I called Domino's, at address 2997 E. Hwy.501 Conway, SC 29526. (843-347-0602) on Thursday to order one large pepperoni, large cheese/half sausage and a 14 piece wing. Totalled $41 and some change. The food literally made me and my daughter sick. I took a few bites, and realized that it tasted like butane fluid. I called Friday to speak with someone about getting a refund, they said they could redeliver, and seeing as I will not eat there pizza anymore, I said I needed that refunded to me. They refused, and didn't care at all that their food made me physically sick. I then got a ride on Saturday around 1:45pm and brought along the pizza's. The man I gave them to had no concern whatsoever and refused to make this right. I am extremely upset and need to speak to someone that can get me a refund, as I will not eat their food again. read more

Only pizza place open till 1 am. You get what you pay for. The pizza is above average. The service is pretty quick. If you're having a late night party, this is the place to get your pizza. read more

Worst. Service. Ever. We ordered from the manager of the night 2/9/19 and he was such a disrespectful jerk. I was ordering pizza to my house while I was on my way home and some noise was in the background, the manager raised his voice and demanded me to "take this seriously". He then entered my card wrong multiple times and yelled at me for it being declined. We got our order of mild wings and they were so spicy all of our lips were numb. We called to complain and the manager said it was our own fault for not knowing how spicy their mild sauce was. When we said we couldn't eat the food because it was so spicy he said "well then stick to bbq sauce". Never have encountered such a rude and unprofessional manager. It is a perfect place to order pizza from and I like their prompt without-fail service as well as the veggie pizza. So why the 4 stars and not 5: I order online using a Domino's account and my credit card express. This particular store will make me produce my credit card for them - even though I have placed my 6th order through an online portal with a registered account to a residential address!!!!! I paid online for a delivery that costed over $30 and we still haven't received it. When we call them they said it already been delivered a while ago but, it seems it was the wrong address and was paid for. And now we have to reorder our pizza and had to pay for it again. read more

Got an order of breadsticks and an order of 8 Hot Wings. The foot arrived and the hot wings were very VERY mushy. I thought they were raw, at first. I called to complain and was told that they oven baked their wings and this was normal. They said they would send me out an extra-crispy order, free of charge. Food arrives and the wings were a little crispier...but also there were some burnt bits to them and they were stuck to the aluminum foil in the container, ripping most of the skin off. It was still fatty and mushy on the inside. Gross and inedible. The stars are for the breadsticks. read more

Worst chicken wings I have ever had. The wing itself was very small and very fatty, and the sauce was disappinting. Tried to eat a second but just ended up throwing them in the garbage. The pizza was mediocre and a little undercooked. Unfortunately, they were the only place open after 11. So my advice is that if you want pizza in this area, make sure you do it early enough to go elsewhere! read more

Absolutely unable to even place an order by phone. I called, was asked for my name (a simple 1 syllable 4 letter name), which I pronounced then spelled, the Domino's person spelled it back incorrectly. I pronounced & spelled it again -- again it was returned incorrectly. After the 3rd time of not being able to get 4 letters correct, I said "Forget it." and hung up. Within 30 seconds Domino's called me back - I explained that if they could not even get a simple 4 letter name correct, I was not going to order a pizza from them, they probably would not get the order right. I hung up again. Within a couple minutes Domino's called back twice more -- I did not answer the phone. I should comment that a few years back I tried phone ordering from Domino's -- and the phone was answered: "Hello, Domino's, please hold..." and I was place on hold -- after a minute on hold someone who did not speak English picked up the phone and apparently wanted to take my order (but not in English) -- after that happened 3 times, I gave up. A few years before that I actually ordered a pizza from them by phone; but, just a few weeks before they had moved (perhaps 1/4 mile away to their current Chenango Rd location) and neglected to say anything when I placed my order ... when I went to pick up my pizza, I went to the last known location (the only location listed in the phone book) and they weren't there! I had neglected to bring my cell phone with me and there was no sign at their old location identifying where they had moved ... when I got back home (with no pizza) I called -- and they said, "Oh, yeah, we should have said something about the move, I guess ..." THREE STRIKES and YOU'RE OUT as far as I'm concerned. read more

Dominos is always on time and come in an accurate amount of time. The food is good. And even for a late late dinner or snack it seems and taste fresh. I love ordering online it is very convenient and very easy friendly. read more

hadn't eaten at Domino's in about 30 years because of the taste, but decided to try it again after hearing good things about them. will be another 30 before we try again. not very good pizza and chicken even less so. but the worst part was watching the employees making all the food with no gloves. going from phone to computer keyboard to even their personal smart phone, which we actually saw them lay on the crust spreading table, and then back to the food. never saw any sanitizer used either. not good in middle of flu season! read more

Domino's Pizza has been a reliable source of good quality pizzas and sandwiches for a while now, and their online ordering system is pain-free and convenient. Their service has been helpful and their delivery times are pretty good. While not every item on the menu is great. (Their chicken wings have always been sub-par.) They definitely redeem themselves with their selection of well prepared oven baked sandwiches, and great selection of toppings to choose from. You can even customize your meal to be extra packed with the good stuff for when you're really hungry. Overall, I order from them regularly, and they rarely disappoint. read more
