Service is usually quick. Some days the wait time can be forever but you can kill time by being on a slot lol. Surprisingly being right in the middle of the casino floor you don't really notice the noise coming from out there. Sushi is always so huge lol I wouldn't say the sushi is the best quality but it does the job. I love their Mongolian beef extraaa spicy though, with the noodles! It's one of the dishes I actually enjoy. The wings are decent not bad, tempura shrimp taste good but also tastes similar to the frozen Costco ones. Hotel clerk raved about the buffet but once we got here we saw this noodle place and that was the best decision of the week. It really is not a noodle place, they have pho and chow mein but not ramen which you would expect from the name. No matter, we found a dish so good that we came back a second day just to order it again. We had other food also and it was all very good. Wonton soup, chow mein, Mongolian beef, crispy chicken wings were delicious and the spicy Gochugang sauce was amazing. The double dragon roll was perfect with very fresh fish and the sauce blended nicely. The jackpot of this place was the Pan Roast soup. It was described as a bisque type of soup. Creamy spicy pepper with mushroom, basil and tiger shrimp. Wow!! Probably one of the best soups I have ever had, so creamy and the flavors paired surprisingly well. This was so good we came back the next day just to have it and if we are ever in this area again will come back just to have this soup. I ordered sushi, but it was a bit unusual in presentation, and everyone at the table was equally confused by how it looked. Overall, the food was decent. I've been to this restaurant many times during my casino visits. It can get super busy and at peak times, there can be up to an hour wait. But you can put your name down and they will call or text you when a table is ready. It's a fairly small place that features booths and a sushi bar seating. The service is usually pretty quick and friendly. Some highlights are the dragon roll, the lettuce wraps, Chinese chicken salad and my new favorite is the pan roast. This last time I went, I had Jessica as my server and she is absolutely the sweetest! I ordered a Double Dragon roll, Mongolian Beef, and Asian Wings with sauce on the side. The Double Dragon is one of the best rolls on their menu and every bite is a huge, delicious mouthful. The Mongolian beef is very tasty and tender. The wings here are the best and so crispy; I like to order mine with the sauce on the side to keep it from getting soggy. To end my dinner, I was recommended the Mango Mochi Ice Cream, and it was delicious! This is a great place for you to use your guest complimentary vouchers. Went in an hr after they had opened, we got seated quickly. This review is mainly for the noodles as I have yet to try their other food options. I went with their chicken chow mein noodles and my S/O with their Mongolia beef noodles, his came with rice as well. However you have the option to substitute the rice for more noodles at an extra charge which is exactly what he did. I loved my plate, the chicken wasn't dry and had a good seasoning but the Mongolian beef def is way better. Tasty, quick, and friendly service! The restaurant is nestled in the casino and is a great spot for dinner. The rolls are massive. Only feedback is that each piece is too big for one bite. I'd much prefer smaller cuts per section so you don't have to awkwardly bite it in half or cut it...it's sushi blasphemy to destroy the roll or cut a piece in half, but impossible to eat a whole piece in one chomp! The front of house person was very much in the middle of a computer issue as well as dealing with impatient customers, but they still attended to us in a polite and inviting way. I have to start off by saying that to call this a "noodle bar" is a misnomer. They advertise it as "Chinese, Thai, and Korean;" however, I have to say, that the dishes are more Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese inspired, and there aren't that many noodle dishes. I was not impressed with some of the food flavor and/or taste. I order three different menu items. I only liked the "chicken lettuce wrap". It was delicious. On another note, the pho noodles shrimp bowl was flavorless. The only good thing in it was the shrimp. They didn't put sliced white onions and I didn't get beansprout. I'm pretty aggravated. I called the casino and asked to be connected to the noodle bar to place it to-go order. I was informed that they don't have their own extension and you have to come in to place an order. I drove over to the casino and get to the noodle bar during their open hours, and I was told that they do not start to go orders until 6 PM if they are busy, then they push that time back. So, there is no way to know when they are actually doing to go orders and you could drive all the way up there to be told now. It was 530. I was told I could sit and wait 30 minutes just to place an order and of course refused. I was prepared to drop $200 on sushi tonight for my whole family and it just blows my mind that they will just turn the business away because they don't feel like doing to-go orders even though they are open. We've lived in the area for 2.5 years now and this is the major reason we don't really give the casino our business. I started with some sashimi ahi which was presented in a giant clam shell!? with thinly sliced veggies. The quality of the ahi was definitely sushi worthy. Some places serve tempura shrimp here they served giant golden tempura PRAWNS, loved them. After dining and already closing out the bill I noticed that they served some deep fried tempura ice cream. So we came on a Thursday night for our 6 year anniversary to the casino not knowing what it was like because it was our first time. We came across this restaurant and pretty happy we did! First impression was "it's going to be pricey" but the prices are actually really great. All entrees and sushi are priced great as well! Now before I start I should mention the fact I do work for the casino (not in the same department) but that is not affecting my opinion on the food I recently went here after coming with a couple of colleagues for a company event, we had time between this event and when we were supposed to go back to work when we decided to just go eat at the noodle bar. considering I never had it before and I was curious as to how it was considering I like to make my own sushi at home and I like to check out other restaurants offerings. we gave it a shot and it was AMAZING I personally got the ocean roll, double dragon, and some salmon nigiri first things first the salmon ACTUALLY had flavor it reminded me a lot of when I was younger back in the Middle East, when I was learning from the sushi place I went to (they taught classes I took them) most of the time at other places salmon especially if it wasn't prepared correctly taste slimy and like nothing,here it was opposite buttery but most importantly FRESH the rolls were also pretty good! The ocean roll was in essence a rainbow roll (California rolls with different types of fish on top) and the DD roll was a spicy tuna, shrimp tempura roll with eel on top again fresh and delicious I only have one complaint that didn't necessarily ruin the experience but it's something that could be improved on, rolls need to be rolled a little bit tighter. But again not really a major problem Prices were also pretty on par with places like Namikaze and wasabi on fire so I would say if your in the area go and get the sushi you won't regret it read more

Before the closing of the casino I would have given a better rating as the food was much better. Since the re-opening of the casino the food the Noodle Bar has made progress with the food, like the sushi there was no options now the sushi menu is back but still not up to par. The Noodle Bar brought back most of the old menu item's on July 1st 2016. A few of the employee's who worked here before the closing are back to working here which is nice to see. I like the service here, the staff are friendly and treat the customers very well. The menu is pretty basic with one page for appetizer's, entree's, dessert's, soup's and salad's the other page is for sushi. The restaurant seats probably 50 or less and gets busy depending on which night you visit or if any event's are going on at the casino. The food is decent, I have had better but the food is getting better as it used to be. This is usually where I eat when I visit the casino. I prefer the food here over the buffet and goldfields. If the restaurant is busy you can leave your name and phone number and they will text you when your table is ready. If you are a mountain or summit card holder you will be seated first/next even if there is a wait. The only bad thing here is if you want a mixed drink you will need to go to the bar before or while dining to get your drink as they do not sell alcohol here at the restaurant. Even though this restaurant is open to the casino air you cannot smell the cigarette smoke. My favorite's here are the spider roll, miso soup and chicken salad. read more
