When we went to get the car that same night, they demanded $200 in straight paper cash so we couldn't dispute it with our bank, which is way higher than the legal Massachusetts DPU limits for a same-day tow. Complete scammers who take advantage of people and somehow get away with it freely. Watch out for their spotters and NEVER get into a car with random people in the lot.
