We had a party last weekend and ordered the jumbo giant. It's the largest one they have, and it's cut into little squares. The owner is so nice. We've ordered from them many times. Our family is huge and are divided with many of us loving the all meat with white sauce while the others love their combination with classic red sauce. We've had their beef and lamb gyros before too and love them! They're always so accomodating and for just over $70 for a huge pizza that makes everyone happy, you can't go wrong! read more

Prices on Yelp are not accurate. Pizza is good but nothing spectacular. The crust is a little crispier than other places which I actually prefer. When you go in, grab a menu because once again the online yelp page does not reflect the real price. When I told the manager about this, he just said in an accent"yes this is the price, our pizza is very big size" or something like that. I was expecting to pay $50 but it came out to over $70... I was going to show him but he ended up just kind of lingering in the back as I don't think he wanted to converse with me. I am sad to say this place has gone downhill. My family has been coming here for many years and it didn't disappoint until now. The meat was old. The olives were not juicy. This is hands down my favorite all time pizza, and I don't say that lightly. The cheese and tomato sauce is perfectly portioned with the pizza. The bread always comes out amazing, with a little toastiness. I have been coming here since 2012. I swear that not a single time I ate here, has the pizza not been absolutely delicious. Aside from their top-tier pizza, the service here is very nice and very welcoming. One day, I ordered a slice, and the lady said she felt bad for accidentally burning my pizza (which was totally fine), and she gave me another fresh pizza without charging me. They didn't have to, but they did out of kindness, and I appreciate that. Marina pizza has become one of my favorite restaurants, and will always have a special place in my heart. I ordered a 20 inch Thin Crust with Italian Sausage, Linguisa , Salami, Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon and Ground Beef. My version of a Meat Lovers Pizza . They gave me a 20 Minute Bake Time . So I rolled there 15 Minutes later and when I arrived it was ready. So I paid by Cash and rolled home . My Pizza was perfectly cooked and it was Yummy. read more

I've been going here for years and all I can say is I'll never be back. Hadn't ordered in a while after the last pizza that was questionable. Ordered a pizza for my kids tonight and it was terrible. Wish I took some pics. Sad looking prefab crust, shiny plastic looking cheese, barely any pepperoni. I thought to myself, what happened. I called back and asked if Fred was still the owner and the woman on the phone said no, Dave's the owner now. Well that explains it. The woman said we make them the same. Not even close. I said they used to have a sourdough crust that puffed up around the edges with those blackened scorch marks and she said, we can make it that way. So why wouldn't you make it that way in the first place? I recommended this place to friend recently before I figured this out and he said it was okay. I apologized to him tonight after I found out they're slinging crappy ass pies and food under new ownership. I knew the previous owner Fred for many years and he would never serve this food if you want to call it that now. I think a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake. The pizza flat out sucks. Be careful using your credit card with these crooks! They make unauthorized charges and refuse to credit you back. I showed the manager proof that he charged my card several times, and he still refused to admit he made a mistake. I had to contact my credit card company, and they confirmed that several charges were made in less than 5 minutes, so I got my money back. I've watched them write credit card numbers down, so be careful! Pizza/food here is definitely not worth the trouble and horrible attitude from the owner. read more

Found a flyer at my door today. Its a Friday and this place is only a few minutes away from home so i decided to order a basic pepperoni pizza. The prices are expensive for supposedly gourmet pizza. It was about 18 dollars for a fourteen inch medium. The test was on. The flavor: lacking. The crust was not bad. Almost thin crust but soft and fresh enough. The sauce was not good to me. Tasted a bit bland possibly straight out of the can. I hope not. The toppings, pep and cheese, were both too light. For almost a whole twenty and you skimp me on cheese and pep? Disappointment was one thing it didn't lack. The pizza it most reminded me of was a 7eleven pizza, except its more than twice the price. Now this is the only pizza I've had from here and its just my one experience. I honestly wanted to give it a 2.5 but 3 seemed too generous. This was below 3 but not quite 2. Oldie but a goodie. I used to go to Marina Pizza back in my middle schools days and recently revisited it on Easter Sunday for a quick bite when we were in the neighborhood. We picked our pizza up (which could have been ready a little faster, because we had to wait about 10 minutes after the quoted time to get our pizza), but I can forgive that because they were at least open during the holiday. It tasted as good as I remember and they were playing the coolest movie ever, Jumanji, while we waited for our pie. When we're in the area, we will definitely we coming back. I ordered a veggie slice to go just before high noon on a weekday. I was a little surprised it took almost 5 minutes for them to put the slice in the oven considering I was the only one in the restaurant. The portions were big and the slice was nice and crispy, however the veggies didn't even seem like they went through the oven with the rest of the pizza. There were way too many green bell peppers (and all so close together!) and the onions were practically raw. They skimped on the cheese and sauce, so on top of everything it was a little dry. If you ask for a slice "to-go," that apparently means they'll put it on top of two flimsy paper plates and throw it into a paper bag for you. There was no way I could take that to go, so I just sat down and ate. 3 Stars because I used to come here years ago and I remember their pepperoni slices hit the spot.
