One of the worst businesses in San Diego that I have ever dealt with. We agreed to a price of 900 for interior and exterior detailing and coating. When he was done Sean insisted on 1100. I was not happy. He agreed to come back the next week and do some touch up paint and glue something on my car for me. He flaked out on me three times. Never bothered calling, just kept me waiting. He lost the initial check that I paid him with, and he continually would not show up when we had scheduled a time to wash my car. I found Sean on line when I was looking for a car detailer. My car is not garaged and is parked in a carport, so a good wash every once in a while is important. I've taken the car through the drive-through wash and it's a waste of $10. I have to wipe down the windows myself as the dryer just doesn't do the job. I was very happy with Sean's work and will, likely, buy the package and bring the car to him every couple of months for a good 'bath'. read more

***worst costumer service, very inconvenient*** NO LIMIT MOBILE AUTO DETAILING, was responsive to my phone call and wanted my business. We set up a meeting and on the day of cleaning. The cleaner zeck showed up late in his truck and I showed him exactly what needed to clean. The seats are special and fold down a certain way. There was no waiting room or covered area to wait. So we had to walk to a local shopping area to wait. This was very unprofessional to get detailed at a remote location. They said they could go to my house, however I live on a military and they couldn't show up at my home. When complete the car, the car looked great, however I didn't review the work because he is a professional worker. Got home inspected the car two days later. Found that he didn't clean the places I informed him to clean. Called him to inform him of the messed up work. He couldn't even remember the job that he did. I reminded him of the work and he sort of remembered. I told him of the work and he said that I should have I formed him on the same day. Now he asked if I wanted to have my car cleaned for a charge. What kind of professional requests that. At the end of the conversation zeck told me to talk to Sean myers the one I set up the appointment. I finally bit the bullet and decided to get my car detailed. I decided to come here for a detail because it was close to my work and they had rave reviews. I am extremely happy with the results. It's been a while since I seen my car this clean. They were able to do it in a timely manner and was prompt in their estimation. They had told me it would take about three and a half hours, lo and behold three and half later my car was spotless and shining. There were no streaks on the car and then interior was spotless. Please try them out as I have been to other detailing places and these guys work outshined them all. I don't detail my car is often but when I do I would like to go to our trusted place that I know will get the job done. The detail was worth every penny! I could tell that they spent a good amount of time on my car because when it came in it was really dirty. They met all my expectations and will get my detailing business as well as my friends business because I cannot recommend them enough. read more

Brought my trunk to Sean to get painted and a large scratch removed and he assured me it would be looking brand new. When I got the trunk back from him the scratch was gone but the paint looked awful. Tons of dust dimples and scratches all over. I told him I was not happy at all and he again assured me we would get it fixed. After weeks of trying to contact Sean to get him to fix the terrible paint job he set me up with an appointment to get it fixed for free at another shop in Miramar. I took time off work to bring my car to said shop where the owner (a professional car painter) told me the paint job could not be salvaged and would need to be redone. I told Sean and he said "they just don't want to do the work, I'll fix it." More time goes by. Nothing from Sean. I tried to contact him more than 5 times to get him to do anything, and his next set of directions was to bring my car down to Mexico where he lives to get it fixed. I just wanted it to be done so I obliged and drove all the way down across the border to a shop in Mexico that proceeded to buff the absolute shit out of the paint. At first glance it looks ok. But once you get it in direct sun the poor paint job reveals its ugliness. I care about my car and now I'm going to have to fork out another 4-500$ to get it redone because Sean couldn't do it right and wouldn't fix it properly. I know Sean's business is in detailing, but I recommend you stay away from him for anything. As a business owner, he has no sense of urgency or attention to detail and gets all of the work he charges a premium for done in Mexico. Good luck trying to get in touch with him if you have a problem. Sean, if you're reading this, I appreciate you trying to make it better to some degree but I have to say I'm extremely disappointed overall with the service you provided. I'd like a refund but I know I probably won't get one. Edit in response to Sean: I had already told you it needed to be repainted. You told me that wasn't the case. I will not be driving down to Mexico again any time soon as my schedule does not allow it. I already gave you two chances and over a month to make it right. Yes, when I picked up the car it looked fine. But I wasn't exactly given ample time to inspect it. And even if I did tell you I wasn't happy right there, what difference would it have made? I wasn't going to stay overnight in Tijuana and take another chance with you painting it. When I pay for work I expect it to be done right the first time. The front bumper looks fine, sure. But it was unpainted and primered to begin with and that doesn't make up for the ruined trunk. If you'd like to make this right I'm willing to give you a chance because I do believe you're a nice guy. But I expect the work to be done at a reputable shop here in the US by a professional. read more
