I said something to him and he just looked at me with a vacant stare. I called and asked to speak with a manager two days later and she said they are not required to wear gloves while cutting the pizza. They always have great specials. My only problem is that they outsource when you call and order they tell you 15 minutes when in fact, it will take anywhere between 30 and 40 minutes the workers there were doing their best, but noticed that a lot of customer workers were mad because they thought that they called the store and not some outsourced to India number. My advice to the owner is to have someone at the store take the orders that way they know how long it will take for the pizza to get done. Wow. First of all I'm a longtime Roundtable pizza fan. So are my kids. After moving to San Lorenzo two years ago this location has been my go to. Service had always been decent. But today I walked in and up the to counter for my pick up. A young lady named Pamela was behind the counter obviously clocking out and doing her register count out. But she not once looked up and aknowledged I was standing there it was a good 5 minutes... luckily a woman Mariah was working feverishly behind her cutting and boxing pizzas and looked and me and said "I'll be right with you". Thanks for that Mariah. Then when Pamela was done she walked away... left the drawer wide open with 20's sitting there within grabbing distance. I was ignored by her for another 5 minutes as she collected her things with the drawer wide open. The it looked like she said something rude to Mariah and left?! It was crazy. My family and I ordered a Large Pizza, 6 Garlic Twist and 12 Wings tonight. I placed the order at 7:50 pm and it arrived at 10pm. As you can see from the photo the Garlic Twist were burnt to a crisp. I tried calling the manager and he said if I could bring them in. My kids are home sick and can not leave them alone at this time. The store manager and employees should not allow any food to leave the restaurant in this condition. I would re consider ordering food from here. The price was ridiculously high. You can travel a mile down the road towards the one by costco and get the same meal for half the price. 15$ for a personal pizza alone. The food was okay but was given wings with no ranch and when went to ask for it the lady was had a nasty attitude. Asked for the Tv to be turned on and she turned it on and that's all. We ordered a medium chicken / garlic pizza and 4 chocolate chip 4 double fudge cookies We are right around the corner from them. They told us the pizza would be here at 5 pm. At 5:10 we called and asked how much longer it would be. The lady said the pizza was done and they were waiting on cookies to finish cooking. They would be fresh and hot! I'll start with a question... what happened to the quality and pride Round Table used to have in its pizza. It's clear they changed the dough, and yes it's probably the worst pizza dough I've tasted. I specified in my order to pleased cook the pizza extra time, allowing the dough to cook through. I guess including simple instructions is a waste of time. They again delivered pizza with dough chewy. What happened to the crisp in the dough. Just about $60 for one medium all meat and one personal cheese. Not sure why but they made the personal pizza with all yellow cheese. What happened to the blend. The public continues to pay extremely high prices why the quality and quantity of the food is the worse I've seen in my 54 years. And. I am a loyal customer of this location since my house is down the street, I called today to order 2 Large pizzas and wings. I asked the persons that answered the phone "Mariah" how much is a Large she said $31 and extra large $37 so I said let me get an 2 extra large since they are the same price. She said since it's over $100 I need payment, I said just take off the wings. My brother is picking the order up so he is paying. The order then came out to $90 she then said, oh I still have to charge because people don't pay. I said okay, we'll what does that have to do with me? My family and I ordered 2 pizzas a King Arthur and a 2 topping sausage and pepperoni as a combo deal with twist, we were having movie night so we had the food delivered, the pepperoni and sausage was cold and the crust was hard, sausages were burnt, I contacted them and it was very hard dealing with the lady at the counter supposedly "in charge" very rude and disrespectful!! I have been dining at this location since I was a teenager in the 1980's. Unfortunately, their food and service is not what it use to be. Recently, I have had 2 almost inedible pizzas from this location. It seems like staff is inexperienced or something. I will be going to the Doolittle drive Round Table, where I went many times during the period when San Lorenzo was closed for remodeling and fire damage. We live around the corner from the Round Table! Instead of taking care of the customer, she demands that we refuse the pizza the delivery driver ( who by the way is M.I.A - who knows if the driver will even show up!!) or we will be charged since we decided to ask for another order of the pizza and that we'd go pick it up instead of delivery. I paid for a pizza and got the wrong pizza on take out didn't realize until we got home and once we noticed we call the restaurant. They were very polite on the first go around and told us to stop back by and they're fix. We informed them we were on a trip for baseball and wouldn't be able to stop back by until the next day. They had no issue with that and ensured us we'd be taken care of the next day. As they promised. I call the next after noon and was treated horribly by the gal who greeted me over the phone. While she refused to help and kept trying to get me Off the phone when I asked to speak to a manager she said they would call me back if they came to work today and stated this is a common problem. She asked me 21 questions and told me there's not thing they could do for me. I then asked for her managers name and or supervisors name and she told me the her manager and supervisor have told them not to let people talk to them or have there names. I wasted good money in this establishment for years and will never return. The young gal told me it not her problem she wasn't there when it happen so yo quit blaming her like it's her fault.
