They charge you full price for a half topping pizza. I was charged the same price for multiple half topping pizzas as I was for a Full-1 topping. You multiply this by every single transaction, and they're scamming customers out of money they definitely don't deserve to be making. Scamming aside, it's $15 for a large pizza. Should be $10 MAX considering an average Hot-N-Ready from Little Caesars is better than this crap. TASTE: I've never tasted a pizza so bland and pathetic in my entire life. Their pepperonis are literally tasteless. You probably think I'm joking or lying, but chew one in your mouth and tell me if you actually taste anything whatsoever. Lol. The cheese, sauce, and dough are the same story. They're all there, but they're literally just bland and taste like cardboard. Don't do delivery from this place. They charge a $7.49 delivery fee. On top of that if you pay with a credit card they had on an additional fee as well that you don't see until after you put your order in and go to process it. So they had on $10 in fees for a delivery. They don't even do the delivery themselves. They outsource it. My order got screwed up and I'm not sure who's fault. It is either the delivery driver or the restaurant. Neither wants to take blame. I have the email of what I typed in. Getting tired of businesses saying that they have to absorb the fees that credit card companies charge, when credit card companies have been doing this since they began and they've always just included it into the price. Also working in the industry I know that the fees they charge are exorbitant and don't match the credit card fees that the business is being charged. The food was cold because when you use a third-party to do the delivery, you're not sure what time your food's gonna be picked up or if they're making other stops. I assume the ambience of the restaurant is trash, because didn't get what I ordered, customer service, not good, and they nickel and dime you. So when it first looked like a standard affordable dinner quickly became inexpensive one for average/mediocre food. If Hungry Howie's could not survive in this location, I'm not sure how this place will. People in this area like good restaurants, not ones that nickel and dime us for mediocre food. read more

Well made. Crust is really tasty. The toppings were also quite good. We got a cheese and pepperoni (extra pepperoni) and a "Detroiter" pizza with extra cheese. We like a lot of cheese, however we probably would have been ok without the extra cheese. They offer a LOT of nice options and a great menu. The cheese bread is fantastic. It's stuffed with cheese! Carryout only location right off of Woodward Ave in Birmingham area. The 2 gentlemen working behind the counter had fantastic customer service. They were on point with recommendations! In my opinion , this NY style pie is giving surrounding pizza joints a run for their money and it's reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning in the future ! read more

This place just opened a week ago, so they are still working out some of the operational kinks, but there is a ton of potential! We got a pepperoni pizza and it was really good! We also tried the pasta palomino. The pasta was really fresh and the sauce was delicious. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other menu items in the future. read more

I really wanted to like this place because I have been searching for a good New York Style pizza forever. My wife orders me a St Aubin 18" pie and brought it home for us to eat. This thing was all burnt on the bottom, the crust was way too crispy and chared. It was like a brick oven pizza that was in way too long. Nothing screams to me New York Style pizza to me. Pizza Hut had better NY style pizza in my opinion. So we called them about it and they were kind of rude on the phone to my wife. They finally said to bring it back and they'd make us a new one. We'll that wasn't going to happen because the roads were bad as there was a blizzard outside and we live twenty minutes away. So we basically threw the pizza away and ordered Chinese. I really wanted to like this pizza...but it misses the mark on many levels. This is our second time getting the Margarita pizza. First try was too much sauce. We asked for light sauce. It was saturated. We asked for well done. Crust was actually soggy and difficult to pick up and eat. It was wobbling all over the place. We were hoping for thin and crispy... but no. I waited my whole life for a legit New York pizza and that is thin and that is crispy and that is high-quality toppings. The closest in this area is Tomatos a pizza and Grano PizzAiolo with a close third coming up Primos Pizza all three of these are in Birmingham the fourth New York Pizza is a distant fourth what I got was a floppy undercarriage no crunch relatively thick pizza with pretty good sauce and toppings. I call him like I see them, if you want legit delicious pizza hit up 12 or three and skip four. I understand the artistry that goes into Pizza the years of experimentation in the quest of these creators go on to create that perfectly crunchy delicious pie. I'll check back with New York about a year. We'll see if they've improved but until then there's too much stuff competition within a 1 mile area where all four of these are located to be putting out a product labeled with a name, New York, but that possessing a 10th of what real New York pizza is. read more

I heard some rumblings about this place so I gave it a shot. Sorry. Not impressed. The crust was very chewy. I'm pretty sure they use semolina flour and that's why. I don't like to much sauce but there was so little I couldn't tell you what it tasted like. I ordered pepperoni and a couple other toppings. They were super scarce. If I order pepperoni on a pizza and I can take bites without getting some there's something wrong. Cheese and toppings were so sparse there were spots of dough coming through the surface. I know I sound like a jerk and I know people work hard to maintain a business. But?!? I am paying. We're all paying big right now for food. I don't mind paying extra but it should be good. This isn't like the recent past where you paid a lot less and if you got a bummer meal it wasn't a big deal. Shit needs to be on point now. That goes for everyone. Recently moved back home from New York and was desperately in need of a NY style pizza near Bham. The pizza had the look, feel and taste of a true NY slice.
