This company doesn't carry insurance on their tow trucks. Meaning if something happens to your car while in tow, they don't have coverage to take care of the accident. They are rude and not really sure how a company like this can do business with insurance for their trucks and drivers. NEVER SHOWED UP! Car broke down and we called ATT roadside assistance. We had grandma and two children and a trunk full of groceries, including frozen and refrigerated foods. These incompetent fools never showed up. We got a ride home and kept trying to call them and text them to find out if they had towed the car. This so-called towing company is a joke! I have no idea why insurance companies contract them. They delayed their service to tow my car three separate times, forcing me to sit in my hot car for 4 and half hours. They eventually stopped answering my phone calls too. I had them move my non running car to my driveway. He was 30 minutes late. He offered to remove a cage I had attached on the back himself first, which takes no special tools and I, a petite woman, have done dozens of times and would have gladly done in under 5 minutes. Instead I come out an hour later and find deep gouges all over my driveway and a huge dent in my garage door. The tow truck driver never bothered to knock or call or say a word. He claimed he had no tools, then tried to blame the damage on me and acted like the garage damage was my fault. I called the tow company and they said this is not their fault because I should have removed the cage, and hung up on me. Tow truck driver got in his truck and ran away and neither him or the company gave their insurance information. I will be reporting them to TLDR and our Homeowners insurance and attorney will be dealing with them, but save yourself the trouble and avoid using this company at all costs! If I could give -stars, I would do so. NFL towed my car to the dealership yesterday afternoon. My last words to them, were to tell them to make sure to check in with Carlos in the service department. I called the dealership this morning, and they said my car had not arrived. When I called NFL Towing to find out what happened, they said they left my car in the parking lot, with keys in the cup holder. So my car sat, unlocked & unattended overnight in East Dallas, WITH THE KEYS IN THE CUPHOLDER. Dealership finally found the car, parked far out on their lot (nowhere near the building). It's a miracle my car wasn't stolen. NFL seemed to think they'd done everything just fine...offered no apologies, only tried to justify their actions. I'm sorry but, this is not ok. read more

My insurance contracted them to tow me. Waited two and a half hours while in contact with them via text and phone and when they were supposed to be arriving after 3 delays they called my insurance company to cancel and didn't event bother trying to contact me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I was rear ended in a car accident and needed my car towed. NFL Towing first estimated 60 minutes. Then another 30 minutes and then yet another 30 minutes. A total of a two hour wait. The guy that showed up, Danton Yeager, was GREAT. Since my trunk is totaled, the light drained my battery. He was trying to give me a jump when my key broke as he was trying to turn it in my ignition. He was apologetic and nice. I asked him if I should just call the office to get the key replaced. He gave me $100 in cash. We both didn't know how much it would cost to get my key replaced. He got my car started and I took the key to the Toyota dealership. The replacement key quote ended up being $250 due to the remote part of the key. I text Danton and he told me to call Elliot, the owner, and that he would send someone out to replace the key. I called the owner and he was rude. He said he was busy and would call me back. I had a work health screening scheduled for 3:30 yesterday. So I needed it to be fixed quickly. So I text Danton and told him that the owner is busy. Danton gave me the owners wife information and I gave her a call. The wife told me that Elliot, the owner, was now ready to talk to me. I call Elliot and he is ignorant again right from the start. He didn't even give me a chance to tell what happened. He started off by stating that he thought the key was already broken and that I broke the key in half and then gave it to the driver. It all sounded so crazy. The owner was not even there during the tow and he is telling me this made up story about how the key was broken. He said that people are always trying to get over on him and that he wasn't going for it. I told him that he was very rude and I am not sure how he stays in business. I told him that Danton was very nice and respectful and I'm not sure how the owner is ruder than the workers. I told him that Danton had tried to start the car a couple of times and the key was fine. It was just that last time where it broke in his hands. Danton did not break it intentionally. It just happened. Afterwards he gave me $100 to replace it but it costs more than that. The owner started yelling again that Danton shouldn't have given me any money. I told him that he had a serious attitude for no reason and he hung up on me. So I am left without a key to drive my car. I will be filing a claim against NFL Towing to get my money for the key. I prefer that route because I never want to speak to that man again. You know, I am black and I like to support black businesses. But some people are just too ignorant to be in business at all. He is the face of what black business shouldn't be in character and customer service. He needs professional mental help. And he has the nerve to have "God" on his truck.
