Ordered the cheesecake. At $9.00 it was, you know cheesecake but nothing so mind-blowing (like their carrot cake slice omg i still dream of it!) where you'd want another piece asap! What I do find appealing is the crust isnt crumbly or messy. It is almost like a paste so that was nice and interesting. I guess I know what I really like from here and should stick to it.

Chocolate fudge cookie and pecan toffee cookie

Was craving something sweet and popped in on a weekend late morning. Place was absolutely packed so I'm surprised there's only been a few reviews. There's a decent sized baked good section, breakfast menu, and coffee menu. I was in a rush this morning so I opted for two cookies: the chocolate fudge and pecan toffee. The pecan toffee is great for people who love a texture cookie and the chocolate fudge is great for people who like soft, gooey cookies. Only downside I'd say is both cookies are VERY sweet. Like I enjoyed them, but they were so much sweeter than i anticipated. Definitely give this place a chance!

Strawberry matcha latte

Passed by this little spot and so glad I turned around to go try it out! I initially tried to go to Neo Cafe around the corner, however they had a no-laptop policy -- so I came here instead. So glad I did! Very spacious, clean, food was yummy, and staffwere super friendly! Loved their strawberry matcha too, it tasted pretty balanced. Would love to go back to eat and work! Though I did not see outlets

Okay honestly. This place was simply amazing. The staff recommended the bread which was so soft and hot and flavorful. The pistachio latte was deliciousssssss. It was a great stop during our travels to Toronto. Beautiful shop.

Great coffee and hot food. Good service. Surprisingly mediocre pastry. I love getting a latte here after my sat workouts. I've tried a few items since they've opened and surprisingly the vegetarian shakshuka is my favourite. The pastries as good but not as good as they look.

Smoked salmon croissant and matcha latte

This place reminds me of Italy! Their pastries and sandwiches look so good. I got the smoke salmon croissant and it hit the spot. It came with a side salad with a lemon dressing. The croissant was pretty big, I had some leftover. I am not sure I'd order again but I wouldn't hesitate to try other items on the menu. The matcha latte was no good though. Not matcha-y at all, so milked down. It wasn't what I expected and I wouldn't order it again. You order upfront and they bring it to you with a table number. The service was fine. They took my number but didn't give me a drink, I had to chase down a few different staff to get it. Some tables are tight, but comfortable. I pulled out my laptop and did some work too.

What a great little cafe! The most gorgeous pastries on display fresh out of the oven -- could not say no! Great spot to get some work done, have a cute solo lunch date, and enjoy the hustle of king west outside.

Halloumi and spinach shakshuka

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. You order at the counter and they will bring your food to the table if you are dining in. There are a lot of tables but the place seems to fill up quickly. My friend and I got the halloumi and spinach shakshuka to share and I got a hot halva pistachio latte. The shakshuka comes with a challah bread - it was filling enough for 2 people. The bakery selection looked delicious - will come back to try their bakery items.

I believe Nonni is still in their soft opening phase, which started about two weeks ago. I came here on a Friday to get some work done and stayed between 8:30AM & 1:30PM. There was a combination of people working & eating, and I appreciate that there was a good amount of seating for folks to do both. There are outlets at select tables, so if you need to charge a device just make a note of where those are. One drink that caught my eye immediately from their menu was the iced mango passion fruit matcha. The drink looked really good, but unfortunately the taste was quite mediocre. I'm not sure if it was the mango or passion fruit, but overall it was quite sour. It could've probably benefited from more sweetener. Service was really great throughout. Sometimes at cafes there is no table service at all, so I appreciate that even though we weren't dining, the staff still filled up our water periodically and checked in on our orders. I love the cool nonna artwork on the wall - the decor definitely leans more modern, while the essence of the cafe feels rooted in its Italian culture. I'll be back to try something from their diverse pastry offerings!

This cafe is small and while I was there it was definitely a tight squeeze. Where you order and where you pick up your drink isn't designed to allow for a good flow for customers, aside from that, I have no complaints. I ordered a latte and grabbed two goodies for the road, a raspberry croissant and a ginger molasses cookie. The staff working were welcoming and friendly and my items were ready rather quickly. Once I got back to my hotel, I settled in to enjoy and get some work done. My latte was smooth and creamy and just what I needed to get my day started. My raspberry croissant was beautiful and packed full of flavor. The filling wasn't too sweet and there was just the right amount inside. I saved my cookie for a snack while I traveled home later that day. I love how it had chunks of sugared ginger on top. The cookie had the perfect amount of chew to it and the ginger on top added an extra burst of ginger. It was lovely. I'm so glad I found this cafe on Yelp and I highly suggest you pay them a visit. I'm still dreaming of all the pastries I didn't get to try.

I found my salmon cakes to be on the smaller side (they could have added a third) compared to the smoked salmon toast and even the BLT which were both HUGE. Also the pancakes were ever so slightly on the dry side. Good flavour though. Otherwise just an absolutely stunning rooftop location , super chill and friendly service from Jack. However, when i got off the elevator, there were 3 hosts at the stand, heads down or when their heads were up, they were talking to each other just total ignoring me. Dont even acknowledged me a tiny bit. I ended up just ignoring them back and walk in as my party was already here. I didnt exactly know where they were seated, ao i had to look around. Not the best experience. Food wise -- nothing on the menu stood out. But I wouldn't say we picked this spot for their food. Drinks were at best mid for the price. Could definitely get a nice fancy cocktail at that price point. Service was lacking, had to constantly look for our server. Table beside us was a couple whom were also not happy. But again, come for the views.

This place looks like a fairly typical breakfast spot, offering a good amount of seating, large menus for both breakfast and Lunch, and of course, a ton of different pancake options! I'm usually not someone who orders temporary menu items or specials, but the second I saw the S'More Toffee Lava Pancakes I almost had a heart attack, so of course, I ordered the stupid pancakes to avoid such an problem. The food didn't take too long to come out, and they looked even better in person than they did in the menu. Maybe I'm just a little over enthusiastic about these pancakes, but I can pretty confidently say these may of been the best pancakes I've ever had. They were big, fluffy, and this plate did not skimp on the toppings at all. Overall, Stacked Pancake & Breakfast has definitely become a go-to spot for me when returning to Toronto. The food here was phenomenal and even though it took us almost 30 minutes for someone to give us a bill and let us pay, the pancakes were too good for me to get hung up on that. If you need some breakfast in the Queen/Spadina area, this is the place to go!
