How hard is it to make a bagel? Almost every single time we come here, we get home with something wrong on our order and most times the order is cold. Add to that the fact that they are always very understaffed which results in long lines for this crap and I recommend going elsewhere. 50% of all egg sandwiches are made wrong. Been coming here every Saturday morning for 18 years. Have personal reasons for frequenting a place I give 1 star to. Customer service and speed also get 1 star. Employees are mostly clueless. The "cooks" look at the order on their screen, look away, do nothing, look at screen again, get bagel, look again at screen, look away, do nothing, look at screen, do one thing to the bagel, look at screen, squint and study screen, look away and put one more thing on the bagel. I'm surprised people have had such negative experiences here. I got a nice bagel sandwich (no frills, but warm and tasty) and decent service. It's a grab-and-go type of place so I don't expect to be treated like a king, but I got a greeting and asked if there was anything else I'd like. The bagels themselves are pretty good, I'm sure there are better ones out there but for a quick bagel fix I can't fault them. The prices are okay too, and the location is clean. Doughy, Wonderbread like, bagel-shaped bread. that's all. I paid $2.49 for an Everything "bagel", toasted, with cream cheese. It was mushy and squishy, with a smattering of cream cheese. No bagel worth it's NY roots would succumb to a thumbs pressure, and yet this one collapsed of it's own accord. The very small blop of cream cheese added $1.49 to my .99 "bagel". Two bites were all I could muster. Choke. Done. My chickens wouldn't even eat it, though they happily ate the remains of several others. This is NOT a bagel, and I'll NEVER give them my money again. Shame on Noah's for selling these fakes. To be fair, I have sampled a few Noah's in other locations in the past years, and I always come to the same conclusion: stop paying these people for air-filled fake-ass bagel-shaped bread!!! They are ripping you off! If you have no choice, go to the grocery store and find a Marin Bagel Company bin and buy some Philadelphia cream cheese (if you can't find Marie's cream cheese). I really like Noah's Bagels... since I have never lived in New York I can't judge how they compare to a "real" bagel. I think they have a nice selection and a good staff at this location. I stop there on my way to work 2 - 3 times a week. I was impressed the other day because they were having DSL issues so they weren't able to process my gift card and they gave me instead a free bagel of my choice, cream cheese of my choice and large coffee. UPDATE Maybe it's married life making me look at everything with butterfly eyes. Very, very, very nice staff and fun food options. It's becoming a weekend staple for the fam. I tried to send feedback via the parent company before posting a Yelp review, but since that page isn't working, I'll post here. This morning I decided to grab my kids a couple of bagels. I was disappointed to see the door closed (no air flow, patrons must all touch door handle) but was happy to see hand sanitizer upon entry. The cashier had a mask that barely fit his face. I watched him put the coffee lids in the same tray used for contactless payment. When my turn, I ordered my takeaway bagels and stepped aside. He served two more customers - handing them their bagels - before I asked if I needed to continue waiting for mine. He apologized for forgetting me then WITHOUT changing gloves from handling money/cash register, he proceeded to grab my bagels from the case. He did not use a serving napkin, just his dirty gloves to pluck and drop my bagels. While this is disgusting anytime, during this COVID crisis, it is unacceptable. Staff, please please be sure you are following all safety protocols in food handling. You've lost at least one customer today. read more

This place is a nightmare and true joke. I've had nothing but trouble with my orders from this place, you'd think I'd stop going there, but I keep hoping there service and food preparation will improve. Doesn't look like it! Went in today on my way to work, greeted by some guy who thinks he has it going on. He asks me to come forward to place my order, when I go to do so, he goes, "Woah.... Hold on.... Now repeat slowly what you want..... As slow as I could speak, I said, "A Blueberry bagel toasted with extra butter". He wrote in a bagel with shmear then when he went to ring me up, he noticed his mistake and yelled over to Andy the manager, (Real attitude issues) I made a mistake and need you to override. Currently, I am LOVING the Pumpkin cream cheese they have for the fall season.... AHHHH!!! So deliciously sweet. Anyway, the bagels are also good, and I also really like the fresh orange juice. I've never tried any of the sandwiches, but husband had an egg and bacon one today, and I heard no complaints! Also, don't be afraid to try some of the other spreads, the veggie one, and jalapeño one is really good as well. Fresh tasty bagels. But that is not why I come here. I am hooked. HOOKED! On the Jalapeno Salsa Shmear! It's not even funny. I will go in there and buy 2 or 3 containers at a time. And one bagel. Noah's has become a lot more reliable. Their review gets upped a star for improvement on their prep skills. The only minor annoyance now is that they have the Blink payment system (where you just touch your card to the scanner) and can pay instantly. But each time I try to use it the cashier whips my card out of my hand. Weird. I like the addition of their "Twisted" bagels and their OJ and lemonade is very fresh and tasty. read more

I'm really disappointed in this Noah's bagel location. EVERY time my husband and I come here-- something in our order is not done right. Something is missing, something isn't toasted, they can't make a cheap chai latte, ALL of the coffee is gone, they are out of plain bagels, etc.. you get the point. I never leave happy. I never feel like I got what I paid for. In general, I'm amazed that I seem to spend at least $20 for 2-3 bagels and drinks every time I go in. Really? Are bagels and cream cheese REALLY worth the listed prices? My husband and I kept trying to give this place more than 5 tries to be better than the last time, and it still is so sub-par. I'm giving this place 2 stars just because: 1. Its location. 2. Horrible experience at Noah's Bagel!! I swear the people working here are not properly trained. That, or they love messing up their customers orders. I had a BOGO coupon for any beverage. I ordered 2 white mochas, one w/ an extra shot. As I received the drinks I asked which one had the extra shot because I noticed they weren't labeled. His immediate response, "this one" while pointing to one of the cups. I asked if he was sure & he all of a sudden wasn't very positive about his response. He then said he "didn't know" WOW!? Are you serious? He said he was going to add another shot in the other cup just in case. Meaning, both could then have an extra shot each or one was tripled. What a way to ruin your order. The white mochas tasted horrible btw. NEVER AGAIN. Even if it's "buy one get one FREE" I also ordered a lox bagel. Got home only to find out they FORGOT THE LOX. Are you kidding me? The most important part of the bagel!!! I had to drive back to get my correct order & was given free bagel passes. Everyone makes mistakes. Besides the fact that Noah's sells bacon.....The mistake was they put bacon on my breakfast sandwich. I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years. Luckily for me I looked inside before I took a bite....We all make mistakes. It's about what happens next thats the most important. Evelyn the manager knew I was coming in. I had called ahead and said I was coming back. She greeted me right away and apologized for her mistake. Next thing she did was hand me a new sandwich and a card for my next one free. the bagels here are pretty good and I don't write very many bad reviews, but this has been nagging me and frankly, Noah's has gone way down hill. Did Noah die or something? The customer service is just awful, dreadful even. So, by 8am they were out of wheat bagels. 8am! Hey Noah's workers, you know that most people consider a bagel more of a breakfast food? You should really make enough bagel flavors to last to 8am. They forgot to ask if we wanted salt, pepper, butter and chives on our egg mit. We didn't and so it came with all that stuff, which we hate. We were able to pick it all out and ate the bagel mit anyway. But the kicker, the real kicker is that they couldn't make a latte because, and get this, they were out of milk! Yep, that's what she said. So then I said, hey, you know there's a Mollie Stone's not 15 feet from here. She said "we're thinking about going and getting more milk". You are thinking about going and getting more milk? Its now 8:06 am and still breakfast/coffee time. But we gave up on the latte.And you know what? There was milk for the coffee on the counter. Oh yes there was. So there WAS milk the entire time. So sadly, we won't be going to Noah's anymore. We'll go to Bartons because they always have milk and because they also have a bowl full of water for me while I wait outside. Boo rah! read more

Though the service has been inconsistent and past food quality was not ideal, the most recent couple of visits have lived up to my expectations. I always get the asparagus, mushroom and swiss thintastic egg-white sandwich. Now they have an option to choose between one or two eggs. Last time I tried the two eggs and it is really tasty. I'm over it. I have walked out of there more than once telling myself to remember to not return. It's very convenient to where I live and so I continue to give it a chance. Service is OK, never fast but not slow either but nobody seems in a hurry to get anything done. For me the big thing is that the bagels are not toasted, they say they are toasting them but they are never "toasted" and you have to have it toasted twice for it to be toasted. Every single time I get a bagel, the cream cheese is smeared on one side, not spreaded and then the other side is sandwiched onto it. You are left with a big lump of cream cheese in the middle of your bagel that was warmed a bit, definitely not toasted by definition. The bagels themselves are mediocre, an Americanized watered down version of a bagel that's more similar to a roll. I just now, once again ordered a bagel and was disappointed. I'm done. read more

While I like Noah's as a chain, this location has some real problems. Apparently they don't bother to train the ever changing employees how to actually make the sandwiches on the menu. The employees know how to sell and toast a bagel but make the pesto chicken club or pastrami Rachel - they don't know how to do it and every time the sandwich is different. Unfortunately today was the last straw for me. Dried out stale bread with less than 1/2 of the usual meat! Of course I didn't know that until I got it home. Do yourself a favor and give this place a pass until there is some adult supervision or a new owner take over. You can do much better. read more

I love this Noah's Bagels, this location specifically. I go multiple times a week for a bagel and coffee. The staff are hard working and friendly and they have excellent coffee options which they change occasionally along with introducing new delicious Bagels. Don't be dense people, if you show up to a bagel shop at 12:30pm, there won't be many options left. I honestly never thought I would write a review for Noah's because it's just sort of there and I've never had super high expectations, but here we are. If you don't want to read my whole review, the TL;DR version is RUN, RUN FAR AWAY AND NEVER GO BACK. I've had tons of experiences until today at this location where they've messed up my order, but today's experience was too egregious not do something. Today, as I was waiting in line to order, I watched one of the employees who was making food sneeze twice onto his hand. He didn't wash his hands. Instead, he put his hands back in the bagel he was making for a customer. I was grossed out, but was hungry and hoped someone else would make my bagel. I ordered. Then, I moved to the cashier to pay. While waiting to pay, I saw this same employee making an egg breakfast sandwich for a customer. As he wrapped it up, a piece of bacon fell off the sandwich. Instead of throwing it in the trash, setting it to the side or placing it back on the sandwich, he put it right in his own mouth and kept making the sandwich. I decided I didn't want to eat any food made my him or really anyone else there, so I went up to the employee I ordered from and asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund. He acted like he didn't understand, asked me to point to the employee who did it, and then said he needed to ask his manager if he could do a refund. Guess who the manager was who gave me the refund?! THE GUY WHO ATE THE BACON AND SNEEZED AND DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS!!! There's literally no hope. I will never be returning. Ever. They changed the setup so the cashier handles cash and gets the bagels. Sometimes puts food service gloves and sometimes doesn't! Really unsanitary. Also they changed it so you can't see bagels when your ordering and line jams up in front of coffee. Worked much better before. Also short staffed and grumpy staff because they are having to do everything. Plus apparently they don't serve decaf coffee anymore. Used to be a favorite and we came several times a week.
