I can say this is the spot for delicious asian american fusion brunch that left me really happy throughout the day. Creme Brulee French Toast 5/5 Perfectly balanced sweetness. I could eat this all day without getting tired. K-Bomb Benny 5/5 Very crispy fried chicken that's also tender and juicy. The sauce is so tasty. Runny eggs and fluffy potatoes. Service 3.5/5 Very slow in terms of trying to get an order in, paying for my tab which I had tried eyeing or waving down a server or asking for small things like napkins. I could see that they're understaffed and wished they hired more help. I'd still come back for their brunch. Ambience 3.8/5 From our seating it felt very crammed, since we could literally hear the conversation of the table next to us. It also does get loud since it's very busy. We arrived on a Sunday morning and it was already packed, with a line of eager diners meandering down the sidewalk. Our quoted wait for a table for two was over an hour, and we ultimately weren't seated until about 30 minutes after the promised time. You check in on the tablet inside the restaurant to join their virtual Yelp queue. If you can, I'd recommend joining the waitlist from home before heading over. I tried, but they apparently did not open the join-from-home virtual queue because it was already so busy. The food was delicious, but not "I would endure this again" delicious. For a 1+ hour wait that eventually became closer to 90 minutes, I was expecting my taste buds to see God. They did not. The atmosphere wasn't really my vibe either. It's a lively brunch spot, but all the wood fixtures make everything echo, so between crying toddlers, hungover brunch crowds slurring their words, and everyone raising their voices to be heard over everyone else, the acoustics eventually became less "Sunday brunch" and more "airport terminal during a weather delay." I'd happily come back with no wait, or maybe 20 minutes max. But my millennial ass is simply no longer built for competitive brunching. I'm not spending my Sunday morning being sous-vide in the sun on a crowded sidewalk with crying toddlers and increasingly hangry strangers, staring at my overheating phone like I'm waiting for Ticketmaster to release BTS seats, only for Yelp to finally ping me with, "Your wait has been extended." There's a good amount of seating in there and pretty busy. We did wait pretty long for our food, I would say about 30 minutes for the food to come out. I stumbled across this place because of TikTok, the reviews seemed amazing. Upon arrival I noticed it was a really busy spot ! We did have to wait some time before being seated, the ambiance was great , everything did feel a little bit rushed though. I felt like I was on a timer to finish my food , the Benedict was delicious though and I love that it comes with fresh fruit. Four chairs is always packed for brunch every time I drive by the mission, so it was time to give it a try. Their Asian take on brunch is quite refreshing. I ordered the K-Bomb chicken Benny and oh boy will you leave satisfied in every way. The perfectly poached eggs are served on top of a fluffy slice of bread topped with kimchi-hollandaise sauce. The chicken was a Korean style fried chicken with a crunchy sweet and spicy bbq sauce reminiscent of gochujang and honey. Home fries and green salad with sesame dressing topped it all off. The mango matcha latte was also quite good and the price for SF and for all that food was great value for the money. Ambiance is casual and a bit loud as can be expected from a brunch place but overall it is clean and a fun spot to meet friends for brunch. Don't stay too long after paying though or you will get stared at by the folks waiting in line. Overall definitely recommend checking them out. I had reserved my table through Yelp, but I was pleasantly surprised when the waiter was able to seat me earlier than expected. The atmosphere was great, and both sets of patrons to my left and right were very friendly--it turned out it was the first time visiting for all of us. For my meal, I ordered the mango lemonade, the crème brûlée French toast, and the Pacific Sunrise Benedict with a side salad and fresh fruit. The mango lemonade was very refreshing and not overly sweet, and the French toast was absolutely amazing--it honestly felt like having dessert for breakfast. The only adjustment I would suggest is regarding the Benedict. In my opinion, a true English muffin would work better than the slice of brioche currently used, which felt a bit too thick and soft. An English muffin provides the right texture and crispy consistency when toasted to properly stand up to all the toppings. Overall, I pleasantly enjoyed myself and had a great experience. Amazing! I'm actually going there for the second time today! My family arrived early, so the wait was only about five minutes before we were seated. I don't remember if there was music, but it was a busy, lively place with multiple conversations happening at once. It was definitely a cozy, home type atmosphere. A few people ordered chicken and waffles, so I had the chance to try it, and it was delicious! The waffles melted in my mouth! That's what I plan to order next time. I order a Korean chicken sandwich. It was very tasty and large. I had leftovers! I was disappointed because I forgot my leftovers on the table . Note to self: NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. The natural lights from the windows were great for this restaurant and the decor definitely made it feel like an elevated brunch spot which was perfect after coming from the airport.
