So I recently learned you can buy the entire coconut cream pie from the restaurant and it's been the happiest week of my life. I am now known as that go to guy for sweets. We were in the area for a funeral and wanted something different. Looked to see if reservations were needed and told that it would not be an issue on a Thursday evening. We were greeted by a very nice young woman and seated immediately. Our server was amazing and super friendly as well as helpful with menu suggestions not for drinks and food. We had a variety of things at our table as we were a group of 7. Garlic knots were delicious and very different than the typical knots. We all loved them! We truly enjoyed the Figgy Piggy Pizza, another delicious option! Crust was very good! We had Chicken Parm and the portion was huge! In fact, all meals were of giant proportion! We had southern fried chicken with a Tabasco honey that was outstanding!!! Finally, my favorite...homemade meatballs! Typically not good in most restaurants as they are frozen but these were clearly made in house and were soft, moist and delightful! Delicious espresso martini gave me the dessert I needed to make the meal one worth remembering when I get to the area again!! I wish there was a location near me!! read more

Amazing experience. Went for dinner on Valentine's Day, with a group of 6. Our server was awesome, she was super attentive and friendly. We ordered a variety of appetizers - fried green tomatoes, wings, Brussel sprouts and the sweet corn arancini. All were fantastic. I've been to a Noble Crust twice. This was my second experience, and I forgot how expensive the martinis were. For the price they charge, the olives should be stuffed with blue cheese. I love pizza, but I'm not a huge fan of gourmet type pizza. I much prefer a nice cheesy New York style pizza, maybe with some pepperoni and mushrooms. We had the pear and burrata pizza, and it was OK. Nothing spectacular, we also had the fried green tomatoes. The tomatoes were a little unripe. Again, nothing spectacular but not bad. Our go to place! We loved it so much our 1st trip to the Wesley Chapel Area. We ate there 3x and 1x ordered to go in a 2week span. Hubby loves the fried chicken!!! That is his go to. We tried almost everything on menu. Other favorites- smash burger, fried green tomatoes, burrata salad, chicken Parmesan, pizza, Mac & cheese, watermelon salad, garlic Parmesan fries and more. Not a huge fan of the Brussels sprouts and fried chicken sandwich but love everything else. Service is off the charts!!! The management that oversees every plate is amazing & thorough. So, I was happy to see they had a gluten free crust, however, it was kind of chewy and cold upon arrival. It had definitely been sitting out a bit before it was served which was disappointing because I would have high expectations from a primarily pizza restaurant. Wesley Chapel location - So I added my review to the website and it it was not approved. The meatball smash burger is NOT good. It should be called the breadball. This meatball is full of filler and there is no taste of pork or beef..meat at all. I ate a half of half and the ramaining I advised the waitress that it was not good at all. The side of asparagus was amazing. The wings were a 5 of 10. Im disappointed that she then went and got my check instead of asking if I wanted something different or even getting a manager for me to speak with. That bread burger was $15. I paid for my food and left. Now Im questioning the brunch reservation I have for the ladies. I would like to add the previous day, I had the cajum shrimp risotto and it was delicious. Heard a lot about Nobel Crust before but never got the chance to try it out until now. My friend was celebrating her birthday so was the perfect excuse to do so. We got our reservation, we got seated and everything was perfect. There was a little bit of confusion about the table, how to seat all of us together that took a couple extra minutes but nothing crazy. The food was great, I really enjoyed it except for the Mac&Cheese that for some reason it wasn't very tasteful. We ordered a pitcher of Sangria and that was incredible, definitely one of the best I ever had. The server also was lovely!! I hate the fact I don't remember her name but she was incredible nice and kind to all of us. Definitely I would love to come back and try more options of the menu!! read more

The Noble Crust had a very welcoming, warm feeling as soon as you walk in. Beautiful rustic setting, beautiful chandeliers and a nice open dining area. Service was impeccable, our server was very friendly, so knowledgeable of the menu and super attentive. Food was top notch, very fresh, hot and we didn't have to wait forever for the food at all. My friends had been insisting I try this place for a while, and I finally went to celebrate my birthday, and I really liked it! The restaurant is beautiful, with a rustic yet fancy atmosphere that makes for a great dining experience. A big thank you to our server, Maria, who was extremely kind, attentive, and patient with all our questions. She also gave us great recommendations. I shared three appetizers, a pasta, and a pizza with my boyfriend, and everything was delicious. The only thing I would have liked was for the Bacon Balls to be fresher and not so cold. The sangria was amazing, super refreshing! They sang me happy birthday with a chocolate dessert, which was unique and really tasty. I met Noble crust at a Yelp event and I loved it so much that I had to come back, this time at a brunch and I was just as delighted. The southern benny was undoubtedly the best recommendation, the wings are always a 10 but the best was undoubtedly the pear pizza with burrata, the sweet and crispy flavor of the pizza with cheese and the combination of flavors definitely makes me want to go back 10 times more. Also the happy hour pampers you is an extra to come back. The atmosphere and great service only make the delicious food more enjoyable. read more

It's hands down one of the best restaurants at Wiregrass Mall. My family and I recently went there for brunch and had a spectacular time. Despite its small space, Noble Crust makes the most of it with an open-concept kitchen that allows you to watch as the food is prepared and served quickly to tables. Every dish we tried was delicious and packed with incredible flavor. The Caesar salad, served with a Scottish egg, was a surprising delight I didn't expect. The fried green tomatoes were my favorite starter and the perfect bite. And the Bianca pizza, with its cheese and pistachios, is my go-to pizza and is truly mouth-watering. The service was impeccable, and the manager even stopped by our table to ask about our experience with the food. We started with the avocado toast and it was probably one of the best I've ever ate. So so good! I was undecided on what to order and went with the fried chicken and waffles. This was my first time there because it's always packed. My sister and I were out Christmas shopping and detoured to the Wireglass location. Stopped by Noble Crust at the Shops at Wiregrass and was super impressed by the restaurant ambiance, service, and presentation of the food. I'm not usually a huge fan of Southern food, but the concept of Southern Italian cuisine was very intriguing to me. We didn't realize that the brunch menu would still be offered at 2 pm on a Saturday (we were looking for a lunch menu), but we ended up trying The Works pizza and their chicken and waffles dish which came with a side of four cheese grits. The spicy Calabrian chili with the pepperoni and crimini mushrooms was delicious on the Works Pizza. I loved the crushed olives as they added a little sour/salty kick without overpowering the pizza. The chicken and waffles dish was very flavorful. The waffle was a bit mushy in texture, but the chicken was crispy and fresh. I really enjoyed the pecan butter that came with it. Lastly, the four cheese grits was awesome. My first time trying grits and the smoked gouda flavor was incredible. I would definitely recommend Noble Crust to anyone looking for quality Southern food! read more

Always have a great meal and service at Noble crust. Quoted 30 mins for a table on a Saturday night so sat at the bar for a drink. 10 mins later we received a text that our table was available. So that was nice and quick. Seated at a table with a very sweet server. I had the rigatoni and beef ragu which was delicious, my friend had the chicken parm. Excellent flavor for both. Got a chance to try Noble Crust in Wesley Chapel this weekend and really enjoyed! Lots of different menu items that are Southern / Italian style for affordable prices! My favorite items were the skillet garlic knots, full house salad, spaghetti & meatballs, and the truffle fries. There are 3 locations in Florida so be sure to check this spot out! read more

So let me set the scene..... it's late and we had spent the whole day on the waterfront and I'm hungry (well the whole family was hungry but lol but I was the hungriest)(is that a word?) either way I wanted something quick and easy so I opted for pizza so... off to yelp I went I ordered and seeing that they didn't have delivery there had to go pick it up.... We ordered 2 pizzas wings and pasta everything was okay the pepperoni pizza was a little "too well done" but the white pizza (the one I ordered for myself) was perfect the wings were well cooked and the pasta was good just a little "watery" if that makes sense. I recommend showing up before they open in the mornings or make a reservation as the place gets back for brunch on the weekends. I am unsure about the evenings. I do not like to wait so I am all about reservations.

I don't think it's "work at the cafe" place, people come there to eat mostly and it's weird to see one person with a coffee and a laptop taking up a whole table for an hour while there is a line out of the door of people. First visit to Noble Crust and it definitely won't be my last. We started with the Skillet Garlic Knots, and they were absolutely loaded with cheese, garlic butter, and flavor. The tomato sauce on the side was the perfect complement. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts completely surprised me. Crispy, sweet, tangy, and packed with texture from the citrus, goat cheese fonduta, and spiced crispies. Easily one of the best Brussels sprout dishes I've had. For entrees, the Pepperoni Pizza had a beautifully crisp crust with just the right amount of char, while the Rigatoni + Beef Ragu was rich, hearty, and topped with creamy burrata that melted into every bite. I've been living in Wesley chapel/Lutz area for a while now and although, we have every food option available within a 5 mile radius, Noble Crust brought food to a whole new level. Every single dish was refreshing in flavor and done with quality. We received our food pretty quickly, went home full *and* with leftovers. I had a delightful dinner at Noble Crust! We were seated promptly, and the Parmesan Truffle Fries were absolutely fantastic, my personal favorite! However, the Mac and Cheese, Whipped Ricotta, and Chicken Marsala were not to our taste. This is one of my favorite restaurants ever! So many delicious items on the menu. My favorite though is the short rib rigatoni. When I think of comfort food that immediately comes to mind. So rich and creamy. And if you are able to save room the desserts are all delish. The peanut butter pie is my personal fave. Were it not for my wife--who was in the restaurant business for many years--restaurant-loving patron me was so focused on perusing the many attractive options on the menus (specials and regular), the ambience and decor, and the fine service we were receiving, that I didn't realize just how busy Lynn was. I certainly couldn't tell, as she seemed cool as a cucumber, which was especially impressive considering there was a problem with the AC for a bit there. Praise, too, to the fellow doing a bang-up job keeping Lynn's tables cleared, reset, and watered throughout the evening. I regret not getting his name, and I hope he is made aware of our appreciation. Bettyann ordered the gyoza appetizer for us, which was delicious! We loved the warm rolls they brought out with delicious chilled pats of butter, which are always a favorite of mine. She then selected the lobster bisque, of which I was lucky to get a couple of spoonfuls to try, and it was splendid! The lobster chunks were perfect, and the bisque tasted wonderful! I ordered the jalapeño deviled eggs. Both of us were equally pleased with them! As was the case with the lobster bisque, we are definitely ordering those again. My wife, I was surprised to hear, opted for a flounder sandwich with french fries. When it came out, I appreciated why she selected it. As I said, she's been a long-time patron, so she knows even the simplest of entrées would be great. I opted for the panko-crusted chicken special, and boy, was I pleased! Spectacular it was, especially as complemented by the cooked vegetables and rice that accompanied it. We topped the evening off with desserts. No sooner had Lynn said they had bread pudding than I interrupted the process and said, "Mine!" My wife, being much more civilized, waited until Lynn completed the list of desserts and went with the crème brûlée. I thought my bread pudding was pretty amazing, especially the sauce! The crème brûlée, though, was at least as good if not better, which is a lot to say for a staple of restaurant desertsI We very much look forward to getting back there soon because it will take quite a while to get through all of the entrées, appetizers, and desserts I've yet to try.

But the first bite I took had a shell the size of a quarter! For a poached egg??? COME ON!! So I changed the order to a Cuban. The interior of the Cuban was room temp pushing cold and the outside was barely toasted. The cheese wasn't even melted. Definitely not a great Cuban Sammy. I don't think I'll be back after this. 11/6/24 Service is usually on point. Kessie is my favorite! I usually get the Brunchies club. I like the Benedicts, too, but they do not always cook the eggs the way I like them. It also can get really loud in the main room. The acoustics are a bit off. All said and done, this is one of my go-to places for brunch.

The appetizers were calamari, meatballs, goat cheese baklava, and a broccolini flatbread. I have to say these were all the least favorite plates for me. I couldn't eat the meatballs because I don't eat pork, but my husband said they were delicious. Others said the honey goat cheese baklava was one of the best things they have eaten. The calamari doesn't have tentacles, which is actually my favorite part. I thought it was good, not great. And I would skip the flatbread. It was just a regular flatbread to me. Then they brought out a Caesar salad. It's a wedge Caesar salad and it is absolutely delicious. I loved it, but it does have anchovies if you are not an anchovy person. This is a get every time salad for me. For the Mains, we got sides of mushroom, sides of mac & cheese, sides of brussels sprouts, the ribeye, Cacio E Pepe, Sicilian chicken, grouper piccata, and mafaldine basil pesto. My favorite was the Cacio E Pepe. They said the noodles were made in house and they definitely taste that way. They are thick and al dente and absolutely divine. The ribeye is fatty so if you like fat meat, this is for you. The mashed potatoes were also delicious that came with it. My husband really liked the Brussel sprouts, they were pretty good. I loved the mushrooms and would get it again. Neither of us were a huge fan of the mac & cheese. I thought all of the chicken was OK. I also like the grouper. But honestly, if I came back, I would go straight for that pasta. Then for dessert, we had the salted chocolate chunk cookies, which were amazing. They do cookies very, very well. We also had the crème brûlée which was OK and the sacred Sunday, which comes with vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream and pistachio ice cream. It was good, but honestly, my favorite was the cookies. There was also a wine pairing with each course. I'm not a huge wine person, but it did end up being a lot of wine. Overall, we had a fantastic time here, I love the decor of this place, you will not look out of place dressed up. It is an older crowd since we are in the heart of Carrollwood, but I would definitely come back.
