Well this "FAMILY OWNED" business is a sham!! The worst meanest people in the world. The only JOHN that works there seems like he rather be drinking than answering phones!! What a jerk!!! I tried to get my van out and he refused to give us any help and said we had to wait till Monday to do anything even though that is ILLEGAL TO DO!!!! And I found out from my leasing office that the tow company was not supposed to tow our van in the first place and because their employee was insilu ordinate and didn't follow the normal procedures with the office that our van was accidentally left on the list. So now our office has tried contacting them but again being blocked by THE ONLY JOHN THERE. So now I will be contacting the better business bureau and the Washington State patrol and the the owner of this establishment to encourage them into switching to a more professional tow company!!!! This company is predatory, lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce on their next victim. I was helping a friend move and was temporarily parked in a reserved spot to get stuff out of my car. I come out and my car is gone. No warning notice, no nothing? The only sign about towing is on the dumpster in the back of the stupid apartments. So we call and whoever answered was rude and unprofessional, like it isn't hard and embarrassing enough for your car to be towed. When we got to the lot, the tow truck driver had just arrived, not even out of the truck yet. He was young and pretty nice, so at least there's that. Ready for it? $800. For a 10 minute tow and being in the lot all of 5 minutes. They are conveniently not open on the weekends and charge an extra $150 for after-hours. An automatic half day storage fee of $100 no matter how long it's on the lot and $500 for the tow. Oh and let's not forget tax. I cannot believe they're still in business and get away with this baloney. My vehicle had been gone through and my stereo and amp were stolen while in their yard that has several cameras and security "features" and yet they can't and won't claim any responsibility for securing my vehicle? My girlfriend was in a bad accident and was towed by one of their drivers. Between being loaded on the tow truck and arriving to the facility her backpack with her purse disappeared. The front desk was notified and wouldn't help. Said the driver would be there in the morning. He didn't show for his shift the next day and spent the night attempting to swipe all her credit cards. My ex parked my van up by Muckleshoot and ended getting it towed. As the owner I of course had to be the one to go retrieve it from the tow yard. The guys that were working there Benjamin and Luke were totally awesome they were very courteous and professional!! I can't praise enough! I was in a huge bind with my car being stuck at another tow yard, between dealing with my insurance company and the other tow company, it has been a ridiculous amount of back and forth to try and get my vehicle to the shop. Then comes MADELYN from Noffke to save the day! She was so quick! Got a total amount for costs, took care of communicating with my insurance company AND called the other tow yard to confirm and approve the release! All within a few hours! My car was then picked up same day and dropped off at the shop! Something that took insurance 2 1/2 weeks to figure out this girl MADELYN got done within a an hour! Insaaane! I can't praise her enough! She was fantastic! Def deserves a huge raise! She sensed my stress and swooped in to help, keeping me updated about my vehicle status along the way, cannot recommend her and Noffke enough! read more

This towing company is unfair and racist towards minorities. My apartments (Huntington Place) have very limited parking that fill up by the end of the night so people park on the curb in front of the parking stalls. My car wasn't parked in the yellow like the other cars on the curb but the towing company still decided to start towing my car and charge me $302.50 to lower it. Then after he lowers my car he leaves the other cars owned by people of the Caucasian race that are parked in the yellow alone. read more

Terrible service. My car was towed and we were never informed. We called the 911 and it was never reported in any tow yard. Then after vehicle was missing for a week and reported stolen, We get a message saying that it was in there tow yard the whole time. We call and they say we owe them almost 1000$ because it was sitting in there lot for a week. Lady at the front desk was super rude and was not helpful at all. Even after we explained situation to her and showed her the police case number she wouldn't work with us at all. When we finally went to get car she told us that we needed to pay cash because we weren't registered owners. And that if we came back to pay we would be charged a 150$ after hours pick up fee. I broke down 50 miles from home, didn't have a physical address but gave them the mall I was in had a Home Depot, Costco and Hobby Lobby and they zeroed in my location not being familiar with the area. After the sheriff gave Noffke's permission to release the car to me they were very polite and helpful. And that had to be hard to do for the person before me was one of the rudest, meanest, most uncooperative people I've ever seen. Thank goodness it wasn't me behind that counter for I would have decked them. I watched as they kept their cool yet was firm with said people. I can appreciate that he maybe wasn't happy about having to come in I guess? But he was absolutely AWFUL to work with. When asked for a receipt break down to pick up our car, he was extremely curt, rude, unprofessional as hell and demeaning. They charged me $202.00 for a two mile tow. She literally broke down a couple blocks from where the the tow company was. My car was parked at a well known empty lot in Sumner, wa. The renter that lives next door is getting paid $50 to call on any cars that park there now. The renter blocks your car inside until the tow arrives. This company then charges you $530 + after hour fees +3% CC fee. The day my Subaru reappeared, after nearly 3 months of being "liberated" by theft - THAT day was actually more stressful than the day the car went missing. Or any single day after that. So Linda, behind the highly-raised windows in the highly-raised little building where we were NOT able to use the bathroom, treated me roughly - perhaps she felt she had to. Feeling twice victimized (having to pay hundred$ of dollar$ because the thief had abandoned my car with a flat tire and the police hadn't noticed it for long enough that a perfectly good battery had gone dead - and then being treated like a criminal under the tall, tall windows in the fortress of Noffke's Towing - - well, THAT made me cry, while the theft of my car never did. The humanity of Matt, the owner, is why I'm writing this. When he realized that AAA Plus was not going to tow me to Seattle, and that my car insurance was NOT going to reimburse me for any of these unwarranted expenses (my car wasn't insured against theft), he put air in my tire and charged the battery so that I could get back to Seattle. Linda also melted, clearly showing her kind side, and Tristan, the tow driver, had been as helpful as he was able to be all along. I have great inconveniences in using this company. I left the car near the apartment where I live, I admit that I did not have a parking permit. You went to pick up the car in two hours and it was already there. two guys approached me and said that they saw my car being picked up by a towing, a towing car came up and a guy came out of it. Then he started hitching the car but he could not do it because the car was parked close to the curb, and he only damaged the bumper a little below. After that, he decided to open my car with some of his tools and he succeeded, after which he got into the car, removed the handbrake and put in neutral, it helped to pick up the car. when I came to pick up the car I was faced with rudeness and disrespect for people, because I said that I had $ 500 in the car. This company is beyond unprofessional! A man answered the phone and refused to tell me who I was speaking with. I asked to speak to the person in charge and he didn't even ask to place me on hold he immediately put me on hold and a woman picked up. I asked her name and she refused to tell me who I was speaking to! I reminded her that she provided a service and was a place of business therefore she has to disclose who she is as she is representing the company as an employee. She then did provide her name. Kelly is the individual I expressed my concern to regarding my elderly and sick mother. I reside in Nevada and my mother is in Washington. I disclosed to Kelly that my mother is ill and I am her POA! I then expressed my frustration that the person delivering medicine to my mother was in the process of being towed when she parked in her complex to run my mom her medicine. Need I remind we as a nation are in a pandemic so I don't think I need to disclose what the medicine was for specifically! Kelly was beyond combative and yelling when I asked her why my sick mother was charged a drop fee to assure the person bringing her the medicine could drive away. My mother being the Christian woman that she is paid $280.00 to drop the vehicle. I told Kelly that the money needs to be returned to my mother and the vehicle was never parked longer than 15 minutes. With hazard lights on while parked. Kelly screamed that she was not refunding my mother and that my mother offered to pay! I reminded Kelly that she was on a recorded call per her automated answer service I heard when calling in. I asked her to remain professional and not take the call personally. Unfortunately Kelly was not able to remain professional and hung up on me. I called her back and asked why she couldn't take herself out of the conversation and remain a representative of the business. Kelly was again combative and refused to ask her supervisor to call me back. I advised Kelly that I will be writing Govenor Jay Inslee and informing him of the situation and seeking a refund to my mother. It's a disappointment that this lady works for a company that clearly doesn't provide her training on how to communicate with the public. I will also be taking my concerns to all social media accounts and the BBB! This company is nothing but a dishonest fraudulent joke of a company. All of the reviews you see are correct besides the good ones of course. These ppl illegally towed my boyfriend vehicle and when we confronted them about what they were about to do they were non cooperative. We ask to move our car before they even hooked anything up, & we also asked to pay whatever fee they were seeking and they threatened us. We showed them our parking permit and they said it was too late that they were called to pick up our car. I called their office and spoke to this lady who seemed nice at first to see how much it was going to be. She quoted me under $350 and when I got to the place they ran my card for over $540. The same lady had such a bad attitude and was very rude, she was really defensive and started using inappropriate language very unprofessional. I then got upset and once I did they told me to get out of the office and off their property or they threatened to "pepper spray the fuck outta me" keep in mind I'm only 5'2 ft tall, a very young petite lady, I was scared for my safety and it was the same jerk who towed our car , he then came to walk me out getting all up in my face. Of course when someone gets there car towed they are bound to be unhappy. But this was the most unacceptable experience. Yesterday my car was towed by this company. There is NO posting anywhere that I was parked that it was a tow away zone, I was not blocking anyone or anything. So first off, ridiculous. I saw them pulling away with my car, and stopped them to talk to them. There were 2 men in the truck and when I explained the situation and asked for my car back they were laughing at me! Really? Since they wouldn't let me just pay the hookup fee and give me my car back, which is the LAW in WA state; my fiance' and I followed them to there Pacific shop. The 2 men in the truck saw us following them, and began swerving while they were driving. He was driving very erratically, not with caution or care at all. When I went into the office, the man who towed my car, I believe his name was Cody, he was being so rude and giving me an attitude, I told him you're a terrible person, which yes may not have been the nicest thing to say, but I'm the customer so I can say that if I please! His co worker whose name was for sure Cody started mocking me! He was like yea Cody you're a terrible person! You're a bad person! I was livid that this is how employees would behave. To top this all off, as I was leaving, the same 2 guys who towed my car were about to leave the parking lot, and I pulled out to get onto the main road, he waited until I was close to him, and pulled out in front of me in a truck with a very long trailer. If I hadn't slammed on my breaks I would have ran right into him. It's funny to me that someone who is supposed to represent a company would behave this way. This is a trashy establishment, with immature, ridiculous excuses for employees. I have filed a police report, and will be filing a report against the 2 men who towed my car for the way they carelessly handled my vehicle, the way they treated me, and the way that they purposely tried to hit me in my car.
