I can't say enough positives about this service. Neil was responsive and professional. The car we booked for six adults and was on time at 6:30am to bring us to the airport. The driver was professional and courteous. For the return trip I received a text from Neil letting me know to contact the driver by text or phone and he provided the number. If I had one suggestion I would say texting is more clear as it was hard to hear the driver over the phone at baggage claim due to the excessive noise. But he did find us at one of the two doors he suggested for pick up. Also this driver was a bit of a lead foot. Other than that it was overall a great first impression. read more

Neil's service was terrific. We used them to take our family of 4 to Ohare and back from Mundelein. Anas was our driver and he was professional and prompt to pick us up and get our many bags loaded.
