This Has to be one of the crappiest nail jobs I've ever gotten, in my life. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I've been doing the dip powder sets because I'm allergic to the acrylic. One of my nails broke. Instead of talking to me and telling me how she was going to fix it. She decided to file all of my nails down, because it was easier. She should've added a tip and then put the powder on. I am so angry... I had in mind my words. The place is nice and clean the owner had to come in and actually file my nails, I found out a bit odd. she did not fill my nails all the way, there are gaps at the cuticles.. she died my fingers they're all pink. Not a very professional job at all. I definitely will not be going back Dear Niki, I don't appreciate being called a liar. I don't get paid to write reviews. Therefore I gain nothing by writing a negative or positive review. October Nails are a MUST and while in town Housesitting I needed a splash to my simple matte look (done at salon at home)...cute little salon in a small shopping center...you could miss it if you aren't looking!! Ladies. Listen up. This place is the real deal. First, these have been the best longest lasting gels/acrylic manicures I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done since 1997. I only go every three weeks or so, but my nails have never cracked, chipped, or lifted. What more can you ask for? Keep reading. I wanted a very short length ombré French manicure. Most of the time when I go places they try to talk me into longer more feminine (I guess) type of length. I just can't type when they're long and I have to give room for growth, so I like them short. No arguments from them. She started long and checked in until I said stop. Yay! Also, they are quick and reasonably priced! I was in and out in 75 min (hands and feet done at the same time). That's at least 30 min shorter and $30-35 cheaper than my (old) regular place with the same services. I drive 20 miles round trip just to come here and it's worth it. I really wanted to like this place but I left a little unhappy. My first visit here I was going to book the number two bundle which was $50 included hot stone paraffin wax 10 minute massage and sugar scrub. But the nail tech insisted on me getting the bundle number three said it was better the only difference I really saw in pricing and what they offered was that the number three bundle offer two more minutes of massage and your sugar scrub would be scented. This was listed as $55. So I said sure let's go with the bundle number three because two more minutes of massage sounded nice to me. As you see in the picture, the polish wasn't really cleaned off my skin all that well. You can clearly see paint on my skin and the work was a bit patchy you can see on my nail some spots look more coated than others uneven work. And when it was time for the massage, I saw her set up a timer which didn't even work so I looked at the clock on my phone. she did maybe about seven minutes of a "massage" which during that time she kept getting up to get stuff so really I got maybe a five minute massage which was upsetting because I was going to pay for the 10 minute massage and she insisted on me purchasing the bundle for 12 minutes of massage and I didn't even get that. And to top it off my skin got burned from the hot towels. I'm sure it'll go away but it left my legs are very red .I don't think it was worth the money I paid which was $70 because I chose to do gel polish . I think it's called an overlay? She is great with me, because I am super picky, and she does exactly what I want but better! My nails always lasts for over 3 weeks! And she is thorough and quick too! :) She takes only 30 minutes! I came in for a pedicure ,The staff was very friendly and attentive everything was great until they were finishing up. I had a pedicure and they used the hot wax on my feet you know the stuff that's in a little plastic bag. Anyways, once the wax cooled, they removed it from my feet and instead of throwing the bags of wax in the garbage, the woman put them back into that heated box she took them out of. That tells me that they've probably used that same wax for someone else's feet used it on mine and will be using it on the next person. Not sanitary at all pretty much grossed me out. read more

This is my favorite nail place BUT I recently got my nails done and I was hoping that Niki would've done my nails but she was sitting and eating so I decided to try someone new.
