I chose to eat here because of the Yelp reviews, and wanted to add that they are right this place is fresh, and modern. The staff is friendly and always smiling. From looking at the menu the food sounds great. I was told that the pasta is made in house fresh. I ended up with the "wings" which are boneless usually not my favorite. the wings and hot sauce were good but really just kind of normal. however the blue-cheese dipping sauce and the fantastic mix of vegetables (celery carrots, red peppers, and jicama were awesome. If I come back to this area I will eat here again. If I were here regularly I would work my way through everything on the menu. read more

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The garlic fries were good, but my entree was awkward. It was a watered down curry soup concoction that tasted more like spicy cinnamon water. And it was served with toasted pita bread (pita bread was plain but good) but it was an odd pairing for the consistency of the curry soupy dish. I felt like rice would have been a better choice. I would go back when I'm in town again but for drinks only. The waitress was really nice. read more

Excellent atmosphere and great presentation. The live music was really good and the outdoor seating was perfect for having a conversation while hearing the music. The open fireplaces are awesome especially if you bring a large group. BTW the boneless wings are amazing. read more

I didn't get to eat here, but everyone else's food looked and smelled delicious. The drink I had was done perfectly, and i cant remember what it was called but it was something with apple and it was delicious. The waitress we had was obviously experienced, she was totally on it with asking us if we wanted more drinks, if we needed anything, if we needed more water etc... We were having so much fun around the fire that we lost track of time and I didnt realize it was closing until I saw our waitress picking up chairs. She didn't try to hurry us through and i didnt feel shooed away. I will definitely come back! read more

Nomad Kitchen and Lounge has consistently served us good quality and well prepared food and drinks. We have visited the bar and the restaurant on numerous occasions and find it comfortable, the service is attentive and the menu creative. With kids or on an adult night out, Nomad is on our short list of alternatives in the Tri-Cities. read more

I have come here for drinks as well as a masquerade event on Valentine's Day. They have good beer and drinks. The masquerade was very fun, but drinks took forever to get. 20 minutes average standing in line at the bar. However, it's quicker than that on regular nights. I have only had a piece of some flatbread pizza item and it was okay, nothing to write home about. read more

Came in at the end of the night and basically had the place to ourselves. Great and friendly service and tried a couple of new menu items that rocked. The curry lentils and pork belly were to die for and I'm glad they kept the wings on the appetizer menu. By far the best place I've experienced in the 3 years I've lived in tri cities!! Wow!! I went on a couple weeks ago for my husbands 30th birthday. They were more then willing to help me carry out my big surprise! Their signature cocktails were amazing!!! Especially their version of the whiskey sour (best I've ever had!! And I've had a few ) we ordered an appetizer and our meals. Everything was PERFECT!!!! The food was perfect. The service was perfect. Elyse our server was excellent! Very friendly. Salmon Quinoa salad was not very good. But the Crab Mac-n-Cheese was delicious. I really like the atmosphere.

Debbie and I just had lunch here. The drink menu has names that are fun & catchy. I had a "Hot Mess" which had a jalapeño infused tequila -yum. We had the ABSOLUTE best Truffle fries. Aug, 2nd, 730pm. Wanted to try this place since I saw all the Facebook posts. Worst food and cocktails I've ever had in the Tri-cities. They make it sound like its the new hot spot, and their tacos are amazing. I had the driest chicken tacos I've ever eaten, it didn't even look like chicken it was blended or out of a can like cat food. The salsa they served with it was dark green and unpleasant like a jelly. The Bloody Mary's my husband and I had were god awful, pretty much had to choke the two first sips down they claim to have premium liquor and house made mix. Even thou the server was a sweetheart she didn't bring any silver or napkins. After trying to make the best of it we debated whether to talk to a manager but at that point everything was so bad it wasn't worth it. We paid our tab and left and went to the Pub to wash our mouths out with decent bloody mix and WAY better tacos. Never will send anyone that way. read more

What a great hidden gem, and by hidden, I mean it's inside/ adjacent to the Red Lion hotel. We came during happy hour and tried the "Bye Felicia" drink and it was good and strong! The bartender came over to make sure we loved it. Our dinners were excellent too and plated beautifully. I'd recommend the crab cakes and now I'm hunting for a recipe to try and copy their sun dried tomato sweet potatoes. Yumm! read more

Since the opening my husband and I along with numerous friends have frequented Nomad and tried nearly everything on the menu. The steak is juicy, flavorful and perfectly cooked to our specifications. The fig balsamic margarita flatbread is a magnificent blend of flavors with chopped basil, heirloom grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and a spectacular san marzano tomato sauce. The free range Washington cayenne wings ARE HEAVENLY! The chicken maintains its perfect juiciness while fully coated in the most perfectly spicy buffalo style sauce. My husbands all time favorite! We finish with the blood orange creme brulee. Words cannot properly express the wonderfulness that IS...the creme brulee! Fresh berries make this perfection of a dessert pop visually while the sumptuous and perfect amount of tanginess makes you ache for more! (In a VERY good way). Overall, by FAR, our new FAVORITE place to eat healthy and phenomenal food. read more

What a nice surprise to find in the Tri Cities! I stopped by Nomad with some friends after hearing rave reviews & I have to join in. All of Nomad's food is locally sourced, which I love, & reasonably priced, which I love even more. Drinks were on point, especially Fresh Picked and Bye Felicia. It has a mellow vibe with comfy egg chairs inside as well as really nice outdoor seating. Our server told us that there's live music on Thursdays--I will definitely be returning! read more

Service was very slow. There were only 2 other small groups in during the time frame we were in for lunch (1-2pm). The waitress kept forgetting drink and food items. The ranch dressing was the consistency of water, the balsamic dressing was the consistency ranch should be. I ordered the Kobe beef sliders and received a crab cake burger. Once the order was corrected the beef sliders were very dry with no real flavor, which had to be eaten back at work due to the mix-up and time frame to get it corrected. My husband and I had dinner here after reading a Yelp reviews. In our opinion, the Tri-City area struggles to have consistent high quality restaurants, but our hopes were high. We were seated in very uncomfortable hard benches and the staff was not ready for us. The hotel staff told us they were open at 4pm, and it was ten till 5, and the waitress told us the kitchen doesn't open till 5. We ordered the hot wings and sliders for appetizers and sofa water and tea with lemonade for drinks. The tea/lemonade was weak, but the Soda water was yummy! The wings were soggy, the buns of the sliders were crispy and buttery but the ratios were off. Both apps were way too salty!!! We ordered Chicken and Waffles, and Chicken Marsala. The Chicken and Waffles was sent back! Waffles were pale, soggy, and without the anticipated flavor, while they serve only two small chicken tenders. The Chicken Marsala was so salty! The Marsala reduction tasted like it was made from a powder mix. The Chicken was tender and the mashed potatoes were rustic. If they wants us to return, the restaurant will need to improve with more comfy seating and maybe improve the lighting, and improve their food. There was a slight musty smell that happens to restaurants near highly traveled hotels who have smoking guests. read more
