These are a fairly rare find and we needed it "yesterday" she was able to not only have a service body on the truck and ready to roll within 2.5 weeks, but dealt with my "nit-picky-ness" for days on end. We only get a new service truck once every 10 years, so we wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted/needed. all paperwork was overnight-ed with a return envelope and the whole transaction was extremely smooth. Her crew picked us up from the airport and drove us to the dealership to receive our new truck. Rachel was able to recommend a good hotel that just happened to be directly behind the dealership. Extremely happy with the service, the truck and every aspect of our purchase.

Treating me like I didn't know the condition of my tires, rating them a 0/32 and saying "next time it rains I shouldn't even drive". Again they literally just see a cute little innocent girl and they think they can scare you into more money if it was that big of a deal they would have called and should have called me during the day to tell me that. The only reason I went to Ford is because I had to or I wouldn't have and won't be going to Newberg Ford in the future. For everyone's information my tires aren't even worn through the first wear barn, I just had them aligned. Oh and my fiancee is a mechanic so....

All-in-all the crew at Newberg CDJR communicated throughout the whole process, fixed the body damage, sent a new charger and are still working on my title from Oregon so I can complete the registration. This has been the most difficult purchase ever, but I must say they did try to make things right, so credit to them for that.

My clean vehicle rebate (over $2,000.) is in limbo due to their negligence in providing the necessary paperwork. I've contacted them six times by phone and email and the manager (Sam Pyne) has assured me assistance but nothing has happened. I had to research the actions needed to remedy my situation, made them aware of what needs to be done, and they still can't or won't help. I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of follow through.

He talked us through the car's features, has let us know we can ask other questions as they arise. He also helped us with advice and working with a local company to buy our old car.
