Went here last night for dinner with a buddy. When we were sat, we were the only people in the restaurant, but he told me usually there is a wait, so big win there. We pretty much knew what we wanted when we walked in, so we were quick to order. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We each had a hot tea which came with the teabags in the cups, and they refilled with hot water as needed. We started with the Chinese Beef Rolls on the suggestion of my friend and they were a great appetizer with thinly sliced beef, scallions, cucumber, and sauce. We then shared the Dan Dan Noodles, and Mongolian Beef Chow Mein. The Dan Dan was nice and spicy with a good amount of sauce. The chow mein was super tasty with a little bit of sweetness, and when I combined the two, it was amazing. The only bit of constructive criticism I would have would be I wish they had given us bowls instead of plates as it would've made eating/slurping the noodles easier. read more

Possibly the best meal I have ever had in Las Vegas. Noodlehead is authentic Sichuan food, featuring handmade noodles and spicy, mouth-numbing sauces. They are located in Chinatown, but deliver anywhere on The Strip. Our delivery order set us back around $70, and fed us for two meals. Do not skip the Black Fungus and Cucumber Salad. The wood ear mushrooms were juicy, bursting with tangy flavor, a delicious contrast to the crisp cucumber. The Onion Pancake was excellent as well-crisp and flakey, without being overly oily. Many of their noodle dishes can be made vegetarian upon request. I highly recommend the Dan Dan Noodle. I ordered it spicy Level 2, which was very spicy, temporarily altering my tastebuds with a slow burning heat. The noodles were high quality, with a wonderful springy bite. This place is so darn delicious. We started with the spicy wonton, and they are so tasty *chefs kiss* and not too spicy. We then had the beef fried rice, and the chicken chow mein! The fried rice was extremely fresh (you can tell by the egg), the meat was very flavorful and tender. The chicken chow mein was also absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. I really really enjoyed my visit to Noodlehead. I arrived at 11am, so as soon as they opened, and we were seated right away. I ordered the spicy wontons and the Szechuan beef brisket soup. The food was not as spicy as I would have liked but it had a really good flavor. The wontons were so juicy and the spicy sauce they were covered in was to die for. Seriously, I finished my wontons and ordered a side of rice to eat it with, its that good. The Szechuan beef brisket soup was really yummy too, I believe they make the noodles there and you could tell, they were really chewy. The beef brisket in the soup was SO TENDER, it did have too much fat for my preference, but I know a lot of people go crazy for fatty meat. I would have given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the service, maybe it was just because I got there when it had just opened, but the waitress was very inattentive, she only came around to take our orders and give us our food, ou drinks were left unrefilled for the majority of the meal. I was a bit skeptical about what I can order here for me and my 10-month-old baby. I finally made up my mind to order beef brisket noodles. It was so good! Found this local Chinese restaurant on Yelp so I decided to give it a shot, I was greeted right away when I walked in, the restaurant is nice and clean which is a plus. I ordered spicy wontons and shrimp eggrolls& satay tofu combo for appetizers, Szechuan beef brisket noodles as my entree and coconut jelly for dessert. The spicy wontons were decent, the sauce is not overly spicy but it definitely had the numbing kind of kick from the peppercorn which is the very authentic spice from Szechuan. I really liked the shrimp eggrolls, it's very unique, they actually put 2 full sized shrimps mixed with mushrooms and veggies in the egg rolls which was very tasty. I did not like the satay tofu though but only because I don't eat cucumbers; the tofu had bean sprouts and cumbers as fillings inside of the tofu. I also want to give a thumb up for the Szechuan beef brisket noodles, the broth was very flavorful (I ordered mild spicy) and the meat was so tender. The noodles were also cooked perfectly. To end my meal, I got the coconut jelly, it was very refreshing. And last thing I want to mention is the the 2 workers who worked today were both very attentive and super friendly. This is maybe the first time we liked, no loved, every dish we ordered: the noodles are legit (beef noodle and the 四川brisket noodle), 蔥油餅，夫妻肺片。Noodles are nice and chewy, broth is FLAVORFUL, and the 蔥油餅 is seriously the best I've had in a long time. They do not skimp on it - enough green onion flavor, chewy dough but fried to a beautiful crisp and not dry. We've tried most of the noodle joints in Vegas but this is definitely our new favorite. I came here at the beginning of November 2021, about 1 month after they opened and ordered the Ground Beef with Pepper Noodles. It was delicious and the taste was authentic as far as I could tell. I didn't know what to expect because of the fusion tag in the description, but the dish tasted great. When I was finishing up my meal, one of the manager/owners came over and talked to me. She was very nice and happy to talk to me. She told me that they have the fusion tag in the description was because they have dishes from other countries as well, but all of the dishes on the menu are authentic recipes from the chef who has been working in the industry for many years and has been collecting them as he goes. We recently stopped by to eat at Chef Chings which had been at the same location. We were deeply disappointed to see the restaurant had closed and Noodlehead had opened in the same location. We had several favorite dishes we wanted to order, but since we were there we decided to try out the place. I'm so glad we did. My husband and brother like spicy food and tried the D2 brisket soup. They both raved over it. It was way too hot for me, so we ordered the Mongolian chow mein, the house fried rice, and the popcorn chicken. The chow mein was probably the best I have had ANYWHERE (and we eat at lots of Chinese restaurants)! The popcorn chicken is a little spicy and the fried basil put it over the top.
