I really don't want to post a review for this shop because I don't want the lines to get any longer! Ahh I cant describe how amazing their food is! I always finish a bowl of their "Old Fashion Tom Yum Soup" and crave even more the next day. My entire family is addicted! The store itself may be small, but the flavors you get in your mouth is enormous. Noodle Hut may have an odd service hour, but one of the workers kindly answered that it was due to having to get fresh ingredients at the market everyday. My mom and I have a standing lunch date every Saturday and have been on the hunt for a Thai place we can both agree on (which has been no small task, believe me). After eating at Noodle Hut, we've finally arrived. This place isn't much to look at, BUT (and that's a big but) the food is outstanding! I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice, and my mom got the Pad Thai. Both were seriously delicious. We both agreed it was the best Pad Thai either of us has ever tried. Fantastic, authentic Thai cuisine! Our family orders phad thai, kee mao, pot stickers, and sizzling veggies over rice on a regular basis. The meal takes about a half-hour to an hour to prepare, and they are always on-time with their estimate over the phone. They are always courteous and the food is reliably excellent! read more

My husband and I tried this place for the first time tonight and will 100% be back again! We got dinner to go and the food was still HOT when we got home to eat. When they say spicy they mean spicy! The spice was perfect and didnt take over the whole flavor of the meal but added the exact right amount of heat and flavor. The woman that helped us was very friendly and let us know about the specials and that the wait times can be long so you can call in if you'd like. Top 10 best soups of my life! Love it here. Great depth of flavor. Not oily. The crab fried rice was sublte and delicious. Try the basil noodles! So worth it.

8 months.. it has been 8 very long months. I have been driving by once a week for the most anticipated reunion with some of my favorite people and restaurant ever. Tonight was the night it happen. I drove by and there was a lit open sign hanging in the window. I nearly cried when I saw it. Don't be put off by the simple accommodations or by the limited space. Finally found our go-to Thai place after trying many Thai restaurants in the North Seattle and the South Snohomish county. All three dishes we have tried so far, Pad Thai (no ketchup), Pad See Ew, and chicken fried rice, are very delicious and tasty. "No ketchup for Pad Thai" is always a good indication for a good Thai restaurant. Thanks to them for using paper containers and bags, no plastic and styrofoam! read more

I get takeout from here every week. The food is excellent and worth the long wait times. I usually phone my order in or order and have a drink at bar dojo next door. My favorites are the satay noodles, kee mao noodle and the tom yum soup. I always order the specials when they have them because they are always fantastic. They've raised prices in the last two years but the food is consistently good 95% of the time. Love this place! read more

We just ate here for the first time, and we already know we will be regulars. This is by far the best Thai food I have ever eaten. The spices are complex and the flavors are amazing. We had the Satay noodle special (mine 0 stars and his 4 stars) and we savored every bite. The spices on the chicken were so tasty that my husband skipped eating the peanut sauce because he didn't want anything to interfere with the taste of the spiced chicken. While I understand that, I must say that the peanut sauce was magnificent. The prices are reasonable and the quantities are generous. We ate in the restaurant, which meant a long wait because of the line of takeout orders that preceded our order. Although it was worth the wait, I think we'll probably get takeout in the future. read more

Thai food that feels very much home-cooked. Modest interior, great value. I'm currently on a restricted diet, training for an event, and asked if I could have a noodle bowl without the noodles. Yes, it came across as an unusual request. The host recommended a specific bowl for me that she thought would work best and absolutely loaded it up with extra non-carb ingredients. This place is the full-on real deal. The food is hands down, the best Thai I've ever had anywhere. The Owner is the best and the prices are very reasonable. We were so sad when they closed their restaurant in Everett. Once you've had this Thai food, most other Thai food is pretty much ruined for you. It's just so delicious. I haven't had one bad thing on the menu. We're bummed that they're a lot farther away than they used to be but we'll make the drive. We're loyal to the end with this place. I love the authenticity of this hole in the wall Thai Restaurant in Edmonds. I use to frequent the Noodle Hut regularly when it was located in S.Everett. However when the owner moved I was devastated. Her food is the closest thing to Thai food that I have ever had outside of Kho San Rd, Thailand. I had to give her 4 stars because the food takes awhile to be prepared, however it is worth the wait or planning to try her dishes. read more

I had the old style tum yum soup noodle. It doesn't look like the photos posted here. It is sweet, sour and kind of spicy in broth. So so. Minced pork was less than size of 3 single peanuts. $8.73 for such a tiny bowl and cheap ingredients is kind of disappointing . Great option for takeout. Just remember to call ahead. Wait times are usually an hour or so most nights. Dine-in is limited to 3 small tables and you will have to watch people coming in and learning the sad news that take out will take so long. Ordered shrimp pad thai and pad see ew. As advertised, it was slow, but I ordered ahead and expected to wait. The food was excellent and portions were large. I ordered 2 star on everything, but the pad see ew was closer to 3 star. Fine for me, a little spicey for my wife, but still ok. The northern Thai style is new to me but very good.
