Typically at Ford (locally) I get charged $100 ish for a diagnostic fee and that goes to repair as well ( had these done on my 2019 F-250 diesel which is more expensive on maintenance . Especially on something easy like this. They want $200+ (crazy) 'testing fee' and the $300+ for parts and labor (standard). David couldn't help me on this but at least he informed me of my maintenance recommendations due 14k miles ago which are up to date. All this to say, the repair is scheduled elsewhere. I am happy to pay for the repair. I just don't have the confidence these guys will give me a fair(subjective it's a dealership, I know) price or not lead with a sale. Hope this helps someone.

The reputation of dealers are defined by these moments. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Completely disappointed and angry about how these guys do business. They screwed over my 20 year old son buying his first nice vehicle. We Went to look at a 2018 f150. We were told we couldn't drive it because it hadn't gone through service so we went back another day to drive it. We agreed to buy until we Found an issue with the transmission. They said they would run it through the shop and Ford agreed it needed a major transmission repair. It took a week and My son kept in communication the entire time( proactively) since he was already approved through Newberg ford and had his down payment in hand. So the Truck gets done today and they sell it out from under him while he was on his way. The salesman Chris tried to pressure him to put a $2k non refundable deposit down which also shady considering we knew that they needed to rebuild the transmission. Why would he agree to that knowing he hasn't checked the repair? Complete cop out and careless option. I also Noticed they raised the price online so congrats on the extra profit. Profit at all costs - the dealer way!

They gave me a car that was very dependable and then I could use for 2 to 3 years so I highly recommend this establishment to go in even if you have less than perfect credit to go in and get a good car. I thought I was good on this purchase having asked very specifically about any damage and for videos of the interior and exterior. The sales agent Kaleb said the EV was clean with only some minor curb rash on one wheel. So, I went ahead and purchased from out of state. I paid for delivery and once the EV arrived the problems started. First, they sent the EV without a charging cable, which I don't understand how that's even possible. Then I began to find the dings and 2 very serious dents on the roof rail on the drivers side. Also, the interior was not cleaned well which I think anyone would expect from a car purchase. I went from a very happy customer, to a very disappointed customer. It really sucks, because I purposely don't buy cars from sled lots and only from real dealers just for this reason. Sadly I got screwed this time and would recommend against purchasing any car from this dealer unless you can verify what they say about the condition.

You A- Arm holes know what you did and should replace damaged parts with new ones, however you did not. 1 star rating is not low enough. Service Tech should have taken more time, been more careful and not been such a hack. Second time this incompetence has happened, service manager exclaimed why bring it here? What a joke of a manager. Take your vehicle anywhere else. Definitely check to make sure that they did the work you paid good money for and did not damage other parts. Or save time and money, bring it to another service department.

We wanted to get a Toyota just before the tariffs would hit. He amazed us with finding us a top-of-the-line Corolla for a really good (cash) price at another dealer. He talked us through the car's features, has let us know we can ask other questions as they arise. He also helped us with advice and working with a local company to buy our old car. I hope we never need to buy another car, but if we do need to, Ferguson is where we're going.
