He called his boss who lived right around the corner to deliver a jack needed to lift the car and reset the tire properly. Mike came and assisted with the lift and resetting the tire on his day off. I was so appreciative they went above and beyond so my car damage didn't get damaged anymore. They assisted me with two additional tows through this ordeal and everyone from the owner down to the office staff have been wonderful to work with.
