I had a dip done $53 on 7/30. during the dip I could tell the tech was having issues with clumsiness of one of the top coats. Then the nails would not dry and I sat there for 2 hours. I left and soon after noticed a rough smudge on my left thumb nail and started the nails to fall apart each day. I called the owner Emma on day two and told her what happened. She only said she would take them off that's it. No apology for the inconvenience no refund. This has been a pattern with my nails for the last couple of months and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt coming back, but I can no longer throw money away and my nails look horrendous all the time. I used to get compliments and give this place recommendations to people, but over the last six months the quality has gone down. I don't know if it is the product, or the application, but I deserve a refund and an apology. I will not be coming back and I'm hurt by the fact that because she has a high wealthy clientele that those of us who are hard working and supported her all these years are not needed. I would hope with seeing this will facilitate action to refunding me. Also, I don't like having to leave multiple messages and being ignored. It was relaxing and thorough. She even massaged my arms and hands. She was friendly and gave me some tips on how to care for my skin based on my skin type. The lady over the phone said that dazzledry is a type of gel, which was not the case when we got to the salon, so I had to change the service I selected from dazzledry to gel. The selection of nail polishes wasn't great, especially the gel selection. There was only one lady to paint nails, so I had to wait for my mom to get her pedicure done first and then I could get my manicure. The lady doing the nails was nice, but I decided to get gel nails and they are already peeling. The lady painting my nails left excess gel polish under my nails and spilling over the sides of my nails which has already caused the gel to lift and peel. Some of the gel has already chipped away on the sides. It cost about $50 for this manicure and it was no where near worth the price. I had hopes for this place and feel bad that I chose this place to get my mom a gift card for here because it wasn't great.

And don't get me wrong, you should never price shop when it comes to your face, I will pay double for a good job.
