The Ninja Ramen team were so friendly and punctual for the Teacher and Staff Appreciation lunch. They were able to cater to dietary restrictions and preferences. This has been on my list for a while and it was surprisingly delicious or I was very hungry. There was a long line and it took a while for my food. The shoyu ramen was quite tasty and the broth was very flavorful. The meat was tender and soft to eat. I wish the egg was cooked like the ones in ramen restaurants with the runny yolk instead of a hard boiled egg. The noodles were chewy. There aren't any veggies like nori or boy choy except for green onion. It was like $16 for a bowl so it's on the pricier side but you will most likely be full afterwards if you're not a big eater. I went in with no expectations but it was tasty for ramen from a mobile truck. read more

We recently discovered that Ninja Ramen now has a homebase location that's open most days of the week--and we couldn't be more excited! We've loved them for a while, but having a permanent spot to visit makes it even better. Their vegetarian options are some of the best around--especially the vegan ramen, edamame, and vegetable spring rolls. Everything is high-quality, authentic, and absolutely delicious. You can tell that real care goes into every dish. On top of the great food, the service is always friendly and welcoming. This is a locally owned small business run by incredible people who clearly love what they do--and it shows. If you haven't tried Ninja Ramen yet, you're missing out. I've been patronizing Ninja Ramen for a few years now and I've never been disappointed with the tasty food or great service. My favorite dish is the Power Bowl which is a nice combination of chicken and ground pork over fried rice w/veggies, drizzled w/Japanese mayo...mmm, mmm, good!! They were at my workplace's Employee Appreciation event, and out of all the other food trucks there, this one beckoned me with its shoyu siren song. I loved the lady who took my order, she was incredibly friendly and all genuine smiles! While I didn't get to interact with the whole crew, it was easy to tell from their demeanor that they're proud of their cooking and eager for folks to enjoy it. As for the ramen (served in a plain but easy-to-hold styrofoam cup), the pork was SO tender and flavorful. The broth was brilliantly perfect--not too salty, not too umami, just a satisfying blend that made my tastebuds dance! With the additional toppings, and the excellently-cooked noodles, I was in HEAVEN. Will have to keep tabs on where they're wheelin', because I won't wait for the next work event to nom their delicious dishes!! read more

I will need to chase this food truck down! It was at a local event I attended and I was surprised to see a true Japanese couple running it, they were speaking to each other in Japanese, that's when I know my food will be good, at least authentic! Never thought I'd enjoy Tonkatsu ramen and Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl in a foam cup and biodegradable bowl, respectively. And it wasn't because I had just spent the last hour bouldering (normally when you're spent and hungry, the food tastes extra good! But in this case, the food tasted extra because they were!) The ramen broth wasn't overly greasy yet tasted rich. The Teriyaki Chicken wasn't overly saucy yet it had flavor. I hope they do better and better and will open up an establishment so I can dine in whenever I wish! Until then, I'll just have to track them down! read more

So happy to come across this food truck on my final day in Denver/Broomfield (traveling for work). Loved the chicken meatball skewers with a side of steamed rice! This is best place for authentic Japanese food! Chef Hiro is truly a master of his craft. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but definitely make sure you try the gyoza. Had this food truck at a local school function in park hill. Pricey ($16+ for a bowl), for ramen, but I guess when you're one of few options at a a large event you can charge what you want. Food was good though compared to the other options. Probably would seek this food truck out, but if it's at an event and not many other options I'd say it's good. read more

This is easily my girlfriends and I favorite food truck in Denver. Not only are they super friendly people, but the food is delicious. This truck is amazing. I have never had anything from here that is bad. The customer service makes you know they actually appreciate you. They hands down make the best yakisoba in the state. Unfortunately for me they have quality control lop. It was not available today be the chef understands some days you're feeling it and other you're not. The sweet hostess make you feel valued! Never a point in time that I see this good yrust that I will not pull over. Their personality and appreciation is worth every dollar. Before I end this, a Custer order wasn't fulling completed they asked where they sat, and she personally walked it our. You know it good when they recognized regular customers. Ninja Ramen indeed! Hard to believe that food this delicious came out of this little red good truck! I was lucky enough to find them at Danico Brewing on New Yesrs day and so glad I did! The pork gyoza was the perfect starter and do much more flavorful than you get at most locations. Both the Pork Ramen with Spicy Pork and the Soy Broth with chicken were fantastic And because I was sharing with several people we also added on a order of karahe chicken and it was the best we have had. The hot sauce and Japanese mayo that accompanied it were spot on perfect. Shout out to the super nice Asian couple that own the truck and cook the amazing food. Quarantine update - this ramen food truck is amazing! It parks in our neighborhood every Sunday and my wife and I have started a new ramen Sunday tradition. Great tasting ramen and very friendly staff. We showed up as they were closing down and opened everything back up to make us an order. I walked by Zuni brewery and was excited to see a ramen truck out front! Even in 90 degree weather, I'm not playing, it was a perfect 10 out of 10 experience. The food was so spot on with flavor. The restaurant was popping at 22:00 on a Friday. We were greeted warmly by staff. It was intriguing to us that we ordered via an iPad kiosk as if we were at a boba place, but we didn't mind. However, usually only to go orders are placed on a kiosk. In my hangry state of mind, I had not realized that Neko only serves their ramen with chicken broth, so for those of you who prefer tonkotsu broth, this isn't the place for you. For that reason, my husband had to order a chashu rice bowl instead. Personally, I enjoy both paitan and tonkotsu. I went with the black garlic ramen. It didn't take very long for our food to arrive. While we waited, we dispensed water for ourselves from the soda fountain. I was a little confused upon receiving my black garlic ramen, as I thought the black garlic oil would be more prominent. I was assured that I had the right bowl. My husband enjoyed his chashu rice bowl. I had a small bite and the pork was tender and well-seasoned. The paitan broth was very umami indeed. I would have liked to have more of a black garlic flavor, but it was still good. Next time I would just pay the extra $2 for more black garlic oil. The noodles were bouncy, and the chashu was tender. The egg was deliciously jammy (alas no photo because I devoured it). I saw they had soy sauce and hot sauce, but wish they had the classic chili powder so I could have added some to my ramen. Neko Ramen & Rice hit for late night noms, and the cat-themed decor all around (since Neko means cat in Japanese) was such a vibe. They also serve curry, poke, and various small bites if you want some apps to enjoy before your entrees.
