The salon has a more compact layout. The space to heat your color treated hair is so tight and is in an awkward spot. I've to reduce one point mostly because of that. Although, its not a deal breaker but for these treatments, I expect a nice and relaxing ambiance. When I'm looking for ambience and getting pampered then I go somewhere else. I'd highly recommend they work on the layout to provide better customer experience. From my experience, some of their associates are very good however there are few rude associates too. Once their payment system was not working, and not the front desk lady but another associate asked me out loud at the top of her voice how much you want to pay for tip. This is just one of many incidents. Thankfully, she was not my stylist, otherwise I probably wouldn't have returned to a rude person. It has been a good experience for me with Saba. When I arrived, I checked in on an I-Pad in the front. I waited for about 10 minutes or so - not too bad. The lady who helped me did a good job fixing my shape. She didn't make insulting comments (ie. you've been plucking, your eyebrows are out of control so you need to come more often etc) like some ladies do at threading salons - that's a plus. The salon was clean and quiet. Price - $10 for eyebrows and they have packages and membership subscriptions that you can purchase as well. The price is slightly higher than Aisha's and I didn't see that they had an option for a frequent visitor punch card like other salons.

Never exactly what I ask for but I never wanted to sit and complain and waste time trying to get things exactly right. But I cannot be silent any longer and will no longer be coming here. I went in November for the first time in ten months for lashes. I showed her what I wanted, then I showed her what I DIDN'T want. I was told I needed the volume lashes. I don't know a thing about the different kinds of lashes so I said ok sure you're the professional. I get up to see my lashes were EXACTLY what I DIDN'T want. I do not like the fluffy look and volume is exactly that. She told me she could try to fix it. It still wasn't good because it was the total wrong type of lash (I later learned). So she told me to come back and she'll fix it when she had more time. So I went back a few days later and she completely removed the lashes and used faux mink which is what I normally use! It was much better and closer to what I asked for. But I was never refunded the price difference. I realized this and was told they wouldn't refund me the difference but would keep the credit on my account for when I went back to apply to a refill. Four weeks later I go in for a refill. I used my little coupon card I'd had for over a year because I hardly go, it was 20% off after 5 visits. They charged me 65$. Before tip. I thought it was odd because it seemed more than what it should be with my 20% AND 20$ credit. I even asked the girl if she saw the credit on my account to use and she said yes. I went home and didn't have time during the holidays to check the prices. But I did today and had to call right away. I asked what I was charged for specifically. They said 75$ faux mink refill. She told me they used 10$ credit because they no longer do 20% off after five visits, they do 10$. She never told me that when I was paying. Then she told me the 20$ credit was not used and was still on my account. She then talked to her boss, Sydney, who told her I can use it next time I go in. Um no. I won't be going in again. I talked to Sydney before my refill about being overcharged for volume/lashes I never wanted and she was the one who accredited 20$ to my account and told me to use it towards my refill. And now she changed her words and said "you can only use it with the girl who initially did your lashes". She is really trying to rip me off to spend more money there to avoid refunding me what I was overcharged. I'm REALLY not someone who complains or rants or fights for anything when it comes to business but this is insane and wrong. I'll never go back. They will be reported to the BBB and yeah just trying to warn people. PLEASE IF YOU GO HERE MAKE SURE YOU ARE BEING CHARGED THE CORRECT AMOUNT AND DON'T LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR IGNORANCE.
