    Garlic Knots.

Last night, my family wanted pizza for dinner. We recently moved to Binghamton area and we heard great reviews from NIck's Pizza. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. I bought a Lg Pepperoni Pizza, Lg Mushroom/Sausage Pizza, and an order of Garlic Knots. The first thing I noticed when grabbing a slice from the pizza box is how MINIMAL the amount of cheese they provided on the pizza. I figured, "Oh, they might've just messed up on the one pie." No, it was both pizzas that were like that. I've been to several pizzerias, and I've never had this kind of experience before. My kids even mentioned how there's barely any cheese on the pizza. I was hopeful that the garlic knots were going to be a kick since my wife loves them. We open the bag and what we saw looks like someone went to the supermarket, bought a bag of Hawaiian Rolls, minced garlic from a jar and some parsley to call it, "Garlic Knots." After saying all of this, we've spent over $50.00 for this order. I'm sorry, I don't plan on coming back.

Had been asking around for a while what some good pizza spots are down here near Binghamton. Got referred to Nicks more than once! Got a pizza later at night was actually the last one of the night. Super nice inside area. The pizza was great! The dough was nicely done and flavored well. There weren't any dry spots, sauces both done nicely. An 8/10 pie wish the chicken was a little bigger, and the garlic had a little more cheese. One of the best I've had down here in the Binghamton area. We will BE BACK! Also excited to try their other Italian food sometime.

Great family restaurant, and homemade food, love the pizza, spaghetti sauce, and they have a terrific veal Parmesan meal.

Mediocre at best. The pizza was the best part of the meal. The chicken parm tasted like a frozen chicken patty. It's just not my thing.

Im a stout girlie, but it is the wrong season for that. But... I made out fine with a tart cider. Since they brew their beer themselves- makes perfect sense to focus on ipas and lagers right now. The food is amazing. Hubby and I got a cheesesteak and the Don Don, honey chicken sandwich. We've gotten them before. By far, in our opinion, the best stuff on the menu. But everything is freaking good. Friends, we were with, had a pizza, and other sandwiches. Everybody raved about what they got. Menu is big enough for a great variety. Seriously FOMO is real. You are missing out if you haven't gone. If the weather is cooperating throw a captain chair in your car and experience the kinda late spring in Bingo. So happy this place is here and that the owner is a cool dude.

You're only allowed two 4 ounce samples ($3 each) at a time. You can order more after you're done with the two. They don't can & don't fill growlers. The Big Parm sub was delicious with sauce, cheese and an odd addition - fried mortadella which is a thinly sliced meat similar to bologna. The sandwich didn't need it - the chicken parm & fresh sub roll is great without it. The Chicken Spiedie Sub, on the other hand, could have used some help. It was deliciously seasoned grilled chunks of chicken on a fresh sub roll and ... nothing..just chicken on a bun. It was boring. Grilled peppers & onions would have been great, for example. Overall, definitely recommend.

I am a big fan of the Detroit which is a deep dish style pizza with a crunchy crust. You need to visit multiple times to really enjoy the various flavors and styles of pizza they have. My only complaint is the lack of customization of their specialty pizza's. I get no additions or substitutions as that would be a pricing nightmare. Please consider allowing us to REMOVE ingredients though. There are several great looking pizzas there I simply can't get because of family members and their tastes. Things like pesto or mushroom could easily be removed and I don't understand that policy. Pay them a visit as I want them to stick around!

So I had to stand there and wait for the conveyor belt to process my pizza. EDIT: Not sure what the basis is for calling me a liar. I can't think of a reason to make that up.
