Hotel clerk raved about the buffet but once we got here we saw this noodle place and that was the best decision of the week. It really is not a noodle place, they have pho and chow mein but not ramen which you would expect from the name. No matter, we found a dish so good that we came back a second day just to order it again. We had other food also and it was all very good. Wonton soup, chow mein, Mongolian beef, crispy chicken wings were delicious and the spicy Gochugang sauce was amazing. The double dragon roll was perfect with very fresh fish and the sauce blended nicely. The jackpot of this place was the Pan Roast soup. It was described as a bisque type of soup. Creamy spicy pepper with mushroom, basil and tiger shrimp. Wow!! Probably one of the best soups I have ever had, so creamy and the flavors paired surprisingly well. This was so good we came back the next day just to have it and if we are ever in this area again will come back just to have this soup. Shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked and we washed it all down with Japanese Sapporo beer. Small place but nicely decorated and the service was outstanding.

I've been to this restaurant many times during my casino visits. It can get super busy and at peak times, there can be up to an hour wait. But you can put your name down and they will call or text you when a table is ready. It's a fairly small place that features booths and a sushi bar seating. The service is usually pretty quick and friendly. Some highlights are the dragon roll, the lettuce wraps, Chinese chicken salad and my new favorite is the pan roast. It's a creamy soup with juicy tiger shrimp, served with a side of white rice. Soooo delicious and I will for sure order it again. Overall, a solid option at this casino.

My favorite place to grub when I come to Chukchansi! It's a cute little restaurant with tables and bar seating available. This last time I went, I had Jessica as my server and she is absolutely the sweetest! I ordered a Double Dragon roll, Mongolian Beef, and Asian Wings with sauce on the side. The Double Dragon is one of the best rolls on their menu and every bite is a huge, delicious mouthful. The Mongolian beef is very tasty and tender. The wings here are the best and so crispy; I like to order mine with the sauce on the side to keep it from getting soggy. To end my dinner, I was recommended the Mango Mochi Ice Cream, and it was delicious! This is a great place for you to use your guest complimentary vouchers. However, don't forget to tip your servers!

Went in an hr after they had opened, we got seated quickly. This review is mainly for the noodles as I have yet to try their other food options. I went with their chicken chow mein noodles and my S/O with their Mongolia beef noodles, his came with rice as well. However you have the option to substitute the rice for more noodles at an extra charge which is exactly what he did. I loved my plate, the chicken wasn't dry and had a good seasoning but the Mongolian beef def is way better. That sauce gives it soo much more flavor and the noodles aren't soggy like many other places I been too. If you're stopping at the casino, I recommend their Mongolian beef noodles

Tasty, quick, and friendly service! The restaurant is nestled in the casino and is a great spot for dinner. The rolls are massive. Only feedback is that each piece is too big for one bite. I'd much prefer smaller cuts per section so you don't have to awkwardly bite it in half or cut it...it's sushi blasphemy to destroy the roll or cut a piece in half, but impossible to eat a whole piece in one chomp! All the food was good! We had: Asian Salad Sake sashimi Shin Pu Roll Double Dragon Roll

1/23/24 It's in Chuckchansi. Very nice.! Music playing. Safe, clean & practiced. Getting lunch for tomorrow thanks to Chuckchansi rewards! The worker was kind and asked what roll was popular. Dragon Roll & picked along with crispy vegetable spring rolls. The worker said it would be ready in 20 minutes & it was! Handed over right on time and ready to go! Really nice restaurant with a great bar! 1/24/24 Lunchtime! Order split. Dragon Roll was spicy, fresh & Delicious! Spring Rolls were really Great too! Lots of flavor! Mother said hers was Great!! Delicious fortunes cookies to top it off! Leftovers too! Good service & Really Great lunch! Highly recommended!

The Mongolian beef was good, which is what I had. Chicken wrap was also delicious according to my mom. The pho, from what my boyfriend said, was not that great and deserved more seasoning. We live in a place that serves authentic pho so maybe this wouldn't be the best if you're looking for that. The hot and sour soup was just what it was made out to be but nothing too spectacular. Our server was nice enough, but it was a little slow. Food came out at a moderate time.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday and there was a 45 minute wait. We were seated at the bar. Ordered orange chicken, Chinese chicken salad, and red dragon roll. The orange chicken tasted like the frozen kind from the store. The salad was made with iceberg lettuce and was over dressed. The roll was ok, but nicely presented. Service and ambiance was ok. Spent $65 on mediocre food, so would not recommend.

I have to start off by saying that to call this a "noodle bar" is a misnomer. They advertise it as "Chinese, Thai, and Korean;" however, I have to say, that the dishes are more Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese inspired, and there aren't that many noodle dishes. I was expecting ramen, udon, pad see ew, and pad Thai noodles to be included, but that was not the case. Instead, it was Pho and chow mein, sushi, sashimi, and Chinese entrees.... With this said, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The wonton soup--yummy! Dragon Roll--total score! Pho-/OMG!!!!!! Fragrant, tasty, and soooo delicious... Even though it was Valentine's Day and we had to wait 90 min. It was so worth it! Would totally come here again!!!

Forgot the name of this soup. Very good. 1 bowl feeds 2 people.

Great food. We ordered the Mongolian beef, the Ocean Roll and a soup that had prawns in he and the combo chow mien. David was our waiter. Nice guy. Not a very long wait. I would eat there again.

Outstanding customer service. Overall cleanliness and or presentation of restaurant was excellent. First and last time at this noodle bar. I was not impressed with some of the food flavor and/or taste. I order three different menu items. I only liked the "chicken lettuce wrap". It was delicious. On another note, the pho noodles shrimp bowl was flavorless. The only good thing in it was the shrimp. They didn't put sliced white onions and I didn't get beansprout. Last item was " California roll". It was also no bueno. The crab was too dry and flavorless. Restaurant did not met my expectations in the area of food deliciousness. Note to executive chef.. In Los Angeles we have many Pho restaurant with some of the best noodles bowls and great sushi bars. You should check them out. Some of the food items in your menu needs more flavor, in my opinion.

Vintage Steak House, Coarsegold: 2026 Jun 7 (4.72 of 5)…read more Vintage Steakhouse is one of our go-to eateries. We're celebrating our 35th year wedding anniversary here. From the time we stepped in and was greeted by the friendly hostess to the time we left, we were genuinely pleased with the staff here. I ordered the Tasting Menu and my hubby ordered French Onion Soup, Oscar Stryle & Prime Rib from their main menu. TASTING MENU: Amuse Bouche (watermelon gazpacho shooter): Refreshing way to awaken the palate. (5 of 5) Seared Sea Scallops (seared scallops, honey dijon aioli, citrus caviar beurre blanc): The crisp, caramelized crust of the scallops opens up to a luxurious naturally sweet and juicy interior. The scallops had depth of flavour, and the citrus shines through. It's buttery without any fishiness. The asparagus pieces were cooked through but still maintain its crunch. Everything works on this plate. (5 of 5) Chef Victor (sic) Pan Roasted Salmon (seared salmon preserved lemon beurre blanc, salmon chicharron, dill oil): The fish was beautifully seasoned and the sauce complemented the fish. What a perfect match - lemon beurre blanc and dill oil. The topper was bland but the sauce makes up for it. I could lick up the sauce - it's that good. (4.75 of 5) Chef Eli (sic) Filet Mignon (7 oz sliced filet mignon steak, carrot puree, oyster mushrooms, bordelaise sauce, crispy parsnip): A good filet mignon should melt-in-your-mouth because it comes from the softest, lean meat cut. My medium rare order was nearly there but the meat arrived cold. The carrot puree is vibrant in color - has a smooth, naturally sweet, earthy taste, and balanced perfectly with the meat. The mushrooms were over salted but was helped by the sweet smooth carrot puree. The cold meat brought an otherwise perfect score down. (4.5 of 5) Chef Jose (sic) White Chocolate Mousse (callebaut belgium white chocolate mousse filled with raspberry gel on top of a sacher torte sponge with fresh raspberries and chantilly cream): When I think of chocolate mousse, I think delicate, light, airy, cloud-like melt-in-your-mouth yumminess. This didn't have that. The dome was a hard shell. Though the presentation aced on this dessert, the texture and flavour did not quite live up to its name. (3.5 of 5) French Onion Soup: This is the ultimate comfort food. It offers a bold harmony of sweet, caramelized onions and rich, savoury beef broth, crowned with a thick layer of gooey, toasted cheese. Very satisfying. (5 of 5) SURF n TURF: Prime Rib 12 oz: The medium rare meat was beautiful to look at but not quite as brilliant to eat. Overall, this is a tasty dish but was quite chewy. They aced the sauce. (4.25 of 5) Oscar Style Crab: The Oscar-style crab béarnaise sauce combines the sweet, flaky texture of crabmeat with a warm, velvety French emulsion of butter, egg yolks, and herbs. It's luxurious, rich flavour is complex and decadent but balanced. Great harmony. So indulgent! (5 of 5) Our server, Steven is amiable but not in your face, which we truly appreciate. Steven radiates warmth and good-natured charm. (5 of 5) We were seated at a table but changed our seating to bar-side. They have an open-kitchen concept. From there, we could see who's cooking our meal and watch the seamless quiet communication and the care each chef takes in presenting the dishes. Sam, who worked on the salads was friendly and truly a genius in balancing the different textures and flavours together. (5 of 5) The complimentary bread came warm and tasted fresh. We were also presented with a complimentary dessert with the words "Happy Anniversary" written on the plate. (5 of 5) Mixed Drinks: Very good mix by bartender George. (5 of 5)
