Came here on a weekday and the person in the front charged me for dinner ($19.99) and it's already past 7PM but all the foods are still for lunch and they look like they just reheated everything in the kitchen from previous days. Was that this restaurant opening day approximately 20 years ago it started off good went there without any problems for probably a decade, then slowly but surely things went downhill cleanliness for one thing. The food another. Food pants become empty and they leave them empty you ask them when more of an item is coming out and they say maybe later. Then for the rest of the duration that you're there they never refill that pan. And this is in the middle of lunch. The food items have also gone down in quality. They omit it a lot of the good items that used to have and substitute them with cheap items. There are also cucarachas. This last time i went with my family was awful. We spent $85 on dinner and 4 drinks. We get our food and no drinks we're at our table. I had to get up to go to the bus person who was talking to, im assuming the manager, and ask for my drinks. The food was minimal. Ther had some shrimp in the ice bucket, a few oysters in the ice bucket, and other cold items this way. We had about 6 plates stacked at our table and they werent removed so i put them on a different table. Its not like they were busy. After we were done i asked for to go cups for my kids drinks. It got to the point where i had enough waiting around, and right when we were about to leave he came with them. I will not be returning.
