There isn't too much to say about this bagel spot: if you're looking for great bagels, quick service, and a friendly team, I'd definitely check this place out. Okay... I guess I should elaborate a little more for all y'all faithful Yelp readers. I tried a couple of different bagels at Noe Bagel. The sesame and everything bagels are both generously coated, with a beautiful outer crust that has just the right texture. The inside is soft and chewy. It's a classic New York-style bagel that will satisfy even your strongest bagel cravings. The mini bagels maintain that same excellence, just in a smaller form. Because of their size, the crust-to-center ratio gives you more of the micro-blistered snap that I love about bagels. Personally, I'd choose two or three minis over one regular bagel. The cream cheese is also excellent--well-balanced and smooth. My favorite is the blueberry cream cheese. It has just a hint of sweetness that brings out the richness and creaminess of the cheese. And, like many spots in San Francisco, they offer a sourdough bagel. It's quite different from their sourdough bread, but I enjoyed it. If you're visiting, I'd recommend giving it a try. For my everyday go-to, I'd stick with a classic sesame or plain bagel, but Noe Bagel has enough variety to keep things interesting if you want to switch it up regularly. As a bonus, they sell day-old bagels by the bag for $4. You can freeze them, eat them as-is, or repurpose them into bread pudding. You'll end up with an interesting dish thanks to all the different bagel varieties mixed together--but that's part of the fun! read more

If you are ever in Noe Valley, OR if you're in SF and craving a great bagel this is your spot to go. Hands down one of the best bagels I have ever had! Small business owned by the baker himself, many different flavored bagels and spreads to choose from. They also offer bagel dogs which I have yet to try. If you're lucky enough to snag a pesto bagel before he sells out, it will change your life. My go to: pesto bagel with sun-dried tomato spread and sprouts. I have tried many bagel locations, even prefer this spot over boichik in the city. The owner is so kind and well worth supporting! Parking can be difficult around this area, but it's worth the 5 - 10 minute walk. read more

I get a bag of various 10-12 day old bagels for $4, then slice and place in freezer, a toasted half taste fresh. If you have all the 'skins 'of bagels facing same direction and then freeze in bag, it's easy to separate the frozen halves. Such a delicious start to the day. This is not just a bagel spot it's a neighborhood morning ritual for some of the neighborhood habitants along with the people who visit Noe Valley. You will find different bagels for the different taste palates. They are many variations of the bagels and the different shmears to pair it with to give it that good flavor. On the sweeter side they have chocolate chip bagels along with blueberry bagels. The savory side you have the asiago and pesto bagels. Those with a salty craving there is a salty bagel and for those who like the sourdough they have sourdough bagels at this spot . I got the Asiago with the shmears and I call it the cheese on cheese bagel. It was a very delicious combo. What makes this place better than the majority of the bagels spots in San Francisco is the breakfast bagels and their bagels sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches come in egg and cheese combinations with some kind of meat added to it or you can order a vegetarian version with spinach and mushrooms. I know lots of people who will put this as one of the best value bagel shops in San Francisco because of the variety of bagels and not focusing on a particular bagel. Try an American breakfast staple at Noe Bagels for breakfast and lunch. Tried Noe bagel for the first time and enjoyed it. I'm from the east coast and I say those bagels are very hard to beat. I got the bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It was pretty good. The bagel seemed fresh but could have been toasted a bit more. The bacon was flavorful and crispy. The cream cheese and gooey cheddar cheese pulled the dish together so nicely. Eureka! This is a bagel shop that has mastered the NYC bagel. Perfect! Bread density is just what you expect from a NYC bagel, has a slight gloss on the outside, and not hard, as in stale, that I've experienced in other SF locations. Have not tried the schmears but am fine with just getting bagels here. NYC style are difficult to find in SF after the pandemic. These are Goldilocks perfect. read more

From the moment we arrived that dark, rainy Saturday morning, the lines was long but it moves quickly and the service was quick and friendly, which made the wait much more bearable. My wife's choice of cream cheese and tomato on an asiago bagel was equally enjoyable. One of the highlights of Noe Bagel is the excellent selection of bagels including blueberry if that's your thing. After that you can get a pineapple pizza for lunch. Overall, I would highly recommend Noe Bagel for anyone who is looking for a delicious breakfast bagel with excellent service and pretty reasonable prices by SF standards. My friend and I stumbled upon this place on a Friday morning at 10:30ish. The service was amazing. Everyone was so nice. We ordered the pesto bagel with cheese, egg, and mushrooms. It came out less than 5 minutes later and came out PIPING hot. It was delicious! The pesto bagel was extremely good, flavorful, and perfectly crunchy. To be honest, I cannot judge how well this bagel is compared to others since my main bagel exposure is Safeway. I came here this morning and picked up a sausage, egg and cheese on everything bagel before my hair appointment. I've passed by this spot many times before and have always smelled the yummy bagel aroma. This time I tried to give myself some time so I could pick up one of these bad boys. They had a big variety of bagels & cream cheese spreads all for a pretty decent price that won't break the bank. Service was pretty quick, and they are definitely popular cause the line just kept growing. I was a little disappointed when I saw that they just microwaved the egg and sausage. Snagged some bagels and shmears here for a co workers birthday and they were SO good. They had such a wide variety of flavors to choose from which was awesome. They also had a great selection of shmears: I picked the plain one, a lox one and a strawberry flavored one. However when everyone started eating their bagels in the office, people who wanted lox ended up eating strawberry and vice versa which was SUCH a letdown since they were not labeled. I had some time to walk around before my shift on Saturday morning and I found this little gem! As soon as I walked in, the person working the counter greeted me and gave me time to look at the menu. I was in the mood for a breakfast bagel so I ordered the Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast bagel. I ordered it on a plain bagel and when it was ready, oh my goodness! I was not ready for the deliciousness that was presented to me. It was hot and the ingredients were fresh. And the bagel was wrapped up so I could either eat it there or take it to-go. I have to say I was really impressed with this bagel shop. They have so many different bagel and sandwich options. And their prices are super affordable! Their entire menu ranges from $1-10 so anyone can afford it. And they have such a huge assortment of drinks (coffee, soda, juices, etc). There was quite a bit of seating inside, there were benches and tables in the shop. And another cool thing about this place is that they have a compost bin! It makes me super happy when businesses try to be environmentally conscientious and it made me smile seeing that this shop was doing its part. I've only been to this place once and they had a delicious breakfast bagel. On top of that, they made me feel real safe. They had limited capacity entering, people spaced 6 feet, plastic guard to protect themselves as well as us and everybody was wearing gloves and masks.
