I've had a few manicures and a couple of pedicures here and each time has been very good. It is a little pricey but I think it's worth the price. I went in yesterday for the set pictured and was very impressed with the quality of work by my nail tech, Daisy. I showed her the inspiration photo and she matched it almost exactly. I actually think she did a better job than the photo I showed her. 100% recommend! The vibe is also very relaxing. They start off each manicure and pedicure by asking if I want something to drink. They have water and a nice selection of cocktails.

Whatever you want. The manicures I've gotten haven been spot on. Exactly what I wanted. Pedicures? Quite possibly the nicest ladies have done my feet, which are pretty rough since I'm a runner. This last trip it was recommended I leave out the polish due to the toe trauma which I appreciated. I thought that would've been the end of the service but nope, she went on to give one of the best massages and pedicures ever. I might say it's a bit pricey but it's worth it for the quality and attentiveness. I'll definitely go back and recommend it to coworkers who are in the area.

We got three pedicures. They didn't start until 30 minutes after our appointed time so that was a little disappointing. The pedicures themselves were very well done. It's a very nice salon. Clean and everyone was friendly. They just seemed a bit overbooked. Definitely one of the best selections of polish types and colors.

I went in to get hard gel removal only and it cost me $50. Maybe I am naïve, but I did not think it would cost anything near that. I'm not really one to complain or write bad reviews, but it took less than an hour, she kept burning my nails with the drill, and it just wasn't a $50 experience. I feel taken advantage of to be honest. read more

I have already given a review, but mistook the star rating. This place is definitely a five star! We were treated like royalty they provided us complimentary cocktails, including champagne. She recommended the top tier option for pedicures. These included trimming, lotions, soft tissue massage of the feet and legs, and parafin wraps. " Captain Morgan", and her partner, Titi, were extremely friendly and accommodating. Change this to one star. Quality of work is horrible! Customer service is severely lacking. They are not friendly. The employees never stay employed long. There is always a new staff. They need to be reported. They do not practice good hygiene. They do not wear mask or gloves. They are not cleaning according to regulations or state standards. The huge safety issue is..... they are serving alcoholic drinks and they don't care how many drinks the give to a person. They don't ask your age, they just assume. One person has well over the limit of alcoholic drinks.NEVER!!!! EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE WORKMENSHIP! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. The guy did an extremely poor job at simply polishing my nails. He first of all rushed through to take a personal phone call. And in addition to that tried to give me a color I did not want. Then he did a horrible job and made my the nail polish look like a 2 year old polished my nails. It had lumps and clumps on all of my nails. It was a piss poor job. DO NOT GO TO THIS OVER PRICED PLACE. I have been a customer for over 3 years and will NOT recommend nor will I ever return. The vibe is completely unprofessional. The facilities are unclean and not sanitized. To stretch the nail polish they pour nail polish remover in the bottles of nail polish. Their business ethics are less than professional i. n addition to their customer service and shady business dealings. They changed their name years ago and now they just need to go out of business! I made an appointment at 10:30am. Arrived at 10:26 to pick out nail color and proceeded to wait 20 minutes. The owner finally came over and turned the water on which was lukewarm and told me to put my feet in. And I sat there another 10 minutes. I asked for a towel to dry my feet so I could use the restroom and was told they would "get to me". Finally, a nail tech brought me a towel that reeked of mildew. I went to the bathroom and was so upset I decided to leave. When I mentioned this to the man at the front he said "oh you're next!" I told him my appointment was 30 minutes ago and he just shrugged his shoulders. I guess appointment times do not matter to this place of business. Very unprofessional. read more

Paris (nail tech) and Alamo Nails are great. The business has an easy check in system, nice bar, clean space, and good pedi chairs. Easy free parking in the garage steps from the nail lounge entrance. Paris was pleasant, not pushy. She was easy to understand and made sure I was pleased with my services. The hot towels for manicures was a nice unexpected touch. Pedicure area was nice and relaxing. Overall very nice experience and I'll definitely be back. read more

This review is for the rude lady that likes To ACT NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I see right through you. From the min you didn't want to do my pedicure. To immaturely discussing my feet to your other two co workers. I opted for the 60 dollar pedicure add 15 for shellac. When I told her my massage chair wasn't working properly. She said oh. Maybe it just doesn't want to work. Like really. Instead of saying. Sorry let me move you to another chair. I was less than 5 min into my pedicure. I will say Tracy and Ryan have been polite and professional the last 4 visits. Today I called and made an appt with Tracy. She usually does my nails and pedicure. Today I was Pawned off on the rude lady. I have never seen her before at this location. I knew she was rudely talking about me when it got to the paraffin wax part of my pedi. She held the bag up and started talking In her native language. And the observant person that I am. Her two co workers chimed I'm with their laughter. I luckily have a dear friend of This ladies same origin. So I call her and let her hear the convo. A convo that went on for a good five min. And to my assumption. I was correct. She was talking about the size of my feet. And saying that she didn't think my feet were going to fit in the paraffin bag. All Awhile the other workers are cracking up with her. Well the joke is on YOU. You have caused Hector's Nail lounge to lose a loyal customer. I suggest whomever is doing the hiring here. Speak to your employees about their one main job to do is. And that's making sure the patron feels comfortable and that the services you are providing are PROFESSIONAL! I Will no longer bring my business here. My friends that I referred to here will now take their business elsewhere. Learn how to treat others as you would like to be treated. Here is a photo of her. I had an appointment for 1:00. I was sat down to soak my nails pretty quickly. People were coming and going but it seemed like I was forgotten about. Someone finally sat down to do my nails at 1:40! The gentleman who did my nails was great. I pay, leave, get in my car, and noticed I have red dipping powder around my mouth where I was scratching my face. No one at the nail salon bothered to tell me how ridiculous I looked before I left. I'm glad I wasn't going anywhere after that. read more

When this was brought up, they showed me an entirely different website and said there was another Ann's close by, which is not true. They are all 15-25 min away. After paying, I asked for a receipt which they could not provide so I took a picture of the one for their records. Underwhelming, kind of uncomfortable, and I was excited to try a new salon closer to my house. Wish I would have stuck to my previous salon which is further but worth it.

I decided to book a massage at the Windflower Spa as a birthday gift from my boyfriend. I had just…read morehad my second baby three months prior and was really looking forward to my first outing without my kids needing anything from me. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
