This family owned Thai restaurant is a staple in Etobicoke! With affordable prices and delicious food, it's a must try. Portions were huge and everything tasted as good as it looked! My favourites were the Green Mango Salad, Pad Thai Hor Kai and their homemade Thai Iced Tea. Loved the Nimman parfait for dessert! They have daily lunch specials too! The waiter was so nice, he was patient and explained every dish to us. There were pretty flower center pieces at each table.

Me and my son come here all the time. They usually have good specials, like buy one get one 50% off or just recently buy one get Pad Thai for $10. Portions are proper, unusual for Thai! Great taste, everything, literally, this is our go to Thai spot for sure! GO NIIMAN THAI GO!

nimman thai location in the Etobicoke Lakeshore area is a family run establishment that has been serving out hearty Thai classics for over a decade Here's what I definitely recommend trying-  Nimman platter - chicken satay, Nimman garden rolls, spring rolls, fried dumplings Pad Thai hor kai - voted amongst top 10 pad Thai in toronto Lychee curry seafood - I love how the sweetness of the lychee balances the generous portion of seafood out in the curry Anchan Lemonade - Such a visually stunning drink. The butterfly pea flower ice cubes melt and add a vibrant blue hue to the lemonade. Thai Iced Tea - one of the best I've had

After walking around Humber Bay Park, I stopped by some local food spots nearby and revisited Nimman after a long time. Nimman is quite a popular spot in Etobicoke and been around for awhile. In addition, the business has been featured on the Toronto Star! Chicken & Shrimp Pad Thai: The pad thai was flavourful and great portions. I was so surprised with the amount of shrimps and chicken they gave. I would definitely would come back to try out their other dishes! The service was friendly and lots of tables. The location is a bit hidden inside the plaza so you would need to walk a bit to find it. Overall, great experience at Nimman and would recommend visiting if you're in the Etobicoke area.

My mother and sister come here often. While in town, my mother wanted to come here for lunch (11 am to 3 pm). The lunch menu comes with soup, salad, and spring roll. I ordered the Barbeque Salmon, which came with rice. It was tasty. My mom ordered the Pad Thai.

I found this restaurant by a post in a Facebook group and I was compelled to try it as they were nominated for having the best pad Thai. I must say I was extremely impressed I typically go down town for Thai and my fav spot. This one was excellent, it had an underlying coconut flavor, which I asked if it was strong and they said it wasn't but I found that it had a strong coconut flavour . It wasn't like your traditional pad Thai, but it was very good. I'm glad I tried it. I would definitely like to try their traditional pad Thai in the future. overall portions were great. Spring rolls were to be a little bit salty. Other than that, I thought it was excellent and I'll definitely be back to give the other items a try.

This review is for takeout during the pandemic. To be exact, 3.5 stars. They have a lunch special menu, including on weekends. It comes with a mini salad, a spring roll, hot and sour soup and the main dish that one picks. Ordering was easy and you can get 10% off if you follow them on social media. The interior design had bold colours, more suited for a Spanish restaurant. Due to the minimal parking lot in front of their restaurant, we waited in the car. It took longer than 15 minutes when it didn't seem busy at all. The spring roll was freshly fried and hot. The salad is normal and my basil noodle rice with veggies tasted delicious. I would have liked to see bigger tofu pieces. The best part was their hot and sour soup. Loved it!! I could eat more of it!!! Overall, the lunch special left us with good memories. However, not sure if it's their food, but by evening, I had a tummy ache. Either way, I wouldn't mind trying their other dishes. My hubby wants to go back to it.

Ordered their red curry, pineapple fried rice, spring rolls, chicken skewers and tofu. Food was above average although the spring rolls were quite salty, portions were big and service was great. The presentation of the food was really nice as well. Ambiance was night inside, great decoration.

Shrimp pad Thai, spicy beef with house salad, shrimp fried dumplings and a banana shake

I've had Nimman Thai many times before and it was always delicious. But after recently coming back from Thailand and having the vacation blues I had to come eat some pad Thai. After having it in Thailand and coming back to eat here, I felt like I was back in Thailand. The food and service was up to par! The one thing I loved most about Thailand was the hospitality and here it was no different! I would always order out but It was my first time eating in the restaurant and the place was so clean and well put together with a great ambiance. I'd give a 10 star rating if I could, super impressed and stuffed!

A large group of us came to this restaurant at the end of the evening just before they closed. There were enough seats for all of us and the staff started taking our orders pretty quickly. The food arrived at a decent time. For the rest of the night we were left alone to our food. The food itself was ok. I ordered Massaman with shrimps for $13.95. A bowl of rice is not included. Frankly i don't understand how a soupy curry dish does not come with rice. The flavour is ok albeit a bit bland. It's an ok experience for me.

Came with a group of 15 late at night after a walk. They were closing in an hour, and one of the staff warned us that we'll have to order quickly because last call is in 20 minutes and restaurant is closing in less than an hour. It's quite a large restaurant, as they have taken over two units. The washrooms are in the basement, and it's a long walk down a corridor to the other end. Can feel quite sketchy. Since it was late, the restaurant was mostly empty. The staff pushed some tables together so that everyone can sit together. We ended up staying past 10, and they didn't rush us out. The menu is quite large. Rice dishes, noodle dishes, curry dishes, meat dishes, vegetable dishes, and so on. Interestingly enough, several of the most popular dishes on the menu used descriptions such as "Number 1 Ranked to be World's Most Delicious foods by CNN" "One of the famous Thai dishes in United States" The thai iced tea and thai iced coffee are quite a steal at $2.50 for a large cup. Would be nice if they didn't have so much ice though; perhaps that can be customized if you mentioned. I ordered the Massaman curry with beef, and I would say it was quite good. Very light flavor, with a little heat. Some others said it was too bland or not spicy enough, but I thought it was pretty good for my tastebuds. One issue I had was the curry doesn't come with rice; you'll have to order it on the side.

The restaurant has a lot of smaller tables, making it feel cozy, and the service was super friendly. I ordered the dry boat noodles with egg noodles and they were so good. The side of broth was absolutely amazing and honestly one of the best parts of the meal. Rich, flavorful, and so comforting. I kept alternating between bites of noodles and sips of broth. There was chili oil on the table, and I definitely got a little carried away. It was seriously spicy, but somehow I couldn't stop eating. My mouth was on fire, but every bite made me want another. Even after leaving, I kept thinking about those noodles. I also liked that there are several noodle options to choose from depending on what texture you're craving. I went during the summer, and there was no air conditioning so it was pretty hot inside. However, the food was amazing. For the beef noodles, the meat was tender.
