun with Gravy, House Pan Fried Noodles, and Salted Pork Bone and Peanut Porridge. Our food arrived in about 15 minutes. Overall, I was impressed by quality and authenticity. Despite the slightly higher price point comparing to other similar restaurants, they didn't skimp on anything. The rice and noodle dishes were loaded with delicious toppings, and the taste was on point. The BBQ pork and the beef filet dish were both fantastic. The meat/fat ratio of the BBQ pork was just right, and the beef filet cubes were tender and flavorful. The porridge was just okay. My mom's version still reigns supreme. Service we received was very good. Our server was very friendly and gave us helpful suggestions. She did forget our iced water, but I am willing to overlook that. I got a chance the chat with staff before we left, they were all very genuine and friendly people. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience here. The food was authentic and tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want authentic Cantonese food but don't want to pay the super premium price, this is definitely a good option for you. I will return. 4 solid stars.
