In fact, it kind of gives off the vibes of a 1970's Route 66 garage. Justin is the guy you are going to deal with and he is super honest and knowledgable, and I swear they can figure out and fix anything. I have had my 2006 Silverado in trhe a couple of times as well as my 1997 Subaru Legacy. They quickly diagnosed the issues I was having and fixed them well and quickly. They use good parts and, my favorite thing about them is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. They will let you know if they find other things that need attention and give you a good honest opinion on the urgency of a repair. They are easy to miss since you can't really tell that its a garage from the front. In fact if it weren't for the guys at Chicago Music Store which is attached to the west end of the shop, I wouldn't have thought to go there. They told me that it is a very good auto repair shop, and they were nt wrong.

I also asked them to fix the windshield washer hose that I've been putting off for years now because I was afraid of the cost. Mark called me with the diagnostic and the quote for the windshield washer hose repair and throttle body cleaning (which is also long overdue). I found their quoted price very fair and reasonable (thank goodness I trusted the reviews and gave this business a shot!). I got my car the same day. This business is very professional, efficient, honest, didn't sell me anything I don't need, and very helpful. My husband gave me a ride to the shop to pick up my car, when all of a sudden, his truck won't start. Remove pack rat nest and voila trans shifts fine. The reason for this post is that my daughter's experience was so pleasant because of the management's honesty and the positive interaction she had with everyone. Potentially the trans problem could've been sold as a clutch problem or cable problem. The A/C problem had been taken to the local stealership and they wanted $2500 to fix the problem.
