I've only been here twice but I really enjoy it! I think this is one of the first salon I've been too where they don't rush to get the job done, that's a huge plus for me because they don't over book. They also do a really nice job. Kim always does my nails and I've VERY picky with the skin around them. Since I get acrylics most salons don't clean around the nail but Kim always does and make sure you leave happy. I have been going here for a few years now and had almost every women there do my nails- I regularly get fills so they know me by name now. I have had nothing but great experiences here, everyone is so friendly, outgoing, conversational & overall great with customer service. I refuse to go anywhere else because they NEVER disappoint me. Summer always answers the phone and makes small talk with me every time I come in& they do so good with other customers. They have been following Covid protocols and it's very very clean inside as well. Every time I leave I am so happy and confident. I recommend multiple people to go here when they ask where I go to get my nails done because they always do such a good job. Was able to schedule a noon appointment 30 mins prior and got the most thorough and beautiful gel manicure from Kim today! Cuticles, Polish, shape.. All on point. I came in about 2 weeks ago for the first time and had a great experience! The lady who did my pedicure and manicure did a great job and asked me what I wanted and was very reassuring. The ladies are all super friendly and did a great job with my shellac mani and spa pedi. I would definitely recommend. My nails still look great 2 weeks later, just grown out. I went here for almost a year after getting my first set of acrylic nails. And now I decided to get them removed, to my horror I discovered this place uses Methyl methacrylate which is an FDA BANNED CHEMICAL. Which has many many bad side affects for your organs, nails, reproductive system, and more. Do your research ladies. This is not what you want for your nails. It's extremely hard to remove, unlike ETHYL methacrylate which is high quality and easy to remove by soaking your nails in pure acetone. Trust me, keep looking for a higher quality salon. They had me fooled. read more

Not fancy at all - even the lights and waited area seating were bare bones basic, BUT I got a PERFECT Gel Manicure for only $26. Yep you read that right and that was the everyday price (with 3 three coats!). The woman at the 2nd table from the door did my nails and she did great. Make an appointment, but that seems to be the case for all the nail salons in this area - which is odd to me personally. I walked in and they were hesitant, but they were able to squeeze me in so there was some rushing involved. I don't know if this is also native to the area but they asked a loooooot of question about you and your life in general, which I am not a fan of...AT ALL but if your into chatting about your personal life the ENTIRE time you're getting your nails done - this is the place for you. read more

They have gone the extra mile in regards to precautions for Covid. I am consistently satisfied with my nails. If I ever have a problem, they are quick to take care of it. Love these ladies. If I ever wonder about what they are saying to each other, I just ask and they tell me. They would never embarrass you about tipping. The salon stayed open an extra hour to get my mom, sister, and myself in on a Saturday night. I usually avoid social grooming situations because I find the conversation so awkward. I'm not sure how this salon has 5 stars. I recently relocated to hillsboro and so was looking for a new salon and selected this one based on the reviews. I got a manicure and a pedicure while there. The pedicure was quick and lacked any of the things I'm used to being part of a pedicure, it was feet in water, cut nails, paint nails, and done. Not only that but the way in which my nail was cut caused an ingrown toenail in my big toe which STILL hurts. Then came my manicure. Everything about it was fine except that she managed to hurt each finger during the filing. Now I know I have extremely short nails, I warned her and apologized for them beforehand and even asked if they were long enough to get a manicure at all. I will not be going back to this salon and instead will continue the search for a quality hillsboro salon. read more

The women who work here are absolutely fantastic. They treat everyone so well and are so personable. My mom and I see Kim for shellac mani's and she absolutely exceeds our expectations every time! Being the indecisive person that I am, I once got my nails done, realized I wasn't in love with the color, and went back a couple hours later to see if I could change it.
