The service here is top notch! From being greeted when you enter throughout your whole dining experience. The ambiance is definitely romantic and more formal attire. The food itself was very flavorful.

The ambiance says a lot about a place and it did not disappoint. The area looked like a high scale place and you feel that with the entryway that smelled deliciousness. The menu fully complimented the ambiance with upscale items which were delicious. I ended up getting the lamb chops. They were cooked to perfection. The steaks that my party ordered were also really good. The selection of drinks supplemented the food selection

Ate the ribeye, mushroom risotto, salt encrusted potato, truffle fries, and calamari. The steak cook was the most perfect cook I've had in years. The seasoning on everything was perfect, we never touched the salt and pepper. Portions sizes were large, we got two meals out of ours.

I called the host to see if we needed a reservation, he told us we wouldn't need one tonight. He seated us today. Erik is waiting on us. We ordered two mushroom bisques, a Mediterranean chopped with sautéed scallops over the top and a classic Caesar with sautéed scallops, Parmesan truffle wedges. The mushroom bisque is creamy and quite yummy. Some hard herb in my soup bowl. The garlic rolls are so-so, wasn't carb worthy to me. Our gigantic wedges were out on a skillet. Fries would have been preferred. Wedges were skin on and we're definitely crispy, but not my jam. Fries are king with truffle fries. Some BBQ sauce would have made the wedges more palatable. Forgot my scallops or rather it wasn't audible while I asked during the ordering process. Eric had the back kitchen make me 2 scallops for my salad. The chopped salad was okay, not too special, dressing was basic. The feta was small tidbits and sparse. Maybe better if the dressing was on the side, as the lettuce leaves were rather wilted by the time it reached me. The scallops on their own were decently seasoned, but were a tad too salty for me. Bill is $87.98.

This is the place! The service was spectacular, food was amazing and I loved the dark, date night type ambiance with dimmed lighting and very low noise. We stumbled upon this place when we had to find something quickly because we were now starving (See review on Toasted Oak Grill & Market fiasco) We ordered the Prime Crab Cakes, Caesar Salad and Burger with a side of Charred Broccolini. All were noteworthy, except I wasn't a huge fan of the steak fries, but that's just me in general. Although, my husband said they were wonderful!

Steak was good. Seasoned nicely. Corn and macaroni was amazing! The oysters were fresh and really good. The atmosphere was really nice. The mashed potatoes were also good. The wait staff was really friendly and helped the table confidently and quickly. The worst part were the fruit flies that were such a disturbance that we asked to be moved.

This restaurant is attached to the Sheraton, and shares the parking spaces in front and on the side. It's kind of tricky to get to it because you do have to go through the different shopping plazas parking to find it. I think I always give places more stars and they deserve because when I have dinner with good company it makes the food tolerable the night fun. If it were just the food itself, I'm not sure it would get this many stars. We got the scallops, which were incredibly salty. The elk which was incredibly gamely. The filet already came with sauce and they didn't tell us when ordering extra sauce for an additional $12. Asparagus was so incredibly dry and disgusting. It was not even edible for $12. The potatoes were decent in flavor, but not fully cooked under the cheese layer. The service was slow and not really existent. We wanted water refills so badly, but they never came around. Like anything else, when you pay these prices you expect either decent food or decent service. So for 4 people, our bill came to $420 (plus tip)! This was not worth it at all. We really didn't get decent service or food either. We were just lucky we were with good company so that night was enjoyable.

We made reservations for my sister's birthday and showed up on time. The host said our table would be ready in five minutes or so even though he pointed to our table which was clean and set. He said we would have to wait by the hostess stand. I had the brilliant idea of going to the bar for a drink while we waited. Not the host. Approaching the bar the bartender just looked at me as I sat down. "Hey, how are you doing?" I greeted him. He snapped out of it and turned out to be very nice. After our drinks we went to our table ... Calamari F- Wedge salad D- Michigan salad D Wedge potatoes C Mac N Cheese B+ Porterhouse steak B Crème brûlée C- Server was nice and helpful. Everything with a few drinks was, over $400 not including tip. Way over priced for what you get. Never again! read more

I had an amazing experience at No. Six Prime with my friends. The lobster cavatappi & cheese was my favorite - perfectly cooked and so yummy with the truffle oil. It's pretty damn good. I was truly skeptical at first because of location. But the food was really good and the service was great. I never care for a steak sauce since a good steak doesn't need it but their house steak sauce was something legendary, and I don't say that lightly. It's a must try. Sides and everything else they served was done perfectly as well. read more

Cold, slow and raw If you want to spend your hard earned cash on a raw and cold meal - this is the place for you. This is nowhere near the type of place it was when it was a Prentiss establishment. 1. Service was super slow and there were honestly very few guests in the restaurant. Reservation was at 6:30. Didn't get outta there until 9:30! 2. Steaks were way undercooked and marginal at best 3. Sides (served in cast iron skillets) were cold 4. Did I mention that service was painfully slow? 5. Desserts were ordered but never arrived 6. Coffee was delivered after dinner - you guessed it - cold again 7. Paying the bill was painful (really?) - way to cap off the night 8. There were screaming kids above or near the restaurant - perhaps the pool is above? Regardless, not a relaxing Saturday dining experience. The manager on duty said a lot about being disappointed and used the word SORRY a lot. Still didn't make anything better. We had a party of 10 and spent over $1400. What a waste of a night. Super bummed. This place will never last. read more

So I just got back to my hotel from this place. A friend and me went to try it out. Only reason for four stars is because the hours of operation show closed on Sunday when they are not and that I got anchovy's on my salad. I didn't understand that part. Other than that it was good. The steak I had was cooked wonderfully. The prime mash was awesome. And a small but good selection of scotch. All in all it was a good place to eat. read more

Never can get your meal right. Dined there twice and each time it was horrible. Tried to give it a second chance and they came through with disappointment. Even for the free meal they offered, I would ever go back. Then they emailed offering me $50 off if I spent $100. Now why in earth would I do that⁉ Plus too expensive for the type of restaurant it is. Learn and take lessons before you try to be in the big league. This place has a long way to go. read more

Nice fancy restaurant with good food! They were out of boneless ribeye so we had to order the bone in. It was cooked nicely. Flavor was good. We also got calamari (nice dipping sauces it comes with), Caesar salad, carrots (had a nice bite too and I really liked the sweetness), au gratin potatoes, Mac and cheese and bread pudding which tasted just like a really good French toast! My only complaint is that the calamari portion was smaller than most restaurants and my Mac and cheese did not have any bread crumbs as promised on the menu. The bread crumbs really help set the Mac and cheese over the top. Also the food came out a bit slow considering we were the absolute only people in the restaurant (Thursday evening close to closing time on a snowy night). There seemed to be plenty of employees, actually too many for such a slow evening. So I can't imagine how long the food would take to come out on a busier weekend night. read more

Nothing but nice things to say about the No. six chophouse. It is located in a hotel , but you would not be able to tell when inside. My husband and I have been coming in frequently for date night and the staff and food keep us coming back for more. On our last trip , I brought my family with me and had such a positive experience. All the wait staff were so joyful and the host is always so friendly and greets us immediately. Brandon was our waiter, and was nothing but helpful because my daughter has never been here and he gave her so many good suggestions. read more

I'm not much of a review writer but this place is trash. I started off with a frozen fly that was trapped in an ice cube in my water. Should have been the first flag for me. Got the seafood tower and it was terrible. 2 king crab legs that were good, two lobster tails that were undercooked, 8 shrimp that weren't cleaned, and old oysters that smelled awful. This seafood tower was $312, absolutely ridiculous. I will say the filet was pretty good. read more

I have to say this place is absolutely delicious! We did the private dining and got a hotel room.. that was a little weird haha but totally understandable with Covid and quite frankly better than an igloo where you're freezing your buns off! Beef carpaccio was to die for and the Branzino was amazing. Mac and cheese was great. Was very impressed read more

Bad service with a worse manager. Our food came out after an hour because "there was a large party." The manager made one of the worst apologies I've heard to date and did nothing to remedy our experience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. However, the waitress was super friendly, I hope she does well in life. read more

Went last night for our anniversary, my ribeye was barely an inch thick, zero seasoning ...they must rely on their zip sauce for flavor, and WAY under cooked, when I mentioned it they recooked the SAME STEAK, and then it was right. My experience with at least a few other prime steakhouse's is if there is an issue with your steak they make a totally new one, not recycle like this one. Calamari was rubbery! Crab cakes decent taste but should have a better crust in my opinion. Service was SLOW! Manager did step in to assist but there were 2 of us...you need help to serve a 2 table? Only reason for 2 stars was my wife enjoyed her filet. They did mention "happy anniversary", but no bubbly like a previous review, no desert on the house....nothing. I will not go back, even when it was NO.VI chophouse we were served a hair on my wife's plate, at least then they comped the meal....for a $300 meal...I expected way more. read more

Delicious food and top notch attentive service. Mushroom bisque was one of the best soups I've had. The brussels sprouts were cooked and sauced perfectly. All of the entrees were delicious. I would recommend the porterhouse or short rib. The bananas foster bread pudding was a great way to end the meal. Will be back again soon. read more

Why is this place not hoppin??? I took my girlfriend here after a friend from work told me about the awesome steaks. I guess it's new or has a new name or something but the menu is fantastic. I didn't even need my knife for my medium well steak. It was so tender I cut it with my fork! It was fine dining but I felt comfortable in jeans and a polo. The guy that helped us was very friendly and professional. Great place, go there!!!! And don't forget to tip your server at least 20% for good service. They live off this money. (I was a server in college and people are crappy tippers!) Highly recommended!!!! read more

No. Six Prime opened on October 1, 2019 with the goal of providing a comfortable dining experience with a fine dining menu. Hospitality is our tradition.

Meet the Manager: Tony A.

Our General Manager, Tony Amann, has been refining his hospitality skills since joining Chuck Muer Restaurant Group in 1985. Having spent his early management years with independent restaurant Key Largo and then Alcatraz Brewing Company, Tony found his home in 2005 at the award winning No.VI Chophouse. With Tony at the helm, the Chophouse was awarded the highest marks by Zagat for guest service, cuisine, atmosphere and wine list. Tony believes his team members are the reason for his success in the hospitality industry. "I believe treating your team members like family goes a long way with how they treat our guests. I strive to create a family atmosphere everyday that makes people want to come to work. I honestly feel the guest recognizes this the moment they enter the restaurant." Tony is ecstatic to lead the team at No. Six Prime and looks forward to sharing his hospitality with the community.

I was still given great service and a wonderful cooked dish. I ordered a mocktail (virgin spring in wing) that had was supposed to have smashed strawberries. I barely tasted the strawberry (I did not have some in the drink) as the soda water overpowered everything thing else. I probably should have said something, but I didn't. If I order next time I will. There were many great things on the menu, but I opted for the bone in pork chop. While I waited I did ask if they had bread service and they have corn bread. First I was like "hmmmm idk". Once it came to the table I loved it. I usually don't butter my corn bread, but I tried their butter with it and I enjoyed the pairing. It was perfectly cooked well enough how pork should be, but still tender so it wasn't dry. It had this whiskey sweet fruity glaze over it which was delicious. I would have preferred it on the side, but that's just a personal preference. The green beans weren't soggy, they had a slight crisp to them. A great flavor. I opted out of the loaded baked potato and just got a plain with butter , sour cream and chives. Overall for what I ordered I didn't think the price to be too unreasonable. However, this place can get pricy with other things on the menu. Their menu might also change because I seen photos of this place and those items weren't on the menu. I would come here again for a dinner alone, with my spouse and even with friends.

However, they now serve a Sunday special, prime rib, a weakness of mine, so I went with that. There's something special about a roast on Sunday, which reminds me of my childhood. To start, I had Caesar salad and Ahi Tuna tartare, cubes of tuna atop a seaweed salad, and wonton crisps. Regrettably, I forgot to ask for anchovies on my salad. However, both were good. The prime rib was slightly over-seasoned and served with creamy mashed potatoes that's even better than mine (okay, Joel Robuchon's mashed potato recipe). Besides the scallops and salad, the rest of the food that was ordered was a little salty. The burgers were also dry with a hard bun. Even the calamari appetizer wasn't finished or fought over to take home which our group is famous for. I have always said in my reviews that when the adult drinks menu is longer than the food menu that isn't good. They had plenty of parking and a classy dinning room. I don't think I will be back or many of the group.

My dad took a sip of his raspberry twist and said, "wow, that is strong. I'm glad I'm not driving." My mom took a sip of his drink and said, "oooh that's good! If you think that's strong you should try my drink!" Her drink was the Black Forest and it was definitely the kind of drink one sips! My Christmas cookie martini went down real easy! The food was great -mushroom soup, Caesar salad, two turkey dinners (one with some modifications), buffalo balls and a side of mashed potatoes. And of course, we had to get a plate of warm chocolate chip cookies! The place was lightly decorated for the holiday - tastefully done! Today, they nailed everything! The fish was chewy.. but a bad chewy. There was barely any fish. The cucumber kimchi was bad. The cucumbers were not good quality. It felt like they were old actually. At the end, our waitress was lowkey rushing us. I swear it was the most I had seen her all night. She set the bill down, would split it for us... she said she'd split it after we put our cards down... what does that mean??? So whatever, me and my friend just paid 50/50 on the bill. I started coming to One world market in 1997 when it was first home by a husband and wife team. It was very special at that time to have a Japanese focused grocery store and I was so happy to have one in the Novi area. This has been my go-to for decades now. When it was transitioning from private ownership to the Noble Village group, owned by True World group, there was a transitional decline, thankfully, that didn't last long and things are developing very nicely. I hear even more growth is on the horizon as they establish an even greater presence in the building next door. I am also thankful that the integrity and the high-quality is very much present and everything they do. The service is always top notch and they try to open up a lot of lanes so people get through quickly because it is busier than ever. The word is definitely out. I've seen a lot of posts on social media and it's bringing in an even greater crowds, which is fantastic! Note: the on-line ordering is also so convenient and their sushi platters are high-level!

I heard a certain renowned Italian restaurant owner loves to come here for the parm! She says no one makes it quite like Ardiana's chef. The owner, Robert, brought out a carrot cake for us to try. We went as a group for a birthday on a Wednesday (took advantage of wine Wednesday!!!) and had one of THE best dining experiences! Our table had shrimp cocktail, calamari, and their mushroom bisque soup to start. They were all very flavorful and some of the better takes I've had of the dishes. The helpings were surprisingly decent too. Our entrees were two steaks and two fish dishes. They were PHENOMENAL! Everything was cooked perfectly, and the sides were portioned WAY more than I thought they'd be. We also had a desert flight and cappuccinos afterward. Truthfully, it was expensive. The worst place ever, I have never been treated so bad in my life, they can't have bread on the table which is a standard, they treat customers very rude and said the bread is a courtesy , and have zero customer service. The oyster Rockefeller was to salty and just terrible. They did it care about their servers being rude. I Have no problem with short staff and waiting for service, the unfortunate part is that they didn't have a problem either. I paid my bill and tip the hostess $50 and said good bye, never going back again!!! I have no problem paying, I will not pay for terrible service. There manager was just terrible as well when I assume trying to understand our disappointment, a smartass young under qualified persons. Go somewhere else, anywhere will work! read more
