We ordered for dine in, we were told to get our own cups from this little bar area. However every cup had a nasty smell like it was stacked while wet and had black dots on and specks of things (mold maybe?) I asked the girl working the counter and she gave me some styrofoam after I told her the cups were dirty. No problem. Our pizza came out with the wrong toppings at first which was fine- We waited and they corrected it. What I couldn't get over though was the absolutely filthy plates. The plates again on this bar thing were self serve and I don't think had been cleaned at all and if they were the dishwasher needs to be retrained on sanitary rules and food safety. The stacks had old food stuck to the bottom of nearly every plate. I know this because I sifted through to try to find ones that would work for my little family. I couldn't find any that I felt comfortable eating off of, and I got the impression they weren't really washed. I began to feel annoying to our waitress "Addison" because I again brought up something.. and now the plates were gross. Addison - who in general was very kind and doing the best she could. She explained to us they are short staffed and that the boys in the back weren't doing a good job washing. She personally took 4 plates for us and washed them- which I really appreciated. The table behind us though - not even five minutes later I watched her serve with the dirty cups and plates. That grossed me out so much especially after I had just told her about the cleanliness. It took all I could do to not say something to the table - but my husband said not to cause a stir.. I'm telling you - I'm a person who isn't afraid of a little dirt. This was UN CLEAN. I'm rating it 2, not to be a jerk- because the food was pretty good - but because the cleanliness needs be addressed.

The restaurant did not close until 4pm. If it does not close until 4pm, we should have been served. There was no sign stating that the last meal needed to be served at a certain time before closing. What truly made matters worse is that every chair in the entire restaurant was up on the tables with one table of elderly patrons trying to eat their dinner with that mess! Those poor patrons. This was the nail in the coffin for us. What type of establishment would allow their employees to put up every single chair on top of the tables while patrons were trying to dine?? We were regular customers. We will not give our dollars to an establishment that operates this way. It certainly does not care for their patrons, operating in a manner such as this.
