I was a little hesitant to visit here since the recent reviews said the boba was hard and not good. I got a jasmine green milk tea and the boba was actually soft and chewy, not as sweet as some other places. The milk tea overall was good but one thing is that they gave very little boba considering I got 32 oz milk tea. read more

My daughter loves Boba tea and we are always looking for someplace to get it. We found this place and decided to give it a try. The staff is so nice and the store has a cafe like setting. You could go with friends and sit in the couch lounging area, or bring your laptop or pencils and do work or doodle while you enjoy a cool Boba. It's a nice alternative to Starbucks, especially for a cool refreshing drink. Its conveniently located in a shopping center near lots of shops, food, and a movie theater. Coming from the Bay Area we were spoiled with some amazing boba tea spots. After a movie we decided to see what their teas were all about. We got a brown sugar milk tea & a hokkaido green milk tea. The wait was way to long for having 5+ people behind the counter and the drinks were just meh with undercooked boba. Y'all got no business calling yourself No.1 boba when you don't even serve cheese foam. Disappointed. read more

While my family & I love the drinks here, unless I happen to go in the middle of the day at a random time, they always seem either very under staffed (as I get many places are right now, so I cut them some slack), or completely overwhelmed. For this reason I started ordering online to try to help avoid crazy waits....until tonight. I placed an online order (I wish I had saved my order screen that said ETA 10 minutes), which seemed sufficient for an online drink order. When I walked in there were a ton of people waiting, (the pic attached only shows a small portion of those waiting), looking frustrated, and you could tell they had been waiting for a bit as they looked at receipts and times and what not. It was hard not to feel bad for the staff as more people walked in & frustrations grew. It wasn't due to lack of staff, they had 1 person taking orders & no less than I want to say 3, if not 4 people prepping orders. I waited a few minutes from the time I checked in with "here" on my phone, at which point I was told it was being worked on; only to wait an additional 15 minutes before my order was actually ready & I was on my way. Great drinks, friendly staff, that always seems to smile, but something has got to change to provide better service to customers here; 30 minutes for a drink order is a bit crazy. Love this place! Didn't know it was there but passed by it on the way to the ice cream shop and decided to stop in to check out the menu. We got strawberry slushes with boba, it was so good! We've been a few times and enjoyed the drinks every time. The tea and the slushes are both really good. It's a nice clean location. A couple negatives for us is that they don't have a changing table in the restrooms and the music is usually really loud. read more

Love all of the variety, options and fresh ingredients. My young son does too! Whenever we stop in, we ask the workers for suggestions and they never steer us wrong. There location is also ideal. This place just opened. The interior is nice, and the tea tasted great. The big negative was the boba, which isn't expected for a place called #1 boba. Tasted old. Not chewy, and was a bit hard. Hopefully when they are open for a few weeks they can get their process down. If they can figure the boba out, this place my become my new favorite. read more

The drinks were very watery and the milk tea had no flavor. We also ordered a mango strawberry smoothie, we ordered it with regular ice but the drink was warm! In addition to that, the wait was very long. I ordered winter melon also and it wasn't even the color that winter melon tea usually is. It might have been because they were training new people, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but the drinks were still very bland. The boba it's self was good tho! It's friday 10:50 am I see there's like a family of 4 and one lady then a guy who just ordered infront of me been waiting on there drinks after she the nice employee helped me started working on someone's drink and then a couple walks in soo she stops what she's doing and then helps the customers then another one and then continues to make the drink she originally started on ..... then two girls walks in she stopes what she's doing just to help them ... it's been already 10 min in as I write this review she finishes with there transaction and continues the drink she originally worked on!! So many things wrong with first off I understand you know customer service but as an experience manager she doesn't need to stop what she's doing just to help out another customer I get that it seems like it would be easier to get it done all once but when you're by you're self ...no other people are waiting !!! read more

We came at 1:30 on Saturday, April 23rd. It was busy, and working in the food industry I completely understand that mixups happen. My name was called, so I went to the counter and asked if this drink was for me. The woman handing out drinks LOOKED AT ME and SAID YES. I walked back to my table with the drink, and another customer approached me and my child sister, got uncomfortably close to us, and asked if it was mine because it looked like the drink they ordered. I told them I was told it was but that I would go check. I brought the drink up to the counter (untouched, unopened and undrank) and asked if this was mine again. The woman- yes the same woman- looked at me, looked at the drink, proceeded to roll her eyes and huff out "no it's not and now I have to remake it" I even apologized but stated she told me it was for my name. And she rolled her eyes again and said "nope... your order is down the line still." Me and my family frequent this location and have become loyal customers. I've always had pleasant experiences here. But the way this woman rolled her eyes and talked to me was completely unnecessary and hurt the feelings of my child sister who was with me. I didn't get the employees name, but she was a taller blonde haired (brown underneath) woman-had her hair in a bun and when I picked up my order she just glared at me. The drink That got mixed up didn't even need to be remade, and the other customer was completely understanding and wasn't upset at all. As I said before, we frequent this location but are not interested in returning if this is the way simple accidents like this will be handled. read more
