One of the worst and despicable experiences we've ever encountered. My brother's sister was interested in purchasing her first pair of Nike shoes. There were so many employees at the entrance and nobody greeted us or offered to help. Next, there was a gentleman who we ran up to for help (we were standing by one of the aisles). She asked him for suggestions-- he literally looked straight at her and walked away. RUDE. This one star review is for he nice gentleman who spotted both of us in trouble. He came up and offered to help. He even stayed with us throughout his break time until we were helped and out of the store. I wish I got his name. All the other employees need to be retrained if they especially want to work in a retail establishment. read more

Every time I have come in, the store is very clean, the staff is pleasant, and I find what I need. Love this store! I've shopped here a few times and always have a great experience. After my visit today I think I couldn't be happier. The staff is always extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions. Today we were helped by an associate named Rodney and let me just say he went above and beyond! I was looking for new shoes but didn't have a style or fit in mind. He walked us through all options that seem to fit my needs. He took so much time to explain the styles and why they'd be beneficial for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and even followed up. Staff like this makes the whole shopping experience feel personalized. Beyond thankful as I found a line that will be exactly what I need and I truly believe I would not have been able to find such a great fit without him. All the staff is helpful and can't wait to shop again. Updated: Again I am so happy with this store and the associates. I've come to experience that this location has a pretty excellent management team, one person in particular named "Jess". For the sole efforts of Jess, we will return and patronize this location. After a hiccup with pricing and realizing the mistake after got home, a couple calls to the store finally resulted in speaking with Jess. My whole attitude about the situation turned around after receiving great customer service from a brand we've been extremely loyal to. Ok store. Clothing and shoes seem top be in stock and good size store. The only thing I am puzzled by is their hiring process for applicants. I had a neighbor apply to this store with plenty old retail experience. When my neighbor got a E-mail saying the store hired the kind of people they were looking for meaning "looks" and that I guess my neighbor's retail qualifications didn't match their stores needs! Really!?? Sounds a little prejudice and discriminating if you ask me, especially when his friend of his got the job and they both put their application in at the same time. We had very good luck at Nike today. I think it was in part to Tyler helping us out. I found a pair of shoes I liked but they were too expensive and he totally found a different yet similar pair for me for $30 less. There was plenty of room for everyone in my family to try on shoes which surprised me for a Sunday. All in all a good day. I know that not all of the Nike stuff is at a fabulous price but we looked hard and found some decent prices. read more

Not very impressed with the management. Manager rolled her eyes at me which was super irritating. The checkers and floor staff were way-more respectful and professional than the manager. The checker was so cool and apologized for the manager's behavior. I got a great deal on some shorts though. I've been here several times now, and each time the customer service has been great. They've been very helpful, and patient with my requests. It's nice having them in town, especially since we don't really have a sports store nearby. (Big5) doesn't count! Location is clean, and plenty of parking, and some great deals. Went in this afternoon found the shoes we wanted but could not find the size we needed. Zahra came up to see if needed help. From there she was able to check stock from her phone and had the the shoes brought out from the back. Zahra was so helpful she rang us up on her noble phone and we were able walk right Out the door. With her help we spent less than 15 minutes total in the store now that's service. read more

On 5/17/2017 I was in this store for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. NOT one person asked me if I need help. There was five Nike customer service workers just standing around talking about their personal lives. They could see me pulling shoes in and out of the shelves trying to find the right width and size I needed. After leaving the store and returning to the car my wife told me I should go and talk to a manager. The manager came to the front of the store and I explained what happened and all she said was sorry. Not can I get someone to help you!! Told her that I had $200 to spend on shoes and would rather spend it where customers are valued. Walked out !!! read more

An employee named Cam helped me and my son. He was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond any customer service I've ever had. He walked us through the whole store and helped my son and I. My 12 year old son called him his new personal stylist. As a single mom I get stressed out when it comes to shopping and keeping up with the trends for my son, but Cam went out of his way to look for the best deals and styles for my son, and my son absolutely loved him! I love those island cash registers ( they have several) that you can go to instead of the main table where is usually gets packed like at the Ontario mills Nike store. You can also order online at these cash registers and the shipping is FREE. ( can be shipped to your home) this compensates my all time complaint of the stores not having tennis gear! Oh well. Everyone is friendly there. I felt like they over greeted me and followed up with me. Maybe it's because it's a brand new store idk. Our experience at this Nike Factory has been the best thus far. Myself and my boyfriend often frequent many Nike establishments and we can say we left this one more than satisfied. Stephanie was the first person to greet us even though she was working in the back. She greeted us with a huge smile and with a lot of enthusiasm. She was able to figure out our style and taste right away and suggested great pieces which we both loved. She helped make our experience at this location a comfortable one. We did not feel rushed and ended up spending more time and money than expected. The inventory was great, the store was neat. We even asked to speak to the manager to let her know about the great experience we had. We look forward to our next visit! Hopefully Stephanie will be working the floor next time. I went in the store to return a gift, I walked straight to the line, the security guard greeted everyone. When I asked the cashier to exchange the item and I would be purchasing different shoes, he says he will be able to give whatever price the computer says.. The first price it showed was $75, then he manually adds 20% off to reduce the $75 to $61, I said forget it and walked out, but this time the security followed me out the store like he was racial profiling me and he's also a minority. I called the manager to see if there was something he could do before I left the parking lot, he agreed to give the $75. I walked inside the security guard asks, "are you driving a silver.." I stopped him and said no, a white Mercedes. The security guard had followed me out of the store and watching me for no reason, I was not there to steal, I travel the world for different pro sport events and get free new released Nike shoes occasionally little did he know. The manager was unwilling to give the 20% off even though it was online and in store he lied and said it was only in store (we purchased the shoes online with the cashier). Anyways on 12/26 spoke to a different manager Kaylee who said she would look at cameras to see if what I was saying was true which it is I have no reason to make this shit up, it's ridiculous it is about to be 2020 and they're still racial profiling. Anyways I went in the store to get my refund, the employees obviously were coached by Kaylee they were very messy and laughing saying oh that's biased trying to let me know they didn't care that I had been racially profiled... Talked to Kaylee in person, she's not much help when it comes to these situations, she always has her employees back whether they are wrong or right, she basically just gave the excuse the security guard told her which was a lie no one is going to admit to racially profiling someone, and when I told her the employees kept repeating "oh that's biased " joking about me being profiled she didn't care at all.. read more

I'm so glad the Nike Outlet store opened up in Redlands! No need for me to drive on over to Ontario anymore! Also it's next to 24 Hour Fitness so it is an appropriate spot for this store to be located. This store is pretty large with lots to offer. Also it is an outlet store, so expect cheaper prices than what you see at other stores. They have apparel, LOTS of shoes, bags, socks, equipment, everything! The staff working here is very nice; they also keep the store neat and tidy, which helps gives us customers a nice experience. I also like that they have multiple "islands" where you can purchase your items, as an alternative to going to the main cashier area in the front of the store. It is so convenient! read more

I came to this Nike location 2weeks ago and bought 4 items totaling up to $160 when I got home I put the bag in the closet cause I had to get to work so when I got home that night I emptied the items on the bed and I only had 3 items in the bag I checked the closet to make sure it Haden fell out the bag and there was nothing checked my car nothing so I went back to the store and told them that they forgot to put one of my items in the bag so the MOD checked the cameras he said that the young ladies put all 4 items in the bag which I know she didn't cause where the dam shirt then if she did put it in the bag so make sure when you go to this store that you watch them read more

They didn't fit so I returned them the next day and got a bigger size. they said go ahead and shop and we'll exchange them when your done so I went looking for xl shorts and it was so hard to find anything xl and anytime I'd ask for a bigger size, "sorry, don't have it".
