I am a student visiting for 5 weeks. I was recommended to come here for good coffee so I thought I might spend the day here studying. I saw that there is WiFi but what good is that if there are no outlets to plug your computer in. Maybe this is not the vibe that they want but I really hoped it was a place I could do my work and enjoy some coffee. I ordered a BLT, it was just ok but made poorly. This is a cute coffee shop with a cozy environment. They have a good selection of desserts to go along with their various coffee options. Specialty drinks are featured each month. There's a small menu of lunch options including a good grilled cheese sandwich. Coffees are varied in flavor, size, hot/cold etc. The lemonade and apple ciders (both seasonal options) were very good. Down sides:. Closed on Sundays. No longer open later than six with the exception of the music nights. The food is good and the baked goods are incredible! You can feel that they're made with love. The quality of their ingredients reminds me of the stuff Id eat when I was a kid. The environment is nice and calm too. I enjoy having a coffee and hanging out for a little while. I've been enjoying their coffee for years at the Hudson Street Cafe and decided to get some beans for the house. It's literally located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by farmland. Much to my delight it turns out that it's not only their coffee roasting facility but it's a lovely café as well. In fact, it is as good as any café in the Hudson Valley. The coolest part is that they MAKE their own coffee. They distribute to local businesses. You may be drinking their coffee at a gas station or restaurant and no even realize it. Great place. Their Kenyan AA coffee is my favorite coffee in the world. It runs 12.95 a pound. Very reasonably priced. The decor is cool, with enameled coffee bean tables and counter. You can tell they pay attention to details and have rotating artists paintings in the wall. Some of which are good, others are not so good. Delicious pastries and little sandwiches. The carrot slaw is way too sweet for me though. Prices a touch high in the food but you get what you pay for. A very nice local place to have lunch with a friend or family. First time there owner gave me a free coffee, good service! Very clean. read more

Stopped after a crazy day at work with my coworker. Staff so pleasant & made a new pot of decaf which was hot fresh & delicious. I had a salted turtle cookie so fresh & tasty. Favorite coffee place in Orange County. I enjoyed reading the one to three star reviews....I fell asleep reading the one star one....I think War and Peace was shorter. It's a coffee shop...not a fast food restaurant. Of course you're going to wait for your food. The bakery goods are always so fresh and delicious. The breakfast and lunch menus are small but you know what that means? They're delicious and they know what sells, that's what. It's also one of the least expensive places around. The owner is always around and the staff is always pleasant. I had a coffee and bagels order for 20 ppl the other day and everything was nicely put together. This coffee shop is cute! And surprisingly affordable! I personally feel like when i go to small business coffee shops they're always overpriced. Stopped here while traveling, wish we lived closer. The coffee was excellent and so was the red berry hot tea. Their bakery selection looked amazing! I am from out of town, but was attending the NY Air Show and stopped into Noble afterwards. I enjoyed the ambiance, the coffee, the cannoli (can't find good ones in Seattle, that's for sure!), and the staff. The baristas were friendly, answered all my coffee-snob questions to the best of their ability, and as I sat, I smiled listening to them banter with other customers. You can tell they have local regulars based on the conversations and that's a good sign. Yay for everyone skipping Starbucks to go to Noble instead. read more

My first time there, and I can be more please! I didn't know that after 4:pm they stopped serving food, and I mentioned to a young blonde girl that was there! One of the cutest coffee shops in the area. They have a very nice outdoor patio with tables that you can sit and socialize. They have both tea and coffee I don't drink coffee but I heard that the coffee here is pretty good. You cannot get a breakfast sandwich here. This place is random as hell, but it actually pretty cool. Its basically a coffee house built in a warehouse-like building on a country road. The coffee and desserts are good, I like the live music, and the chess boards as well. Its not gonna blow you away, but there's nothing else like this nearby, so its worth a visit if you're nearby and want to get cheap dessert after dinner. read more

I want to say that I'm a coffee person and I'm really picky about my coffee. This place has by far the best coffee I have ever had. The owner Paul had explained to me in detail how why and how much hard work is put in making it to be that good. Not only do they make their own coffee and have their own brand. The kind of water and the water purification process that has to go down to make the water that is used for this coffee to be perfect tasting. I have really never had coffee that smooth with no bitterness in it. I want to say that I was extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee was. If you want to support a local business that meets the highest levels of standards in making their coffee then this is the place to be. In addition to the coffee this place hosts local artists musicians and has poetry reading sessions. Incredible family environment and amazing atmosphere to be in. I recommend to the owner expanding as small town chain only. More small towns in America need places like this. read more

Finally got to go here off the reccommendation of a friend. I got an iced coffee a flavor shot of kahlua w/ room for cream. And something they call a spinach pita. for a total of about $5. From what I could see, they had decent prices. I dont live close to the area but I would definitely go back. the place is in an industrial looking building, but the inside is very cute and spacious, they have pastries on display and a very large coffee/tea menu. the girl that assisted me was very friendly/good customer service- the line was a little long but they seem to move pretty quickly and they take debit cards (always a plus in my book)! read more

Great coffee and atmosphere! The cashier was really sweet and I even saw her take a minute to explain to a customer exactly how to make coffee with a french press. Good coffee! I believe they do some roasting in the back, as the building is a huge warehouse, and I saw some equipment through a window. There is a peaceful and well-trellised (is that a word...?) little outdoor sitting area that's covered in pretty wisteria-like flowers and vines. Add a little sun and a light breeze, and you've got a wonderful spot to sit and sip while going on Tumblr *cough* I mean pondering the meaning of life while referencing the works of Hume and Descartes... I really love Noble Coffee Roasters, and have been coming here for some time now. They have a beautiful selection of pastries and bread goods, which are wonderful. I can only really speak for their coffee beverages, and I will say that their coffee is rich and potent. Exactly how coffee should always be. I don't drink milk, so I appreciate that they have almond and soy as a milk alternative. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and is a great place to sit with your laptop or book. They offer events monthly, and I really enjoy their poetry night. They have both inside and outside seating (for the warmer months). It is a really wonderful coffee shop, and the service is friendly. I found a gem! Since my move to 'upstate' new york, I have not been able to find a local coffee shop. The only coffee shop close to me is Starbucks fifteen minutes away. This place has everything I want in a coffee shop. 1. Coffee: I have not been drinking regular coffee for about nine months, so I can only review their decaf. If you are a decaf drinker, you know that decaf lacks flavor. And their decaf is no exception. But it is not as bitter or acidic as other decaf tends to be. They don't do iced americano. Weird, because they have hot americano...can't you just add ice and water to an espresso shot? 2. Pastry: a good selection. I am allergic to nuts, so i couldn't try their biscotti (which i really wanted to) - but i had their linzer cookie. I really like the cookie - buttery and tart. The filling in the middle (strawberry jam, it tasted like) was just enough to offset the buttery cookie. It was a good balance. 3. Service: there was an older lady who greeted me with a big smile and who was very nice throughout. There was a younger lady who didn't smile much - it wasn't too crowded and has enough tables to accommodate their lunch crowd. 4. Food: looks great. I will have to try paninis at a later visit. There were a few business-looking people sharing lunch, and a few tables with women who seemed to be catching up with their friends. 5. Wifi/Outlets: yup, free wifi - and thus far, pretty stable. there are a few outlets. This will be my new 'spot' to study. I missed places like this. 4 miles from home. Perfect. read more

I wish you could give half stars because I would definitely give them a 3.5 if I could. That being said I have always been a fan of Noble's coffee itself. Not only are their coffees delicious, a lot of their concoctions are as well. The desserts are even better than their coffee. They have a great selection of desserts and I have yet to be even remotely disappointed by any of them. I only have two bones to pick with them starting with the prices. I can't remember if they were always a little overpriced or if in the past few months things are getting a little out of hand. Spending $10 on a couple of coffee drinks is excessive. The second issue is that the customer service has really declined in the past couple of months. The service is less than friendly and quite often, it seems as though you are bothering them by placing your order. Also, I lied there is one more bone to pick. If you sit outside be careful as there is usually garbage piling up. read more

Been going to Noble Coffee Roasters for a few years. The ice coffee with a shot of espresso is delicious. My favorite is the chicken house salad and my wife's favorite is the grill bacon tomato sandwich on what ever bread you like. Great spot for a quick meal and coffee. read more
