We recently visited Asian Noodle Express and had a mostly great experience. The noodles, Asian wrap, and especially the soup were absolutely delicious--full of flavor and very satisfying. The soup was definitely one of the highlights of our meal. The only disappointment was the sweet and sour rice. It had only a few pieces of chicken with sauce on top, while most of the rice underneath was plain and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, the kids didn't enjoy it at all. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. My daughter accidentally made quite a mess with her soup, and the young lady working there was incredibly kind, patient, and quick to help clean everything up without making us feel uncomfortable. I've been craving a really good teriyaki bowl for a while and apparently they are hard to come by this area. However I found noodle express and decided to try it for the first time. The best way that I can explain noodle express is fast food sit down. The prices are pretty reasonable however, the better value is getting the large and then taking home half of it if you would prefer to eat small normally. The restaurant was clean had lots of proceeding and I did like that. The tables in the booth did move so no one was too far away when they were eating and people who needs more space do have it. They carry Pepsi products for fountain drinks and offer refills. Everything is made fresh, which is nice and the time from when you order to when your food is ready is pretty quick. Personally, I felt like the rice could use some salt, but if you mix it all together it taste really good. My plan was originally to take half my bowl home but that didn't happen. I ended up finishing everything. I will definitely go back and eat here again and I do wish we had a location closer to our house. read more

I've frequently visited this location for over a year and usually get a small rice bowl. It's usually a perfect sized portion for a light lunch. However, it appears recently employees have been instructed to reduce portion sizes as the last several times I have received a very small portion of the protein of choice, in the case of the photo below, exactly 6 thin slices of chicken, probably about half the amount I'm used to being provided, as well as noticeably less rice and veggies. This is over several visits, not just this time. Never feels good getting less for the same price. Additionally, this visit I was not given the veggies that are included (likely just a mistake) and it appears I was given 50/50 rice and noodles instead of the Extra 2oz of Noodles I paid for. As a long time loyal customer, it's disappointing and I'd rather see a slight price increase if that's what is necessary than be given a meal that is unsatisfying. read more

We order noodle express every couple of months for dinner. My wife stops and picks it up on her way home from work. It has been happening a lot lately that we order some potstickers or egg rolls and they are not always in the bag. I call and they give me a refund for the missing food. I am tired of having to call all the time lately to tell them about the missing food. I was a cook for 30 years and I always double checked the tickets to make sure everything was there. Not sure I like this place. I should have realized that it is just a fast food noodle stop. Don't know what I was expecting. It was just chow mein with your choice of protein. Very salty!!! I want to start out by saying I absolutely love this place and their teriyaki chicken is to die for... however this location in particular was very disappointing. I always go with double chicken because they never give you enough for the rest of your dish. This time I did my same order and keep in mind they charge you 6 or 7 extra dollars when I say that, which is fine. I get my order and I have tiny 6 pieces of chicken which is just absolute blasphemy. Identically the amount that my friends got without ordering any extra meet. they advertise that you get a 4 more oz of chicken which I think is complete and utter bs. That all being said I love this place and especially their location on division. Sullivan is just slacking big time. During our stay in Spokane, some friends of ours recommended this place for some good gluten free fast food. Gf and noodles? It was so perplexing we absolutely had to try it. This restaurant is part of a regional chain that mostly includes eastern Washington and Montana. The inside is relatively nice for a fast food place. It has several booths and tables set aside from the main ordering and waiting area if you want to dine in. Everything is served in to go black plastic containers with plastic utensils. We ordered take out at the counter and the person putting in our order was very friendly and helpful. There are only a couple of items on their menu that fit a full gluten free diet and you have to be careful about what rice type you order as well. I went for the Sweet Thai Rice Bowl with brown rice (only gf rice option) with chicken. There's a bit of a concern with cross contamination here if you're celiac like I am, so be cautious depending on how sensitive you are. I'd definitely recommend mentioning you have an allergy and asking them to clean the grill off which they report having no problem accommodating if informed. The rice bowl was mostly average from flavor to quality, but it was certainly nice to have an option in an Asian cuisine fast food place! read more

The most off putting thing about this place is how filthy it is. Our table wasn't clean despite there being five employees on shift. There was sauce stuck on our table. I grabbed a high chair and wiped it down as I usually do when eating out and it was disgusting! I honestly don't think they ever clean them. Got home with the bowl and opened it up to mix in a little sriracha and was shocked at how little chicken was in the bowl! I dug around and found a few more small pieces, but was still surprised. For a good healthy lunch, you can't beat noodle express. You can do a bowl and sub most of the rice with Asian slaw is you really want to stick to healthy eating. I have recently been buying the family platters for lunch at work. If you get double meet on the platters. That, a pint of Asian slaw and an egg roll platter will easily feed 8 hungry coworkers with leftovers. I've tasted though the menu and my favorite is Chicken Osaka, but the sweet chili shrimp is a close second. read more
