We were expecting the technician to show up between 3-6 p.m., but were thrilled when Christian called to ask if he could stop by a couple of hours earlier. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the unit and had cool air flowing again within about 30 minutes. He offered several service options, provided his opinions, and let me make my decisions without pressure. My call was answered right away & I was able to get an appointment the next day. That went very smoothly & the technician was very professional & helpful. Unfortunately a while later my Carrier unit's fan motor started making noise. It was Easter weekend, but I called them to see if they could send someone to at least take a look at it. Chris the owner responded to my call & despite being with his family, said he'd be over later that day. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me that the previous repairs on the ac unit had replaced the fan motor with the wrong size motor for that unit. He took the time to educate me on why the motor was wrong & had resulted in damage to the fan. As a result, both the motor & the damaged fan would need to be replaced. He said he'd work on getting both a new fan and motor for the unit. Unfortunately there were non in stock from the local suppliers as well as LA. We're able to find the right motor & fan at an out of state supplier which was able to ship it UPS 3 day delivery. Parts came a day early, & Chris was there the next day to install both! He again showed me how the new motor & fan were not only the right ones for my unit, but also how it would be more energy efficient as well. Chris is a true professional who genuinely cares for his customers! I'd definitely recommend him to any of my friends in the future!

I called again.. they came back out got it running for only another 12 hours. Called again!! said it would be 10 days before the next service.... They were recommended to me by someone I trust, so I was looking forward to potentially working with them. However, there seemed to be an assumption that simply coming out to provide an estimate meant they had already been hired for the job. I also had another HVAC company come out to provide a quote, which I believe is completely reasonable when comparing pricing and services before making a decision. When it became apparent that I was getting multiple estimates, the interaction became uncomfortable and, in my opinion, the response was unprofessional. At no point had I agreed to hire anyone, and I had not even received a final price. I'm not sure why any customer would be expected to commit to a job before knowing what they are going to be charged. I respect everyone's time and appreciate someone coming out to look at a project, but customers should also feel comfortable asking questions, reviewing pricing, and getting multiple quotes without feeling pressured or made uncomfortable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
