Bad attitude by most of the staff. They don't care... about anything maybe. Terrible customer service. The woman who seemed to be the manager was the worst of them. I got attitude for her employee not calling the correct name. @Robert B. - Business Manager I have told you what happened. You have multiple other reviews here with similar complaints. Why should I put more effort into helping you resolve an issue with YOUR store that you are clearly aware of. You have misses your chance to have a loyal, happy customer. Do YOUR job, manage your business.

    Single Bagel with Shmear

very hit or miss, often order a bagel with shmear and less than half the bagel is covered by the shmear. not worth almost $5

New Lox Sandwich from Noah's with no tomatoes, onions, and capers for $10.29. Emailed service line and no response back.

Did a to go order and got home excited for Lox Sandwich. Only thing is they forgot the tomatoes, onions, and capers update: Roberta, Did what you said but never got a response thru the email contact center at Noah

I contemplated writing this review solely because I truly love Noah's and have been enjoying their delicious breakfasts since 2016. However, it must be noted that food quality and service at this location has declined exponentially. Petaluma location might be the way to go. Note they no longer carry honey, and only offer artificial sweeteners for your morning coffee. Coffee tumblers are empty and you have to ask the main desk to brew you some more. Challah recipe has changed and is doughy, eggy and flavorless. And if you were thinking of asking for your order to be remade or getting some type of help, be prepared to be met with annoyance and dry responses. Only warm and welcoming person was the lady at the front desk who took my order - thus the two stars.

I was impressed by the excellent customer service from Jacqueline (I believe that's her name). Her great personality and laughter during our brief chat stood out to me because most of us are stressed out due to the pandemic myself included. She is still going to work though so I want to give her kudos. There weren't many bagels left in the case by the time I arrived. I wanted to get a Baker's Dozen and I let Jacqueline know I tried calling earlier to place an order over the phone. Come to find out I couldn't get through because they were busy and couldn't answer some calls. I inquired about placing an order for pickup and Jacqueline said she strongly encourages people to do so. She made sure my order was accurate and would be ready for pick up the following morning. I picked up my order without a hitch. Thank you for your hard work and dedication especially during these uncertain times. I look forward to ordering more bagels soon.

If I could negative review I would. They gave me a baby sized bagel and Petaluma has regular full sized bagels. This was bs and didn't even compare to what I get almost daily at the other location. Definitely gone down hill at this location. Bagel was bite sized. Oh and to top it off, the bagel is cold when I asked to have it toasted. Straight trash.

I ordered an avocado toast and this was the presentation and amount of avocado they put.Diff from web picture

I ordered an avocado toast based of what it's marketed on their website and DoorDash, it makes you believe it will be a neat full spread when in comparison is this.

"Cream cheese bagel" I guess you have to ask for cream cheese for the ENTIRE BAGEL

The restaurant's interior dining space was full of diners enjoying beautifully prepared meals. The patio was also filled with patrons leisurely chatting, enjoying each other's company. I opted for their Fiesta Salad for lunch. As the picture shows, mixed greens, corn, tomatoes, cotija cheese, black beans, cilantro, and avocado in a big bowl, topped with about a 6 ounce chicken breast. The salad looked like a lot of food but it was light and fresh. It had all the ingredients I love. Service was quality. All the waiters were attentive and the busy kitchen kept up with the orders. Next time I come by, I think I'll sit outside in the patio, enjoy some sun, and try some of their many, appetizing, breakfast items.

Service is surprisingly fast considering how busy they get for weekend brunch. Waiters come around often and are very efficient. REALLY wish they had more veg options, as there are currently only two things (a tofu scramble, and avocado toast). The tofu scramble has fresh veggies, but very little seasoning, so it's quite bland. The avocado toast is literally avocado on toast, no fun garnishes or seasonings. We would def come here more often if we had more options, and maybe more exciting flavors.

But it is quite a trek to get here unless you do live near Ross, CA. L O C A T I O N It is located in a quaint little "downtown" area with some shops. The parking situation is street parking but they do have lengthy parking times and plenty of time for you to enjoy an afternoon tea without having to repark. I N S I D E They have two areas of their cafe and a spacious area in the back where today they had a large group/party. We sat in the other area to the left of the entrance. It does have a separate entrance. The interior is cute! Very cottage core. In the main entrance, past the cashier area is the restroom. There's only one folks. That's a shame cause if you're having a bunch of tea, you can only imagine at some point, you'll be needing to use the restroom and if there are multiple groups there, you can only hope it's free when you need it. They do have everything in there though that you need. Just wish there was more than one as I was needing to brush my teeth while I was in there and it does take a bit of time. M E N U They have a preset Afternoon Tea but if you're unable to handle a lot of snacks and sandwiches, you can always order a la carte. Since we were going to be there for a while, we all decided to get it. Sizeable portion and we all ended up taking some of the "dessert" tray home. You also got a full pot of tea for each Afternoon Tea. So we chose a variety of teas and what's great is that they do refills which I appreciate! I loved the scones and crumpet with clotted cream and jam and butter. Scones always make me feel warm. The sandwiches were small but you know it's tea time so it has to be cute and delicate. S E R V I C E It was attentive and not attentive at the same time in the best way possible. They were around to help us out when we needed and stayed away while we were enjoying our time with our tea. The best kind of service. O V E R A L L Even though it may feel a little pricey, it's definitely an experience. It's a nice way to just enjoy an afternoon of tea, snacks and good company. It is a bit far, but since it is a treat, it's a nice little getaway.

The Ross location only has street parking, but generally I have not found issues with finding a parking spot. Pros: The staff is overall very friendly and the afternoon tea service has been some of the most affordable out of all the high tea services I've had so far. The savory pastries are delightful. I enjoyed the sausage roll, the tea sandwiches, and their buttery roll pastry. I also love the blueberry scone and crumpet, which goes perfectly well with the lemon curd, clotted cream, and jam. The staff goes into detail on what is served in the high tea service and also gives thorough recommendations on which teas are compatible with cream. I have had their tea service twice during Christmas holidays and they prepare fun little gifts for you! Cons: I personally had a good experience, so I can't say that there were any cons I faced. Overall: Crown & Crumpet Café has always been a tea shop I've been drawn to for their bright colors, décor, and its affordable tea service. I have been to their Christmas pop-up in 2021 at the Marin Art and Garden Center, their San Francisco location in 2024, and twice at the Ross location. Crown & Crumpet Café is the perfect place to have parties and dress up (especially in lolita fashion!). It's sad to see their shop locations have closed, but I am happy to see that they are not entirely gone, and I look forward to their pop-up events. I would like to buy more pastries à la carte!

The hot sauce that was served with it had a good amount of heat, and I really enjoyed it. The variety of fruit served with the burrito also pleasantly surprised me. I ordered a juice with my meal as well. When I called to order, the employee said they had recently renamed their drinks, so she listed off ingredients for a few of them and I just picked based off what she said was inside. The juice was good, but so small! I think it was around a 6oz cup; I was expecting more than that for the price. I also went into use the restroom when I picked up the ordered and employee glared at me, which I thought was weird. I guess he assumed I wasn't a customer and was just wandering in? Overall, good quality and tasty food. However, I do think the price point is a slightly higher than it should be.

My fiancé had one of the omelettes and I can't quite remember what everyone else had but each of us seemed pretty satisfied with our orders. I also tried the berry matcha but it honestly wasn't really anything to write home about aside from the fact that it was aesthetically pleasing to look at. The 3/5 stars is because the service could have been better. I felt like my party was greeted with annoyance and while we were seated quickly, about 5-10 minutes into being seated, we were asked to move to accommodate a larger party (it ended up working out because the area we were moved to was cozier) and didn't receive much help from the server with moving our drinks. There were about three employees that interacted with us and each of them were not very friendly which was disappointing. I'm undecided on if I'll return but if I do, I hope to have a more pleasant experience with the staff.
