I can't praise these guys enough. My car died one evening from a dead battery and after getting a jump, I went straight to O'Reilly on Olive. Angel was awesome and immediately tested my battery to confirm it was the issue, then helped me get a new one and INSTALLED it for free, all in under 20 minutes! I was so gratefully because I was going out of town the next day and was having a panic attack inside over the whole thing. Been a customer for over 20 years...Had the most awkward customer service its hard to explain, its like the associate didnt want to help me out was being rude but trying to sound helpful. I walked in with a bag to return my purchase the guy " TERRY " was starring me down making me feel uncomfortable. He ask me if i had a question i told him no im here to return somethine hence " MY BAG & RECEIPT " he should of just ask me if i needed help. While processing my return the screen on my side asked me to select some options which was debit or credit? So i asked the guy if he needed me to push anything. My family and I went to the snow and we purchased some chains for my tires. The chains they gave me did not even fit my car. The chains ruined my fender on both the driver and passengers side. I went to return the chains and Manny was extremely rude. After seeing the damage that the chains did to my vehicle, He contemplated whether he was going to give me a refund. The guy sold me a BAD BATTERY! Last year! I wished I got his name down,(young hispanic, tall, dark skin dark hair, slim) I will look for him and update this review! Sold me a bad battery, and charged me Core Fee when I told im I've got the old battery in my car to swap. Did not offer me a rebate for swapping out the old batt for the new. I paid just a little over $100 for the battery, thought it was kinda sketchy to pay that cheap for a brand new battery. Recently my car dies for no apparent reason! Its a daily commuter, I NEVER drive it outside of town or on the freeways, therefore the battery life should last me a few years. BEWARE of this place! Worst customer service and they just want your money! AVOID THIS LOCATION! I came here for a new battery a few weeks ago, bought what I thought was the best one for $169.99 After my Uncle put the battery in my car, I still kept getting the notification that I needed my battery replaced. Next day we go back here and they tell me I need to take my car to the dealership or autoshop, didn't bother to check out the heavy ass battery we had to carry back in the store, didn't run tests or anything. I bring my car to a shop that ends up replacing my battery for a better brand and my car problem went away. I go back here to return the $169.99 battery that my car can't use, and they tell me they can't give me my money back and they only can only give replacement since I'm under warranty... Told them I didn't need it because the autoshop I went to replaced my battery that actually works! Asauro the assistant manager tells me that the person I went to the first time should have replaced my battery instead of telling me to go to the shop. He says they should have checked if battery was defected. How the hell is that on me? His staff told me to take it to a shop instead of checking out the battery or replacing it, and now they can't give my money back? He says they can't resell the battery I'm trying to return. Did I get to use it myself for the $169.99 that I shelled out? NO. What a complete BS! Went into the store, asked sales associate to assist us with finding a wiper blade for our vehicle, he liked and said "well my system doesn't have 2021 vehicles so can't help you ". I stared at him and said you can't get the part? He said "that's what I said, can't help you". So I left the store, ordered the part on Amazon for $9 and received the next day. When business complain about Amazon, they need to ask themselves how are they not meeting the customers needs and it's situations such as this that's closing businesses. I have tried to come to this place even tho it isn't as friendly and helpful as other stores. I been multiple times been told "they don't do this or that" when other stores do. If out of 5 stores I visit do what I came in for why does this store doesn't... plus some of employees don't seem to know about much about what they have there. I been given the wrong thing and have to take it to a different O'Reilly stores and they have told me that they don't understand why they Sold me things or why I was told the things they told me. Came here for a license plate light since jiffy lube told me I need a replacement bulb. I couldn't seem to find the bulb. I went into the store and there was no wait which is nice. Brayan offered to come out and see what what going on with my light situation. He determined that the bulb is in a clear case, but the previous owner of our car painted over the clear case! So all we have to do is remove the case with a screwdriver and then we will see the light. Didn't even have to buy anything after all, but if I happen to need a new bulb, or anything else for my car for that matter, I'll come here. Thanks for being a problem solver Brayan! read more
