They were great about communicating via text and phone calls, they worked quickly and were able to deal with some challenges with painters at the pick-up address. Their price was reasonable and they were willing to take on a pretty small job (just one couch and a couple of tables). I would definitely work with them again. They can also pick up larger orders for items (at Costco, etc.) and bring them to your house, which is really nice if you don't feel like renting a truck and finding a friend to help. Carlos responds quickly asking questions and providing a quote. He also accommodated our scheduling constraints. I was very hopeful when I called Carlos and he said he would help us move. They showed up on time and we're very pleasant. The price was set at $350 for a move from one local to about 3/4 a mile away. About half way through the loading phase, Carlos approached me and said that he would need more than we had agreed on because "there was more than he expected." I wasn't too upset about working with Carlos on more money for the job, maybe he miscalculated the estimate. What got me was the additional cost, an amount that came to more than 1/2 again as much as the original quote. I'm not going to say that I wouldn't recommend this company to do your move however, I'd be VERY sure what your being charged. No one likes a bate and switch, it ruins the trust. read more
