I used to go to this place in the early 90s every day for lunch and get a slice. I haven't been back here since around 1995 or 1996. Restaurant has changed a lot. It looks like they took over the building that used to be the tax service next-door and they've had them in the dining area. It's very clean and organized. The kitchen looked really clean as well. The service was good. They were very friendly and the pizza slices were ordered. Came out pretty quickly. The slices are massive. That's what I remember. They were super cheesy. The crust was nice and had a little crunch to it and the pizza sauce wasn't overpowering See this place is in business and it has changed with the times. Definitely will go back again read more

Easy 5 stars. I wish I could give more stars honestly. The taste and quality are unmatched. Customer service is top tier. They have their own little parking lot so pick up is always easy peezy. Love this place! Their pizza slices are HUGE, and only $6 (little extra for multiple toppings.) One slice is equivalent to a medium or small pizza. Their food is really good and affordable! Also the owners are incredibly kind! I went there today with my mom, and brother. I typically wait 10 minutes or less, you can also order ahead. It gets a little busy when school is just let out around 3pm, (there's one nearby.) But the service was still quick. Definitely check this place out. Not sure why this place have only 3 star it wasn't bad at all it was a good costumer service and very efficient when you are on the go. The only downside no place to eat inside they have couple of chairs outside but that's about it. My son wanted a plain old pepperoni pizza so I ordered size 12" it was pretty huge I say it can feed two people for 17.00. Didn't feel like cooking tonight, so I decided to order pizza. I found this pizzeria on grubhub and decided to give it a shot! It was delivered an hour after I put in the request. For tonight's dinner, I ordered the following below: 1) Medium sized pizza - Pesto sauce flavor with 4 toppings! It was spinach, fresh tomatoes, cheese, and pineapples (don't judge me, pineapples is LIFEEEE, lol!) I really enjoyed the flavor of this customized pizza. It wasn't salty, but seasoned very well. 2) Extra large pizza - Garlic sauce flavor with the Meat combo. Bacon was crispy. Pepperoni had good flavor. You can taste the garlic in the sauce. Breading wasn't too thick, so it didn't overpower the meat flavor. They didn't skimp out on sauce, so the sauce went to the crust of the pizza--which made the crust taste flavorful too. Usually, crusts are dried but it wasn't the case here. 3) Mild spicy Buffalo Wild Wings - I ordered mild because my parents can eat spicy food, and it wasn't that bad. Great pizza. Fresh toppings and meat. Crust is on the thin side, but the flavor is great! If you like chicken tikka masala, they have a CTM pizza.. it's soooo good!!! They also have wings, bread sticks, and great salads! Be sure to ask them to cook the wings a bit longer than normal. Sometimes the skin can get a bit jiggly because the pieces are kinda on the large side and the skin doesn't crisp up too well... Wonderful local place that delivers and service at the walk up window is always so friendly! It's a nice diversion from chain places.. and the toppings are always fresh. Moved to SLZ 9 years ago and have been coming here since then. Staff is always professional and very clean. Never had a problem ordering over the phone. Pizza is very good too and for a reasonable price. Just try not to go on weekday afternoons, when the high school school across the street lets the students out for lunch this place gets PACKED! Fast, friendly and tasty delivery. Prices can't be beat either. There may be better pizzas on the island but the overall delivery experience at New York pizza cannot be topped. I believe they still do their own delivery and do not use GrubHub(or other delivery devices). I think it allows them to deliver the pizzas much faster than other places that are using delivery services. read more
