We were outside our coverage and had to look for one here. I was dreading what this was going to take. After making only 2 calls, using Yelp to search of course, we found a valid candidate. The rate was more than reasonable and could squeeze us in the next day. Talking to Elizabeth really put us at ease and everything was explained thoroughly. Checking in was a breeze. Meeting Elizabeth was very pleasant. And, Dr. Phan was so nice and friendly. Mog and he had a good chat. It seemed like old friends meeting up again. The procedure was simple and over before we knew it. It was such a good experience with this amazing staff I was wishing we could come here regularly.

Referrals department sends me to doctors that don't even treat my condition. Continue to fax referrals to the wrong number despite being given the correct number multiple times. DO NOT GO HERE unless you have no other options. Despicable.

Here's the kicker they wanted to charge over $1,000 for a "facility fee" I did put a down payment for the service but they didn't give me a date. I ended up changing my mind and asked for my money back. They gave me a hard time and tried to explain why we needed to pay that huge fee for services that are covered by his insurance!! She still went on when I asked for my money back 4x. She said anywhere I go they are going to charge me that much. Let me tell you..... I called two places and I found a dentist where everything is completely covered. What a shame that this office is doing this...

I even looked into other offices, but ultimately decided to come here, and I'm glad I did. The parking lot is small and located directly behind the office, but I had no trouble finding it. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. I'm generally very nervous about dental visits, and the thought of having my wisdom tooth removed had me emotional after receiving the numbing injections. One of the staff members kindly offered me a tissue and shared some tips to help me relax, which I truly appreciated. The doctor thoroughly explained the procedure and reviewed my X-rays with me beforehand. After the numbing shots, I was amazed at how quickly the tooth was removed I didn't feel a thing! He had already told me what noises and sensations to expect, including a little pressure and tugging, which helped ease my anxiety. I was so relieved when it was over. The doctor and his assistant were both kind and professional. The assistant carefully reviewed all of the post-op instructions with me and also provided written instructions to take home. You just come in and sign,have a seat and they call your name. When you go inside they do xray and watever you want your visit to be. But none of the staff is friendly or have a smile on their face. Its been awhile since I have been to a dentist but. It is so different from years ago. But, if you let them know to have more care or be gentle on your teeth and they will. The girl I had just did alittle bit cleaning she was nice and she explain whatever question I have. Overall of course everyone has different opinion when it come to your hygiene. But, as for me this trip was ok for me , got my deep cleaning next 3 weeks . Will keep you posted to see how my next visit will be.
