The situation: I'm picking out my attire for my friend's wedding, which takes place the next day. The attire: gray suit. The problem: prominent brown stain (what IS that?!) on lapel (am I a sloppy eater? do I need a bib? no time to think on that now!) of said brown suit jacket. The solution: I called Next Door Cleaners and asked if they could help me in time for me to get to the wedding. They consulted their spotter briefly who said they could take care of me. I took a men's suit to be cleaned, and it had several stains on the jacket and pants. The price was reasonable when compared to another in the area with high ratings. The suit came back when it was supposed to (I needed it urgently for an important event) and was clean, except for one spot on the pant leg. So they allowed me to wear it, and bring it back after for cleaning that spot. (I took a phone photo to document that it was there when I picked it up the first time.) I appreciated that! (although ideally it wouldn't have returned the first time with that spot! ;-) When I picked it up the second time, the stain was gone. So I plan to take other suits and clothes there when I need dry cleaning. read more

Best Laundry and dry cleaning They are super honest and hard working There was a problem with a leather jacket--they REDID the seam with their own money--I was very impressed and been going since--really nice people, seems family owned. They are always pleasant when I go in, and he alterations are great also. Can be a little pricey on the alterations but you get what you pay for--definitely with it if you want the quality. Even though Next Door Cleaners is about 15 minutes away from where I live in Glendale, it was well worth the trip. My puffer jacket had fallen into a tray of glue and a good portion of glue had gotten on the inside and outside of the jacket. All the home remedies I had tried to remove the glue had failed, and a dry cleaner that I brought the coat to wanted no part of trying to remove the glue and basically couldn't get me out the door quick enough. But Next Door cleaners were very friendly and said they weren't sure that they could get the job done but we're willing to try. Sure enough, they DID get all the glue off the jacket and the jacket looks good as new! And they got the job done two days earlier than promised and the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend Next Door Cleaners and will gladly make the 15 minute drive for me the next time I have dry cleaning that needs to be done! read more
