Upon arriving, we saw a sign out front assured us this was the place. They've changed names a couple times (previously A1 Nails as well) but nonetheless they are open! I appreciated the amount of time each nail technician took on our pedicures. They didn't rush and we enjoyed the experience. They have two chairs available for children's pedicures! The chairs in the waiting area were so comfortable. I've literally never sat in a waiting room chair that felt like I was sitting at home on my couch. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

But the pedicure was not great, he didn't do a great job polishing my nails, and there were a few things that are listed for the pedicure that I got like a paraffin wax and hot towels while the lotion soaks in that he skipped. The massage was also not great. It ended up costing $80! They didn't give me any sort of discount or compensation for being literally soaked all the way to my chest by their foot bath. The location is a bit hidden so I'm not surprised many don't know about it. Each time I was there, the customers that came in were new and seemed to be referred by the hair salon next door. I've been there 3 times now and all were overall good experiences. Plus, they've had an ongoing 20% off special! The actual salon is new and clean. It includes beautiful chandeliers and quality, clean furniture. They have several mini refrigerators stocked with goodies - soda, water and juice! I can't recall if there is alcohol but I'm always good with a soda or water! The staff is welcoming and friendly. 2 out of 3 times I've been there, while my toes were being done my nails were being worked on. I really like this because my favorite part is the pedicure and about half way through my gel manicure, I'm ready to go. It's nice to be able to sit down for my nails and get to work! Their quality of work is really good. They listen to what I ask for and my nails and toes have always looked great and last 2 plus weeks. Like many nail businesses, weekends can be busy. I've gone on Sundays and only 1 of the times I had a bit of a wait between my mani and pedi. Highly recommend Mickey's!
