In short, you can tell the business doesn't care about its staff or its clients, and it shows in their customer service. Dr. Mehrzad downplayed my results, telling me he thinks I look great and stating that my stomach "is not even that bad." I also discovered that the official patient chart notes did not align with my own memory of our conversations.
